Had a dream last night abt applejack, she somehow got deaf bc illness or smth Fortnite related? Can’t remember, but then it was also in the plot of my fic abt her n Cherry, and while aj was learning to adjust to her new world (she might’ve been blind too idk?) Cherry had to also learn to better interact w her now as if she already doesn’t have a hard time w that. N I remember being like in the dream “damn this plot too? In my fic? I mean ok ig”
really funny to think abt tho bc as a kid I was madly in love w aj but had no idea what that was or how to express it so I imagined this entire storyline in my head where she got super sick to the point of near death, n when she eventually did get better she was blind And deaf Hellen Keller style anc Ohh she had to learn her way around in this new world now. and this I used to passionately imagine before I slept every night bc it was so lively to me thd idea bc my dumb kid brain didn’t know what romance was and was forbidden from expressing it, so this was my outlet ig. In retrospect, I don’t think losing her sight of hearing would ever affect AJ at all considering her practical skill and agility
