And I now introduce my main mascot/fursona Wispy the Otter!! Here's a short bio about him and the universe I set him in!

(before anyone says anything, yes, the species of snail that Sage and Snailneko are have retractable limbs that help them hold objects)
Meet (Grand Master Sorcerer) Sage, the mascot/companion for Snailneko the Battle Army Snail Soldier!
He acts as Lucorumia's elder and magister (teaches and specializes in Mystic Magic) and is very much known to be a powerful sorcerer who has a wide arrange of knowledge and experience with magic
Since he also happened to be Snailneko'e grandfather, he has also joined her on her mission of protecting the human village that was nearby Lucorumia (he stays in his snail form tho) so he can watch over and protect Snailneko as a guide, mentor, and the one that can cast certain spells that Snailneko cannot due to her inexperience/lack of knowledge with magic
For example, Sage was the one that had used a powerful mystic spell to transform Snailneko into the human form she currently resides in (and can switch back to her snail form at will since the only spells she does know are for her magical girl form and for going back and forth from human to snail)
The crystal ball that Sage is seen holding pretty much half of the time is a holder of much of his Mystic Aura that helps him make his spells twice as powerful (and without it, certain spells won't even work), so it would be a very BAD thing if Sage were to lose or break it!

I hope that y'all enjoy him! It's really awesome to finally finish up with all of my main components of my magical girl OCs (their mg forms, their civilian forms, and their mascots/companions), so I'm really happy with him!!

Have some lore about Thoth, my mascot.
He’s technically not really a moth. Under his cloak wings is just an incomprehensible blob of eyes and tentacles. He can however take on a concrete form if he focuses, however it takes effort and energy to do so he typically just keeps most of him hidden under the cloak. The moth part of him is more like a shell he inhabits, however it is a part of him, like a snail shell. When he’s not around people he doesn’t bother keeping himself compacted to one size under the cloak, and since his body mass can change he can get pretty big.
He’s a writer. That’s not his occupation, that’s his species. He ‘writes’ worlds, creating them and all the characters inside. Things get really meta with him. He used a magic pen to write on reality and he can use strings of text like silk threads to make characters do things they wouldn’t normally do. He doesn’t use this sorta mind control ability on characters though because it ruins the story. He’s completely morally grey and his main goal is to create a narrative. He has the power to make everyone happy forever but that makes a boring story and he doesn’t want a boring story.
He inserted himself into Cryptid valley as the god of Cryptids (even though technically he would just be regular a old god of everything.) he has a child (Twitch), and he really only appears to the cryptids during blood moons because he has to keep up a physical form for the entirety of the night and that’s like, really mentally and physically draining on him, plus bloodmoons make it less so.
He really likes food. He does need food but he does like it. His appearance varies a lot but it’s generally moth-like with a vague black red white colour scheme. This is totally because he’s an eldritch being and totally not because I’m inconsistent 👀
