Back at it again with another AU, baby!

MATCHED AU

(Loosely based on the Matched series by Ally Condie, but more just the first book bc I don’t like the second one)

Marinette is at her matching ceremony (age 16) and gets matched with Adrien, the safe choice and one of her best friends since childhood

It isn’t common for peple who already know each other to get Matched, but it does happen

Adrien has a small crush on Mari in this AU, and Marinette likes him but doesn’t have any strong romantic ties to him

BUT when she views the file she was given by the committee the next day, Damian Wayne’s name comes up instead for a minute before switching to Adrien’s name and info

Damian is classified as an Aberration bc of his wild past and his family issues (the Waynes are known of around town, but have no power or connections or anything like that), and he and Mari have met before but never really talked/connected with each other

They lived in the same area (It’s a more dystopic version of Paris; no heroes, no villains except for the government of course)

Marinette reports what happened with her file, is told it was a glitch-- if Damian hadn’t been an Abberation, he would’ve been her Match, but because he was they chose Adrien as a suitable choice

They want her to forget about it, but she can’t

She starts running into Damian more often around town, going to community events that he goes to, talking to him and getting to know him better

Obviously they start to fall in love

Adrien is kinda oblivious at this point, but he starts to get suspicious and a little possessive (not a salt AU though! He’s just worried bc of the Abberation status thing)

As Marinette and Damian start to hang out together more often, people start to get super suspicious, especially some government officials in charge of the Matching process (maybe the JL or Master Fu?)

Chaos and secrecy ensue, and Marinette, Damian and Adrien are trapped in a terrible predicament the government specifically worked to eradicate

Whatever will they do now?

(If anyone wants to write this as a fic please go ahead, I certainly know I can’t, but I can always answer questions :) )

Miraculous Theory: Syren & The Big Reveal

So I'm thinking that Syren could be the episode with the big reveal. It's been said that Master Fu's transformation is going to happen in Syren, so Cat Noir/Adrien will finally know about him. I feel like Master Fu will see this as an opportunity to add Adrien to his and Marinette's little group of Miraculors and share with him all they know so far about the Miraculous and Hawkmoth. Also, in the commercial for the new episodes, we see Marinette put a drop of water/a tear into a cauldron of green liquid and supposedly that's what allows her to transform into Ladybug's underwater form. Since we see Cat Noir in his underwater form too, I'm guessing that he'll also have to go to Master Fu for help transforming. I'm thinking that Plagg will bring him there, like Tiki did with Marinette, or Ladybug will send Chat to Master Fu. Anyways, that's just my theory on what may happen in Syren. I really hope the reveal happens this way. I really want Adrien to be involved with Marinette and Master Fu! Then the reveal could finally happen and all three of them could unlock the secrets of the miraculous together!

Ms. Mendeleiv will be akumatized to be able tracking and capture kwamis (mainly Tikki and Plagg) to prove they existence.

He technicly stole a Miraculous and created an overpowered Senti Monster

After this he run away without fight

Lose the Miraculous book/grimoar and two Miraculouses, too.

After decades he still doesn't know where are those two Miraculouses.....

When his beast returns, he panics and tryes to run.

Makes his Kwami steales two Miraculouses.

And the best idea for escape was only ride a bike........ While a frog like thing chased him, what can swallow a bus in whole and has meters long tongue......

Guys, did anybody (who saw "Battle of Miraculouses") notice "Felix" is the last episode where we could see a Jade Turtle transformation?

And I hope they will do it, because:

I love transformation scenes

He deservs it

He is such a good character

Because so far his tryes was more epic than the succesful one

People are like, “Isn’t Marinette breaking the rules by doing that?” BRO SHE CONTROLS THE RULES NOW.

This is long over duuueeee and now Master Fu isn’t here PLUS he dumped the responsibilities onto her and leaving her alone with only kwamis to discuss her issues with so she deserves to have someone know her secret.

EDIT: WAIT A MIN THAT MEANS THAT ALYA NOW KNOWS THAT MARINETTE WAS TELLING THE TRUTH THAT LILA WAS LYING

Idea no xxxx for my miraculous rewrite that I’ll never write

I wish so bad that Master Fu was more than this stereotype of asian mystical ancient power man and its annoys me to no end. You’re telling me you have this 200 yr old man who managed to destroy the order of the miraculous as a child, single handedly guarded the miraculous since then and then randomly decided to endanger a bunch of children and you’re not gonna like fully flesh him out? No. I think not.

There’s 2 ways I’d go about rewriting his plot line. 1- make him a great guardian to marinette and adrien. When adrien finds out his father’s gabriel agreste either i’d have master fu adopting him bc i want my man adrien to get to know the lore like he deserves, or just acts as the father figure he’s been so desperately needing. For marinette, we already know in the show that she trusts him so i’d develop their relationship more from a cultural standpoint bc we need to change marinette’s attitude towards her chinese half ok. I think it’d be great if she had to start learning mardarin or something for the guardian duties because even though the book’s written in the guardian code maybe some scripts or stuff r written in mardarin and then they can have cute bonding moments. Also this would lead to marinette’s motivations to go to china for the special to not be so actually disgusting (jeremy why would you make your main character half chinese when you hold so much racial bias against chinese people actually get a life). Basically option one would be found family trope.

The other way I would explore him would be to big up the whole reckless endangerment thing. Like yes maybe there’s some mystical reason as to why master fu had to chose 14 yr old in my first option, but isnt it just so much more fun if i make marinette trust this unreliable adult just for him to undergo the whole memory loss thing much earlier on when she doesnt have anywhere near enough knowledge or experience and just give her trauma. Like make her aspire to be like him despite his terrible teaching methods and also not let her know of master fu’s failings until way after he loses his memories, so she finds out from the other guardian guy and she’s like wait this old man didnt really think i was special he was probs just and old geezer who dumped way too much onto me. Idk something about imperfect adults that r trying their best but still end up falling short is so poetic to me.

Anyways I apologise for any spelling mistakes cus i’m not about to reread this and check
