Well... I think I stopped in the wrong moment during watching movie.
I would love to see only them on third part 3 cover of the movie and being happy to look at this duo every time I can reach for physical copy, like in part 2. Only them. Without Clara.

The problem was that Lorraine didn't know exactly what "daddy" meant to Marty. And Marty didn't want to explain it because he knew he wasn't in the right times for it to be considered this as "fine".
Marty carry photo of his dad everytime and everywhere. Imagine how happy George was when Marty nicely asked if he could take one of his photos.
Marty probably smiled every time he pulled out the photo and looked at it, thinking how cool and sweet George is with that smile.
George to Lorraine:
George: You're mine density!
Lorraine: What?
George to Marty:
George: You're mine density!
Marty: Wow. That's the sweetest thing I've ever heard.

George was too tired of working for Biff all the time, but he was too weak to stand up to him. Marty was tired of watching him suffer, wanting to let him relax. How far he could possibly go to the extent of pleasing his dad? He wanted to hear good words from him about himself. He smiled to himself, because he knew how to do it. Even if George wasn't sure.

He loves it. He loves those bites not only on the neck. It's not the only one pleasure which they doing and Marty is satisfied to hear cracked voice of his dad everytime. Of course, George need to cover those marks to not explain to Lorraine he's cheating on her. He don't need to cover them on Marty even he don't date Jennifer anymore, but he doing that anyway!
I imagined a scene like this and Marty was really proud of himself to seeing his father beside the mirror in the bedroom covering all those marks from last night.
