Set in 2010s, populated by feral and domestic animals, refs prevy human culture

There are three Circene exposure levels based on children’s books: Narnians, talkative yet instictual; Babarans, living between feral and civil, clothed and/or ID collared; Mobians, fully clothed with five digits

A Swede’s goat love and his DNA tests bring Circene from a bottling factory to your front lawn, and any exposure long or short can give a feral creature speech or five digits on each paw or hoof, even affects plants and cells

Fantasy and supernatural creatures walk among species
