Sabellian wins and Wrathion runs away, then feels the need to prove that he isn't evil so he sacrifices himself to lock the Vault of the Incarnates with Iridikron's ghost inside. Between his vanishing and his reappearance, he goes to the Shadowlands and meets Malygos. They chat a bit, discover a bunch of similarities between themselves, and repair Malygos' view of the Black Dragons somewhat. Wrathion's first thought when the vault door closes is "I forgot to tell Mal where I was going" so that's why Vyra is talking about Mal.

So far, I knw she has:

Killed a bunch of innocent blue whelps who had nothing to do with the Nexus war

Waved Malygos' mate's corpse in front of him as a taunt

Condoned, or at least covered up, the forced breeding of Nyxondra

So much child abuse

Literally gave no fucks about Malygos going insane. Like, he was there for 10,000 years and she didn't even think 'We should check on him' until, first, she needed him to do something to benefit her, and second TO MURDER HIM. Like, maybe if you actually bothered to care, the entire Nexus war could have been prevented.

Continued to destroy Black Dragon eggs despite finding out how to purify them. She doesn't even make an effort to regain the technology to purify them. 'Life' my ass.

Reasons I support Wrathion

We have no proof that Sabellian is uncorrupted

Wrathion is bad at his job but at least he actually tries to do it. Sabellian left the planet and only came back when WRATHION had made sure it was safe.

Wrathion cares about Azeroth.

Sabellian served Deathwing for many years. Not Neltharion, DEATHWING. We don't know how many awful things he did in that time.

Wrathion looks like Medivh and I fucking love Medivh. It does not bode well for Anduin, though.

Wrathion slice and diced N'zoth. That takes hella balls.

His horrible sins were committed when he was an actual toddler. Like, he was three when Kairoz opened the Dark Portal.

He's baby. (No explanation)

His voice.

He helped us. We helped him. We have history.

His lesbian adoptive moms, Right and Left (ICONS)

I wanna see more of him, Kalec and Nozdormu bonding (Non romantic please, Wrathion is a child)

My 5 main alts are a mage who kins him, a priest who is literally a Blacktalon agent, a Blue Dragon who got trapped with the Dracthyr, a druid who wants to pretend to be his mom (he needs it XD) and a monk who goes with anything the druid says.

I just love Wrathion.

Warcraft Headcanon

Neltharion didn't quite know how to apologize. Instead, he gave gifts. These gifts varied wildly in size and form, typically based on the severity of his offense. If he said something wrong, did something wrong, harmed someone, he would give them something.

By the Shattering, Malygos had what would be three times the worth of the British crown jewels.

I just pulled a "DON'T TOUCH MY GODDAMN SON" on Character AI's Deathwing. "My son" is, in fact, HIS son, Wrathion. I don't regret it. You mess with the cub you get the mama bear.

Warcraft Headcanon

Wrathion's visage form has pale pink eyes because of how he was created. His dragon form has pinkish-red eyes. Both of these change to an orange/red color when he uses magic, so he tries to have a minor spell going at all times, because you don't just go around yelling that you are a literal bastard.
