Hey guys! To celebrate Nomads’ return in 3 days, I drew Poko in my style!
Nomads is by @captain-juuter on Webtoon. It’s an amazing series with super cool worldbuilding and interesting/lovable characters. I’m super excited for the return and hope some of you who haven’t seen it before come to love it just as much as me!

we actually need more oc activity (and regular activity) in this fandom. It’s such an amazing story that has so much diversity in it’s characters that could easily be transferred over to ocs

Nomads OC!
This is Olivia Valora, a nomad who originated from the Sand Kingdom
Olivia is aloof and a bit naive. She gets flustered easily and is very sweet. She often speaks her mind.
She became a nomad to find a partner. She used to date a guy who was abusive and that's where the scars came from.
Olivia joined Simon's crew when they found her in her (destroyed) boat after she got caught in a storm.

How I think the nomads characters would text if they had phones:
Lance: Hed probably text with proper spelling and grammar just never use any kind of punctuation or apostrophes
Satra: I thnk h3'd txt lyk thss to r3b3l fr0m his par3nts classy xpect8ions or smth lyk tht
Poko: i hate to ve that person... byt she woild use the boomer ellipsis and tge emphatic qoutation marks instesd of the normwl sarcastic ones. Other than tgat shed probably tpue really fas and alsobhave her autoccorrect off (That's what i did for this)
Saber: HE CANT READ, BUT IF HE COULD HED HAVE PERMANENT CAPSLOCK
everyday I think about how Lance and Mikah’s grandfather had his daughter leave him, get her two kids dropped off for him to raise, then have one of them disappear and the other one leave to go looking for him. Every single child this man has raised has left him. Goddamn that must hurt

So,cult,I appear to have another hyperfixation. It's a comic on Webtoon called Nomads. Fuck- be prepared for drawings of that once my art block has receded. Although,I'm specifically hyperfixated on Satra. I adore him. He's everything I want to be. (Spoilers below)

if I had a nickel for every green-haired webcomic protagonist with crazy almost op lightning-looking powers and for various reasons gets treated as a criminal despite fundamentally trying to do good, I'd have at least two nickles, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
