Six months give or take. I think Noel tawed sometime during his divorce. He knew he wanted a reunion and that's when he began goading Liam into calling him. Remember when he went something like "Call me, I dare you to call me, but I know you won't" and insinuating Liam was afraid to be in the same room as him?? That's the 101 of getting to do your sibling what you want. I know Liam tried to play coy and have Noel crawl back to him but let's be real.. Recently Noel joked about the tambourine player in Oasis being a puppet he owns. Technically, Noel initiated it. He's planned for this.
