Okay, but this moment lives in my head rent-free and then pops up occasionally.
The man who owns the other half of my brain would have been 66 today. He left us ten years ago and it still hurts. I always imagine all the shenanigans he could have racked up in a decade. Fortunately there is a lot to enjoy in his lifes work. I hope you're shaking up the afterlife, you magnificent fucking bastard.
What did you think of King Arthur's Disasters?
Love that shit man! First of all I consume whacky cartoons like a five year old, by osmosis with reverence and fervour (Hell, I'd take a day of watching Peppa Pig over big budget Hollywood any time!). Secondly, Rik Mayall is the only person I am as obsessed with as Voltaire and that's saying something 😝 (I don't know how many crackship pairings I've made of their characters 🤣🤣) You can imagine how my head exploded when I found out that Voltaire is a fan of the Young Ones (one of Riks most famous TV shows along with Bottom and Man Down) ROFL! He has even referenced the series in at least one Gothic Homemaking episode that I can remember (Doctor Martens Boots!!).
