Free Hugs

Katsuki coughed lightly as he was walking down the white halls of the hospital. Surprisingly -especially with his explosive personality and short temper- he’s currently working at a children’s hospital.

It may not be like him but he decided it so no further questions will be answered.

“Hey Doc!” A familiar called out, snapping Katsuki out of his own thoughts. He should stop thinking about work too much.

A gentle gaze crossed his face as he walked towards the wheel chair where the small voice called out to him a moment ago.

“Hey, there kiddo.” He said, squatting down to meet her level and ruffling her white hair.

Eri giggled, used to the blond at this point. Eri has been in the hospital for a few months now, because of her illness. Leukemia. And Katsuki is her appointed doctor.

The blond’s heart aches whenever he sees her, especially whenever see that  precious smile of hers that seemed like she was one of god’s angels and had descended from the heavens.

The only thing is... she’s terribly sick, to the point she could barely walk by herself anymore, needing the help of a nurse to take her outside for her to get some fresh air.

This is one of the reasons Katsuki prefers to work at this hospital. To save the smiles of these kids, to save the future they’ll lose just cause of this bullshit illness they don’t deserve to have.

“Where have you been last week, doc?” She asked. Eri has changed a lot for the past months, a lot more open than she used to. She barely talked to anyone when she first came to the hospital. Often hiding behind her tired looking father that has bags under his eyes -Aizawa-, peeking shyly behind him and hiding completely when someone even looks at her.

“I met up with someone.” Katsuki answered, standing up gesturing the nurse -Tsuyu- that he’ll take over on taking her outside, to where Tsuyu agreed silently and left with a small smile on her face.

Everyone thinks the blond isn’t the kind of person that should be working in a hospital for children but after watching (cause no one would straight up work with him on the first day of work) the blond work one will no doubt think the blond is great at the job.

“Who did you meet up with?” She asked, being the curious little girl she is, as Katsuki started to push her chair to head outside.

“Just another doctor.” He answered. There’s nothing more that she needs to know anymore than that.

“Oh...” She said, although he knows she’s holding back to keep on pressing Katsuki. “Anyway, have you heard of Izuku?” she asked, changing the subject as she leaned her head back to look at the doctor.

“Izuku?”

“Yeah. He came here a couple of days ago. He’s really nice.” Eri said.

Izuku...

It’s been a while since he’s heard of that name...

But it isn’t him isn’t he?

It’s been years since he’s been in the slightest been in contact with the nerd. Not that he can after... a very rough childhood, of which he doesn’t have the right to face him. He hasn’t even seen him ever since they finished middle school. The greenette moved out soon after that and his mother barely had any contact with his contact.

“What does he look like?” Katsuki found himself asking, as they passed the doorway to the outside.

“Huh? Hm... well, he has curly green hair, there’s freckles on his cheeks and he gives out free hugs as well!” She said cheerily.

Free hugs? That’s new.

The nerd is cuddly that’s for sure, but he didn’t know the nerd would be so willing to hug anyone. And why do people say ‘free hugs?’ are hugs not given free? Does someone need to pay just to give hugs? Like seriously,..

“Ah! Hey, Izuku-nii-chan!” Eri shouted, waving an arm in the air to get the other’s attention.

Katsuki snapped out of his thoughts, looking up to see what Eri was calling to.

His eyes went wide as he eyes landed on a familiar figure, stopping in his tracks in the process, shock clearly in his face.

There he was, sitting on one of the benches, giving a warm hug to another young boy. A bright smile on his face looking at the boy as he pulled away and waving the boy goodbye as another nurse lead him back inside the hospital. As he heard Eri’s voice he turned to face Eri, prepared to give a wave but saw Katsuki, his eyes went wide as his emerald green orbs met with crimson red ones.

...

Aaand scene!

Katsuki continued to just stare at the man sitting across from him and another person -an  agent from the government- as he and the detective talked about some things about the recent case Katsuki was also a part of.

At least that’s what Katsuki knows that they are talking about.

His mind blocked everything out ever since the man across from him came in the room.

It was definitely out of his expectations.

He never even thought about this ever happening in his entire life time.

Deku is now in front of him again after who knows how long has it been.

It’s almost been a decade he thinks. The pro hero has never seen or heard from the greenette ever since middle school. Sure, their mothers are still good friends and Inko gets to have dinner with them from time to time but, not once has Izuku been with her.

Katsuki’s own mother told hiim not to bring Izuku up in any of their conversations -not that he wanted to talk about him anyway (way out of character in his mind and he is definitely not concerned by the nerd at all, yup, not at all).

He thought it was weird at first. Hell, it was weird through out everything. But he couldn’t take his mind of it.

Guess he knows why now.

Midoriya Izuku now sits across from him, a tired look on his face -a very tired look. Bloodshot eyes and dark bags under his eyes. Complexion pale as a ghost. A small scar -most probably from a blade- rested on the left side of his jaw. Even from where Katsuki was sitting, the blond could smell the faint scent of alcohol coming from the greenette.

He drinks? What the hell has he been doing?

Izuku even wore piercings in his ear and when he opened his mouth, Katsuki see another one resting on the tip of his mouth.

Does his mother approve of that? Katsuki doesn’t think so.

All through out the meeting Katsuki sat there in silence not knowing what to do, what to say, all he could do at the moment was think about whatever was right in front of him now was a dream or not.

The pro hero came to when it ended and Izuku stood to leave -same with the agent, but as of now Katsuki doesn’t care about him.

“Mind if you leave us for a second.”Katsuki spoke up finally to the agent without taking his gaze off of Izuku.

The agent was about to say something but Izuku cut him off. “What if I mind?” Izuku asked, brows furrowing slightly.

“Come on, Izuku, don’t give me that attitude.” Katsuki growled.

Izuku rolled his eyes. “You’re saying that as if you didn’t give me a shitty attitude when we were children.”

Okay.

There’s no way Katsuki could deny that one.

Katsuki pursed his lips together, clenched teeth underneath, trying hard not to lash out. He can do that now.... one way or another. At least he doesn’t just instantly screams at people now.

“It’s just a talk, what’s so wrong about it?” Katsuki asked.

“You of all people want to “talk?” Izuku raised an eyebrow.  “Never thought that’s a phrase that’ll come out of your mouth.”

“Deku...” Katsuki growled lowly, his patience nearing its end. As the air of the room started to get heavy the agent thought it was best for him to leave the room silently -mostly because hhe doesn’t want to be in the blond’s range if he did started to blowing things up.

He values his life and well being very much.

“Aaand there’s that old nickname, thought it was weird you started using my name over there. Thought something possessed you or something.” Izuku said with a sarcastic tone.

A vein popped in Katsuki head, expression changing to a full scowl.

I think you’re the one possessed.

“What the hell happened to you?” The blond asked, preferring to just get things in track rather than start to scream and start punching something.

Izuku’s expression darkened, eyes narrowin dark green boring into red.

“Why do you care?” Izuku said lowly.

“Is that a problem too?”

“Yes, cause you never cared about anything else other than yourself.” Izuku answered, hardly even thinking about it before he said it. “Much less if it’s me.” He added.

Fuck.

That was a hard blow.

But he changed. Katsuki is better than he was back at middle school, actually if he could he wants to go back to that time and take all the things he did back, to apologize, to make things better.

And maybe -just maybe- things wouldd be different right now. Maybe Izuku won’t turn out like this. Maybe Izuku would be doing better. Maybe Katsuki and Izuku would be in better terms. Maybe they would have been good friends until now.

That wouldn’t happen.

The bridge is already destroyed to bits, it won’t be fixed anymore.

“Deku...” Katsuki called out softly, his feeling was shifted from anger to regret.

“Katsuki...” He called back, the same low, angered tone in his voice.

The two remained styaed there, in complate silence just looking at each other, Izuku’s eyes looking directly at Katsuki’s eyes, looking if he’ll say anything else.

Izuku sighed then standing from his seat. “You don’t have to know jack shit about me, isn’t worth shit anyway even to me. And please, you don’t have to talk to me during this whole shit. Just carry on with your life, don’t mind a shitty extra like me.” He said before turning around to head to the door.

Katsuki stood immediately. “Deku, wait.”

And Izuku was out the door without a word.

Damn it.

[sorry about this. just wanted to do this scene even though i don’t have a good plot to put it in i just have to get this out of my system. don’t mind this shit.]

“All Because of Lilacs...”

Giyu wandered through the forest in a daze. His eyes empty, his mind elsewhere than the road he was currently on. He doesn’t know what he is thinking about actually. Even his mind just wanders elsewhere to the point he himself can’t seem to catch up to it.

 The only thing he could grasp in his mind was the place his feet are currently bringing him to. He’s been there too many times already that even he’s blindfolded and had his hands tied at his back, he’ll still be able to go there.

 Not that he wants to go there anyway.

 He didn’t like that place, even though she’s there.

 He sighed, filled with sadness and grief heavy on his chest. It won’t go away anytime soon.

 Giyu’s empty blue eyes stayed locked straight ahead.  His feet will turn when he needs to anyway.

 He walked a couple more steps, before he noticed something in the corner of his eye.

 A bush of lilacs…

 He must be almost there then since he found the bush already. Giyu always finds this bush here when on his way to her. And when he finds this bush…

 Giyu reaches out to take a small handful of lilacs, like he always does. Since he knows she love this flower. This flower will make her happy. But before he can even get a single petal a hand stopped him, holding tightly on to his wrist. His eyes widened in shock turning to face the one who was holding him.

 “Oh my, oh my….” Giyu heard as he turned his head towards the voice, the voice was so soft, so smooth, so gentle, so it was a girl holding him down? How? Her grip isn’t like any woman he has met before. “I see… so you’re the one who’s been stealing my flowers.” She says, even though her tone was sweet and gentle, a hint of irritation was still found in her voice.

 Giyu’s eyes finally landed on her, if his eyes can still go any larger it would happen right now. The woman before him had short hair tied to the back of her head with a butterfly hairpiece. Her eyes were deceptively soft and kind but Giyu could see the hint of anger in those gorgeous violet orbs of hers. A small smile was on her lips as well.

 If Giyu thinks about it, if it was anyone else, they probably have thought this woman wasn’t angry, but Giyu noticed it.

 “…ello… hello~…” The woman before him said, snapping him out of his thoughts.

 Giyu blinked a few times like he was suddenly transported here or something. “What…?” He said as if he was lost.

 “Mind telling me why you have been taking my flowers?” She asked. Giyu probably imagined the emphasis there. Probably. Giyu couldn’t answer. He just couldn’t.

 It hurts too much to talk about it. To remember it. Sadly, he always remembers it.

 The woman looked at him, scanning his expression, only seeing hurt and sadness in those eyes. His eyes looked so… empty… She wonders what happened for him to have those eyes.

 “Well, if you can’t tell me, then I guess I have to come with you.” she said as she lets go of his wrist. Giyu almost forgot that she was holding on to his wrist.

 “What? Why?” Giyu asked as his eyes followed Shinobu while she walked towards the direction where he usually go. Does she know where he’s going? How?

 “I have to know of course, to whom you give those flowers. You better give them to a beautiful woman or else.” She said in a slightly threatening tone but mostly its more of a playful one. The smile on her fae unwavering as she walked.

 A beautiful woman? What is she talking about?

 “Come on, tell me where you go with my flowers.” She said, glancing over her shoulder towards Giyu before looking forward once more. Giyu narrowed his eyes curiously, having a hard time figuring out the woman walking away, the woman who’s walking where he usually walks.

 It takes him a moment before he looked at the bush of lilacs once more and taking a small handful before running up to the woman. This time it doesn’t seem like she’s angry with him taking the flowers with him. They walked in silence for a while, Giyu finding himself lost in his thoughts once more, not anymore minding that this time there was someone else with him as he walked towards his destination, letting his feet bring him there.

 Giyu always finds himself lost in his thoughts whenever he walks. His mind is always filled with her beside him as they walked through the forest hand in hand, with smiles on their faces. Talking chattering without a care in the world.

 “What’s your name?” The woman asks, pulling Giyu out of his thoughts once more. Giyu gave her a sidelong glance.

 “Isn’t it polite for someone to introduce themselves first before asking another person’s name?” Giyu asked, bluntly, without a hint of realization that he came off a bit rude to the woman.

 The woman’s eye twitched slightly; she could feel that a vein almost popped in her head for a second there but the smile on her face didn’t waver. “Forgive me,” she said in a slightly irritated tone laced in her voice. “My name Shinobu Kocho, but you can call me Shinobu. Your name is?” Shinobu asked once more, still irritated but she doesn’t let it show… at least that much.

 “Giyu Tomioka, nice to meet you.” He said.

 Finally. Shinobu thought, while she quietly sighed out her irritation towards the man. Not all of it though.

 “Would you tell me something about her? She’s gotta be a great woman for you to continuously shower her with my lilacs.” She asked nicely. It takes a lot out of her to sound kind, especially towards someone who constantly picks her precious lilacs in the mornings, not that she doesn’t like sharing it’s just that she doesn’t appreciate that it’s taken without any warning first.

 How does she know about her? Did she follow him to her? Then why is she still asking about her then? Why does she still need me to bring her there? Giyu asked himself, his thoughts spiraling even more with each question leaving him confused even more.

 “She is a great woman…” He managed to get out somehow without using that word.

 Shinobu studied his expression, wondering why the man had that expression on his face. Was he heartbroken? Was he rejected and still trying to have her -whoever it is- love? Or perhaps she was promised to another? Those happens often nowadays, especially if one’s parents wants their child to be with a rich man, but Giyu here looks like a fine man himself. His style is a bit… weird per say -is splitting 2 coats in half and sewing them together a trend? – but the cloth itself seems luxurious.

 “Is she important to you?” Shinobu asked.

 “Of course, she is,” He said as his mind slipped into the memory of them on the dinner table, eating as they chatted what happened in each other’s day, often joking about it especially her. How she giggled as she reached out to get a piece of rice on his cheek as they ate. “The most important one in my life…” Giyu’s voice trailed off softly as he added. Giyu himself didn’t even notice the faint smile he had on his face as he recalled the memory in his head.

 Shinobu’s eyes widened a little as she saw the man smiled.

 He must really care about her for him to have that look on his face.

 She wonders what she’ll do when she sees this woman, maybe she’ll tell this woman how much Giyu cares about her, let her hear how much the man thinks about her, let her realize the man’s feelings. Maybe then the man would stop to constantly take her precious lilacs in her garden in the mornings he walks by to go to her.

 “We’re here.” Giyu announces, snapping Shinobu out of her thoughts this time, as they went up the small cliff.

 Shinobu expected to be on a girl’s home, or somewhere Giyu and this girl to meet up in secret or something.

 She never expected to arrive at a grave…

 Tsutako Tomioka… his… sister? He was talking about his sister?

 Shinobu remained where she stood, frozen and shocked, while Giyu walked up to it, kneeling down on one knee as he placed the lilacs along with the pile he had been placing for literally days, some of the lilacs were withered, some were still fresh, some were already losing it’s petals and flying away with the wind.

 “Hey, sis.” Giyu greeted, a small sad smile on his face. A part of him still wishing that she would somehow respond to him like he always wished every time he visits his sister.

 Then it was silence, only the sound of the wind blowing fills the air.

 “It was your sister?” Shinobu asked, still shocked. So it wasn’t a woman, so he wasn’t saddened by rejection or that she was promised to another, it was because she passed away… how could she not have noticed?

 “Yeah,” Giyu turned his head to look at Shinobu. “I thought you knew that already?” He said, raising an eyebrow towards her.

 “I didn’t know it was your sister. I thought it was a woman that you’re in love with or something.” Shinobu said, her voice almost like a yell, s small frown on her face.

 Why did she think it was a woman? Why didn’t he realize that he was mourning from loss and not grieving for his broken heart?

 Maybe she has to lay off the romance novels she’s been reading lately.

 “A woman?” Giyu frowned in confusion.

 Shinobu sighed, shaking her head lightly. “Nevermind that.” She said as she walked towards the grave slowly, squatting down next to Giyu as she looked at the grave.

 “When did she pass away?” Shinobu asked, as Giyu looked back to the grave and sat down, his legs crossed together.

 “Last year,” he said, his voice lacing with anger when he did. “She… she was murdered…” Giyu said, gritting his teeth when he did, his fist clenching as he did. They haven’t caught the person responsible for this, he hasn’t caught the person responsible for this. There is one thing for sure when he finds the person…

 He’ll make this person suffer like hell.

 Shinobu looks at him, studying the expressions the man is making, the anger that he emits just from his gaze as he looked onto his sister’s grave as if he was looking at the murderer of his sister.

 Shinobu gets that feeling. She gets that feeling very well. The anger of one’s love being taken from them.

 After all, she too has lost her beloved sister. All because of a murderer

 Their beloved sister they cared about the most in their lives when they didn’t have anyone else. The anger of knowing that the murderer of their sisters is still out there, probably taking someone else’s love one.

 Shinobu still has that anger inside of her, she might not show it -her sister said she loved her smile and she intends to keep that smile for her sister- but that anger hadn’t been burned out, actually it burned brighter, growing bigger each day the man responsible for her sister’s death has not been caught, not in a cell, not executed for his crime.

 “I know that feeling,” Shinobu said, she was still grieving as well, even though it was almost 2 years ago when it happened. “I know that feeling very well… but you know,” Shinobu looked at the man sitting beside her. “Your sister won’t be happy you keep on being like this, only crying on her tomb, cursing to the person who have taken her from you.”

 “I think your sister wants you to move on, to carry on with your life, to lead a life with success and happiness not moping around aimlessly like a zombie. I’m not saying you should forget about her,” She said, when Giyu was opening his mouth to say something to retaliate at her. “I’m saying that you should think about what your sister wants you to be, with her memory, with the joy and love that she showered you.”

 Giyu’s eyes widened as she recalled her smiles, those oh so gentle smiles as they talked, how she joked of how Giyu would one day have a wife and children of his own and that he’ll forget about his dear sister all dramatic but GIyu quick to answer that there is no way in hell that he’ll forget about her.

 How could he?

 She was just too precious to forget for even a single second.

 A tear dropped from Giyu’s eye without his knowing until it landed on his fist, the man flinched slightly as he looked at the tear on his fist, his vision blurring immediately as more tears rushed out of him. For a moment he wanted it to stop -he knows he’s already been crying too much for the past months and most especially the first few months his sister passed away- but then he gave up letting the tears come out, letting the pain, the grief out as Shinobu pulled him in for a hug, letting him cry on to her shoulder.

 Moments passed, none of thme have spoken a word as Shinobu let him cry his heart out. She did that once too, when her sister passed away and found that little diary her sister has been keeping, and read what her sister wants her to be. How her sister wishes that she’ll have a family with her husband and children and watch over them like their parents would have but passed away due to the epidemic that happened.

 She cried that day, only then she didn’t have a shoulder to cry on.

 And she doesn’t intend for the man to have none as well.

 More moments passed and Giyu’s sobs quieted down. Slowly they both pulled away from each other, Giyu’s eyes were red and puffy as he looked onto Shinobu’s gentle violet ones.

 “Are you okay now?” She asked softly.

“No,” Giyu answered, Shinobu frowning slightly as she opened her mouth to say something. “But I think I know what I should do now, at least,” He turned his head to his sister’s grave once more “I know what my sister thinks she wants me to do.”

 The words on Shinobu’s mouth died, eyes widening a fraction before she smiled gently and stood up.

 “That’s good,” she said as he patted her clothes for any dust that may have got on her. “Would you care in joining me to some lilac tea?” She asked.

 After all this happened all because of her lilacs…

Giyu wandered through the forest in a daze. His eyes empty, his mind elsewhere than the road he was currently on. He doesn’t know what he is thinking about actually. Even his mind just wanders elsewhere to the point he himself can’t seem to catch up to it.

[sorry if they are not in character too much, new to the fandom you see, not a good writer at that so sorry.]

[and sorry if the plot is all over the place, my mind is all over the place as well]

Gray or Black?

He ran. He just ran, to let the thoughts get out of his head to make the thoughts go away. To run away from reality even in just a second longer.

 But he couldn’t.

 Not when the ring wrapped in his finger constantly reminds him of what he’s running away from.

 Katsuki stopped in his tracks, breathing heavily, sweat dripping down his temple.

 The blond wanted to scream. He wants to scream so badly. Wanted to let the pain out as much as he can. He needed to stay strong, and pain hinders him to.

 But he can’t. The blond will seem crazy if he did that. Although he already he has a reputation of screaming and yelling a lot, especially to other people.

 Katsuki raised his left hand, where the ring rested on his ring finger -the ring that connects him to his soulmate. He narrowed his eyes as he found the color of the ring.

 Gray.

 A very dull gray.

 Something that is very appropriate to his soulmate, Deku, who is currently on the hospital bed. In a coma. His body covered with casts, bandages bruises and wounds -Katsuki knows that there will surely be new scars appearing on the nerd’s body somewhere.

 How long has he been like that you ask?

 3 weeks or so? Almost a month? The blond isn’t sure, time was both quick and slow when it came to him. He isn’t sure what day it is today already as well.

 He hated it.

 Not only could he not focus on his job as a hero and that his rank as the top 3 hero is in danger -he’s still on his way to defeat Deku on the No. 1 spot after all (and actually, he doesn’t care about that much right now, the worst they can do is put him the top 10 spot) but he hated that his hero boyfriend over there is a suicidal martyr that without a doubt in his mind would jump into danger to help even just one person while not caring how many injuries, scars and etc. it would leave him.

 It frustrated him to no end but also admired him for it. He won’t say it of course, the blond has a feeling the greenette will get even worse if he says that to him face to face. No one can just do that so easily. Not all heroes can do that. Not even Katsuki.

 And look what the nerd got himself into for that.

 He clenched his teeth as a scowl formed on his face, his hand turning to a fist, his knuckles turning white as he did.

 The sighed out heavily, before pulling the energy to continue his morning run (and running away from reality even just a single moment.

 But before he can even could even take a step, a heavy weight fell to his chest, like all of a sudden, his heart was ripped out of him. Eyes went wide, the blond could feel the blood is draining away from him. He could feel himself trembling where he stood. Katsuki isn’t taking a risk in walking just yet cause he’s sure as hell that he’ll fall to the ground.

 Slowly, the pro hero raised his hand to view. Eyes with horror this time as he saw the color of the ring.

 Black.

 Pure black.

 Katsuki ran, without him knowing. He ran as fast as he could. He didn’t know if he just ran or he used his quirk to get there but that didn’t matter right now. It didn’t matter at all to be honest.

 All that did matter was Deku.

 The only meaning associated with black is…

 Death…

 No, no, no, no. Katsuki thought as he ran through the streets, the crowd parting like the red sea as they saw the blond ran, worried looks on their faces.

 Don’t you dare, you nerd. Don’t you fucking dare.

 Katsuki looked at the ring on his hand once more. It was still black but it wasn’t fading, it still hasn’t turned to dust.

 Yet…

 Katsuki shook his head.

 No, not “yet”, I know the nerd won’t just kick the bbucket that easily.

 Finally, Katsuki arrived at the hospital, he rushed inside and through the corridors -the nurses didn’t bother to stop him, not that they can rival the strength of a pro hero anyway, plus they know the situation there anyway.

 The door to his room was open, the blond could see the doctors running in and out of the room, he could here the shouts of commands. When he was at the door, the first thing he saw was the doctor shouting some number for the defibrillator. And pushing it down to Deku’s chest as he said “Clear!”

 Inko was right there beside him, clutching on to her son’s hand like her life depends on it, tears streaming down her cheeks as she talked  - prayed- to not take her son away from her. Katsuki rushed next to her as he too, grabbed to their joined hands, clutching on to their hands until his knuckles turned white.

 Don’t you dare nerd! Don’t you dare leave me Deku.

 Please don’t leave.

 I don’t know what I’ll do without you.

 Please.

 ….

 …

 …Beep…

 The weight on Katsuki’s chest -that godddamn boulder- was finally out of his chest. The blond opened his eyes -he doesn’t remember when he closed them in the first place- red orbs immediately landing on the ring wrapped around his finger.

 Gray.

 It’s back to that dull gray color.

 As much as he hated that one, but he hated the black one more.

 Next time this ring turns black again, Katsuki thought as if he and Deku can communicate with the power of their minds. The next time that happens you little shit I’m gonna beat your ass, got it?

 He got no answer.

 Figured.

 “You’ll definitely wake up,” he whispered, mostly to himself. “You have to.”

 I’ll be waiting…

So We Meet Again?

The bed sheets rustled as Izuku swung his legs at the edge of the bed as he sat up. He groaned quietly, not wanting to wake up the other person on the bed. They didn’t need to wake up. It was better that way or else they’ll get clingier if they do.

 It’s way more annoying that way. Especially if they start to think that something is happening between them. Trust him, he has experienced one before. One of the few times Izuku overslept and they woke up earlier than him, going flirty all over again. It would be easier if they’re one of those people who understand what a one night stand is.

 Izuku stood up, quietly padding through the room searching for his shirt and pants. The greenette heard the sheets rustled once more while he was zipping up his fly.

 His eyes landed on the figure on the bed, her head raised, eyes barely open to see her cat like eyes.

 “Are you going now?” She asked while she rubbed her eye.

 “Yeah…” He answered immediately –sounding indifferent and without sparing her a single glance-, praying inn his head that she doesn’t beg about staying or stuff like that, it’ll be a huge pain in the ass, while he picked up his shirt and put it on.

 Where did he I leave my jacket again? He thought as he started to make his way to the door.

 “Will I see you again?” she asked when Izuku was at the door way –hopefulness in her tone. Izuku stopped in his tracks freezing.

 He slowly looked back with a blank, empty look on his face.  “I doubt that’ll happen, sweetheart.” He said, dismissively.

 This was nothing more other than a one night stand. He doesn’t even remember her name. He never asked nor did they. He doesn’t expect anything more, they shouldn’t be expecting more either.

 “Bye.” He said before continuing to get out of the room, not bothering to listen to whatever she said as he walked out of the room.

  ~~~~~~~~
Loud music filled his ears as he downed another glass of whiskey. He knows he’ll be hung over the next day but he didn’t care. He’s used to that already.
 Izuku already forgot what being sober felt like by now with the amount of alcohol he’s been drinking lately. Why, you asked? To forget shit called reality.
 He put down the glass, gesturing to the bartender and good friend of his –Shinso- to give him another one.
 The purple haired man, visibly sagged as he sighed in disappointment. He didn’t care.
 Izuku is used to making people disappointed, to the point that he himself is disappointed with himself.
 “Do you even remember how many drinks you’ve had already?” Shinso asked as he poured another drink.
 Izuku scoffed, rolling his eyes. Are we doing this again? “What do you think?”
 Shinso sighed once more. “Of course, you didn’t.” He shook his head.
 “is he here yet?” izuku asked changing the subject.
 “Who exactly?”
 “Tsukauchi.” Izuku said as he had another sip on his drink.
 “I don’t think-“ Shinso cut himself off as his tired eyes landed on a familiar figure crossing the crowd of people in the club. “Look who’s here.” Shinso crossed his arms as he pointed to the man with his chin. Izuku turned his head.
 Tsukauchi wore a trench coat over his suit and a fedora, big mistake if you’re going to a place like this, filled with sweaty people partying to their hearts content.
 “Tsukauchi,” Izuku said, his voice starting to become slurry, actually it has been since a while ago, Shinso just didn’t mind it, more like he’s too used to it to point it out at this point. “It isn’t like you to come to our ‘meetings’ late like this.” He said as Tsukauchi sat to the stool next to him, taking off his hat, a drop of sweat dripping down his forehead.
 “Sorry, there has been a bit of delay because I still waited for a few people.” He said as he gestured Shinso to give him a glass of water.
 “What?” Izuku frowned, his tone going low and dark. The greenette preferred to not get involved with a lot of people, he only sees people who he knows is essential for his work and that’s it. No more, no less. Besides if a lot of people knew about his job then it would ruin the point of going under cover in the first place right?
 “I know that you don’t like meeting people, Midoriya. But I assure you that they are essential to the case.”
 “Oh really now?” Izuku said sarcastically, rolling his eyes then took another large drink from the glass nearly emptying the glass. “Usually, I would be the judge of that.”
 “Please, trust me on this one,” Tsukauchi insisted, eyes filled with determination and hopefulness for Izuku to give whoever he brought with him a chance to work with him. “They are both heroes and are very reliable people. I have also made them swore to never disclose anything about anything that is related to you.”
 Green orbs went darker as he stared down his reflection on the glass.
 Promises are always meant to be broken. And Izuku don’t trust anyone, nor look up to anyone, nor have faith in anyone, nor believe in anyone.
 Not even himself.
 The greenette downed the rest of his drink, glass dropping heavily on the counter, hopefully not heavy enough that it cracked the glass or else he’s gonna get an earful from Shinso later on.
 “So where are these trustworthy people you’re talking about?” He said, not actually wanting to hear an answer, he just wants to get his report over with and go drink some more before he goes home and crash at his bed –that is if no one coerces him to… have some fun tonight (or something that’ll keep him distracted for a little while longer..)
 “I think they’re still having a hard time-“ Tsukauchi cut himself off as he turned around to look at the partying crowd behind them only to see the pair of heroes he came her e with. “Oh there they are.”
 Izuku sighed as he turned his head again to face whoever hero the man came with. Hopefully it wasn’t one of the famous ones, like Lemilllion or Hawks –as good as meeting them he absolutely cannot meet them, at least not like this anyway, despite being like this Izuku is still the same hero fanboy somewhere in that heart of his.
 Just not as much as before.
 Especially when he burned every single one of those notebooks before high school…
 There was no point keeping them anymore…
 There was no point in keeping his hope of being hero alive anymore…
 With empty, despaired eyes he looked at two spiky heads (one ash blond, another is crimson red) forced their way through the crowd.
 Izuku’s eyes narrowed his eyes, feeling a sense of familiarity. He felt like he’s seen those before. He should know those. Maybe he should stop on the drinks right now, cause his brain seems to have started to stop functioning.
 “Goddamn, old man, don’t fucking leave us in the goddamn crowd like that.”
 Okay.
 Izuku really, really needs to stop drinking ‘cause now he’s hallucinating a nightmare when he’s wide awake.
 The greenette’s eyes widened as the pair of heroes finally passed the last row of people, now gracing Izuku to see who they really are.
 And boy he didn’t expect him to be here.
 “Come on, bro. Don’t be like that,” The red head –Kirishima Eijiro a.k.a. Red Riot- reprimanded the blond. “Sorry about that Tsukauchi.” Eijiro said with an apologetic look on behalf of the blond since he knows he won’t be apologizing anytime soon.
 “It’s fine, and forgive me for that, Bakugo.”
 Ah.
 Somebody please fucking pinch him. He is definitely passed out drunk somewhere in his home now that he’s dreaming. Is it even a dream? It’s more like a damn nightmare.
 The blond huffed “Yeah, yeah, just don’t-“ Katsuki cut off his own words as his red eyes landed on Izuku’s green ones.
 Both of them speechless and eyes wide open.
 Silence came to the group, Tsukauchi, Kirishima, and Shinso (yes he’s still there, he made it a task for himself to be the greenette’s bodyguard, mostly to make sure the greenette to not do anything stupid) confused to the sudden awkward, heavy air that came over them.
 “Deku…” Katsuki said a bit breathless from the shock and the horror creeping up to him at the sight of Izuku before him right now.
 “Kacchan…” Izuku called out softly, masking his irritation with a blank look on his face.
 Are you sure he isn’t in some dream/nightmare (he isn’t sure what to make of the situation right now) right now?
[sorry if the plot is all over the place hahahahhahah]
This is something I’m still working on. Very vague and confusing and plain, if you’ve read the one I posted on archive this isn’t the sequel to that. but if you want to read this and you want it to make sense (like how they met and shit like that) then click THIS if you want to read it. Im posting this so I can get other people’s opinion on this, so to whoever is reading this please give me your ideas and criticism about my shitty writing skills.
Again this is just a DRAFT not a sequel.
It’s been ten minutes since Izuku last turn the page on the book he was reading. His mind was elsewhere. Where you ask? Nothing much… Just the ticking sound from the clock, the sound of the piano from the speakers he usually plays whenever he reads a book and…
 The venomous uncomfortable glare he receives from a pair of crimson red eyes from behind him. He’s used to glares, as someone who’s in the mafia –the next head at that- he’s used to glares, the kind that wants you dead by their hands, though unlucky for them they’re dead before they got the chance to. But this one, this one cannot kill him no matter how much he wanted.
 Not that he couldn’t –he totally can do it, according to the information that was gathered- but he won’t. He won’t if he doesn’t want to die.
 Izuku sighed as he looked back to the man standing behind him, by the door of his room, standing guard by the orders of his over protective, doting father despite knowing he can handle it by himself no problem.
 Emerald eyes met with crimson ones, one was calm and unfazed while the other was murderous and extremely cautious. It’s been almost 2 weeeks since the blond became his bodyguard along with the other two –their names were Eijiro and Denki, they were nice honestly he prefers those two, they’re really nice unlike this angry Pomeranian.
 The blond looked like he was cautious of him. Overly cautious of him, but why? Is it because he’s the son of the boss of the family? Not likely, most people suck up to him to get a better standing in the family. Is it about that weird ability his father told him about the blond? The thing about knowing someone’s danger level by looking at them?
 Well, doesn’t hurt to ask right?
 “Katsuki,” Izuku called out, the blond flinching slightly by the sudden call after the stare off they did for a moment. “Why are you so cautious of me?” Izuku asked straight to the point.
 “Hah?”  He said, confused.
 “You’re cautious of me, why?” Izuku repeated. Good thing he has a good temper, or else he wouldn’t even bothered to repeat himself. He should be thankful he’s part of the family.
 Katsuki didn’t respond, more like thinking of what to say or maybe he doesn’t know what to say, Izuku waited, the blond definitely knows better than to ignore the next head.
 “I don’t get it.” Katsuki finally said, no longer meeting Isuku’s eyes, head hanging low and his fist clenching. Izuku raised a brow, he notices the annoyance in his tone, but still the greenette remains quiet waiting for the answer he wants.
 “I don’t get how the fuck a freckled face nerdy ass spoiled brat like you be a fucking ten!” Exclaimed Katsuki, meeting Izuku’s eyes now Izuku can clearly see it was not only caution but also frustration in his eyes.
 Is being a ten big of a thing?
 Izuku raised a brow, clearly confused about what Katsuki was saying but still offended by what Katsuki has described him as.
 “That’s judgemental of you.” Izuku said, rolling his eyes as he did. There are times when he appreciates that people think he’s weak –a lot of things go his way faster- and there are times of course it’s annoying. Reminds him of the other heads doubting him, hmm, wonder what can give them fear…
 “It’s called honesty, idiot, and I’m honest to a fault.” Katsuki said as a matter a factly.
 “Sure.” Izuku said in a dead panned tone. “Anyway, is being a ten that big of deal?” he asked, gesturing Katsuki can come near him, his neck is starting to hurt.
 “Hell yeah it’s a big fucking deal.” Katsuki said as he walked cloer, now looking down on the greenette who was still sitting on the couch, he wasn’t exactly sure what the fuck does the nerd means when he gestured him to come closer but he knows he’s not supposed to sit down, he’s still on guard duty and all. Not that he wants to sit down with him anyway.
 “Why?” Izuku asked, the blond is seriously making his neck hurt, and it’s starting to irritate him. “It’s not like I’m the only one that got a ten you know.” He asked with a raised brow.
 “That’s the thing dumbass,” Katsuki said through gritted teeth.
 “You’re the only ten I’ve ever seen in my entire fucking life.”
Random Scene
The clanging of metal echoed through the quiet yet heavily guarded corridor. (A) flinched as the metal door clashed with another, rubbing her arm and feeling iffy with the atmosphere. “This way, miss.” The guard said gruffly, followed by a yawn as he started to walk in a direction. (A) followed the guard and the corridor was filled with the tapping of their shoes as they walked, until they reached a room.
The guard opened the door for (A), gesturing them to come in with their head.
They could already see a familiar person inside the room, cuffed to the table, wearing the prisoner’s uniform, his ankles chained together. (A) nervously walked inside, looking at (Z) with fear in her eyes.
He killed 20 people after all, who wouldn’t be afraid?
The guard closes the door behind (A). Leaving the two of them alone in a big room, with four walls surrounding them.
“Sit down.” (Z) said flatly, (A) followed sitting down slowly across (Z) cautiousness in their eyes. Then the room went silent, and moments pass as such, until (Z) broke the silence.
“Why did you do it?” He asks.
“...What are you talking about?” (A) asked back quietly, leaning back on the chair.
“Why me?” He continued to ask, rising anger evident in his tone.
“...What-”
“Cut your bullshit (A). It’s just the two of us here.” (Z) bit out, fist slamming down on the table. Despite being -apparently- afraid, (A) didn’t even flinch. They just stared at (Z) blankly, before slowly revealing a cunning smile on their lips.
“...Out of everyone, why me?” (Z) repeated, desperation on his tone but tried to not let it show.
They chuckled lightly, the look in (A)’s eyes, though looking ahead, felt like they were looking down on (Z). “Because why not you?” (A) answered back, gone was the scared person that entered the room and was instead replaced by a confident and cunning person.
“Why?” He asks with frustration.
The smile on (A)”s face went wider as they stood and leaned closer to the one sitting across them, and said with confidence for (Z) to hear “Because no one would believe you.” She smiled brightly as she moved away to sit back down. (Z) glared at (A) his fists clenched on the table.
After (A) sat back then, a winning smile appeared on the prisoner’s face. (A) lifted a brow in curiosity, their eyes went wide as they froze in their place as (Z) lifted a voice recorder that was apparently on his lap.
