Florida's Scrub Jays are the subject of a brutal teardown track on the multi-Platinum selling album ‘FanMail’ by TLC. Excoriated for their lack of ambition, poor grooming, inattentiveness to their partner’s needs, and general attitude, these sad excuses for Jays measure up quite poorly to their Stellar cousins. Despite all of these negative qualities, their charm attracts enough birders that they can continue being bustas with little consequence.
toji is so scrub coded. all i can think about when i hear this song is toji in shiu’s passenger seat.
I don't want no scrubs. Scrubs are the romance killers. Scrubs are the bustas who bring total swaglessness. I will not take the scrubs' numbers. I will not give them mine. I will not meet them nowhere. I will not take none of their time. I will permit the scrubs to pass over me and through me, and when they have gone through me, I will turn the inner eye to see their path, and where the scrubs have gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
