I was playing the Sims 2(Yes, I still play Sims 2 in 2020), I had a family, a married couple. The wife was in the Medical career and it took a large toll on her energy need. One day she got a promotion at work, which changed her hours. So ended up having to head to her next shift like a few hours after her last one. When she came home, she ended up passing out multiple times in a row.

From that moment onward, she would get a little bit of sleep, go to work, return home, then pass out a couple of times. It wasn’t until she and her husband were expecting their son, that she got decent sleep and by decent sleep, I mean fucking being asleep through her entire pregnancy(Would rarely be awake and if she was awake it was for basic needs).
