i actually already have an ability planned out but it has no name

basically the user can turn into any species of fox, but they have to stay that way for about 20mins before changing again, regardless of if its turning back to normal or a different fox. they can also speak while they are a fox, but not very well. sentences are dumbed down and choppy. like instead of asking someone how their doing, they would just say "how doing?"
