unfortunately
so unfortunately google has decided suspend the google account that me and @secret-mewtwo use for @the-song-of-the-day blog, unfortunately because of this there will be no songs posted for the foreseeable future. We are sorry that this has happened and we are working to resolve this issue. We have submitted an appeal to google but it could take awhile, if the account isn’t available to us in a month we’ll try to make a new song of the day blog hopefully google will see our appeal and we’ll get our account back.
I’m glad you’re back. I just want to say that what you’re doing here is really cool and it’s given me a lot of good music recommendations. So thank you

How do you guys pick your song for the day?
Well mod Gremlin picks their songs by going through their playlist on shuffle until they find something they vibe with.
I do pretty much the same thing but I like to look for songs that would have a cool fact or backstory.

we know we didn’t do all of February but we did a wrap up that includes top three of the most liked and disliked songs, most and least votes and the average amount of votes for this month.
Out of 21 the top three most voted songs this month were
I’m In Love With My Car by Queen with 121 votes. It was chosen by Mod Gremlin.
2. One Vision also by Queen with 86 votes. It was chosen by Mod Gremlin.
3. Curses by The Crane Wives with 28 votes. It was chosen by Mod Secret

So I my largest playlist titled My Ultimate Playlist right now stands at 1,796 songs and is about 118 hours long.
Mod Secret’s on the other hand has about 100 songs and five and a half hours long

Hey, sorry but unfortunately we don’t take requests because we are choosing songs off of our ever growing playlists. But I have that song on there and a couple other songs by them so they’ll probably pop up eventually.
