So, a singer in a band yelled at some skinheads. They yelled back and this made her scared. I've got no sympathy for her.

What did she expect? She yelled at them! Yet somehow the fault lies with the skinheads. That doesn't seem right. When I yell at people, I expect them to yell back. Why? Because I've provoked them, that's why. Rule of thumb: if you're gonna start a fight, be prepared for people to fight back.

Stuff needs to get their facts straight. She didn't stand up to skinheads. She yelled at skinheads who were walking along the road, minding their own damn business. It's not acceptable to yell at anyone that you don't like the look of, or whose beliefs you don't agree with. After all, freedom of expression isn't the exclusive domain of the entertainment industry. This is just as bad as a singer walking along the road with her band, then gettting yelled at by skinheads.  Just because the positions are reversed, doesn't make it any better.

Am I supporting racist skinheads? Hell no! I think they're idiots too. I don't agree with their view at all. I'm just saying that actions have consequences. if your action is to provoke skinheads, then the consequence is that they're gonna come back at you and you'll feel "shaken". But don't go blaming them if you're still feeling shaken when you take to the stage later that night and perform badly. That's not their fault. That's yours so stop blaming them. You started it and you got served. Own your crap.
