The Aquarius & Leo: Soulful Morning. Originally written in April 2005. I fed Mr. Leo the lines of my haiku. From there we wove together a beautiful lyric..a series of haiku. However...in my personal opinion..it's a lot better from ending to beginning (which is how I am posting it) than from the beginning to the end. This was kind of my ode to the Natalie Cole song "Tell Me All About It" Soulful Morning The Leo Says: Licking the remnants of your music running down your nether regions The Aquarian Says: Abruptly calmed by Lingering sensations of Raw pulsating flesh The Leo Says: Mango labia ripened by thirteen kisses and handled with care The Aquarian Says: A rushing climax Vibrations that mimic our Language of passion The Leo Says: For every boom that makes the space in between the heartbeats hungry The Aquarian Says: Nocturnal secrets Spoken in hush tones of lust While praising the beat The Leo Says: Tightening the snare until the animal's skin taints itself with bliss The Aquarian Says: Slave to the Rhythm Bound by the pulsating beat Crying out for more The Leo Says: Sway to my drumline where the pounding will excite steamy moon showers. The Aquarian Says: Soulful Moaner Sway Instinctively to the beat Praise Perfectionist

Educator Charlotte Hawkins Brown on her wedding day in 1912. Founder of the historic Palmer Memorial Institute in North Carolina, Ms. Brown was also one of the invaluable suffragists who worked for black women to have the same equal rights black men and white women were fighting for in the early 20th century.
She was also the great aunt of singer Natalie Cole. In fact, she raised Natalie’s mother Maria and her sisters (her brother’s children) when their mother died in childbirth. Ms. Brown died in 1961.
