Redesign and made some new dislyte Ocs! I love them all! Some of my old Ocs got scraped because they were added to the game so the first picture (Georgia, mars,Bobbie, vex and ombré) and Ester are the only ones I have left from my original batch. Riley, Damien, Rhoda and Asher are new.
Damien was made in collaboration with @sorrylostmysoulonthewayin who made his boyfriend yukio the esper of Jack Frost.
And if anyone wants to join in on making old one espers with me please do and tag me! I’d love to draw them all together and give ester some friends.
One of the things that pisses me off is when people claim that Hades and Persephone are the only Underworld couple from Greek Mythology.
Excuse me, but:
Nyx and Erebus not only that are the OG goth couple, but they also have lots of children together (if you go by the versions where Nyx conceived them with him). The fact that the relationship between them two, Nyx's relationships with her children and Nyx as a goddess on her own are all interesting topics that could be more explored by the Greek Mythology Fans yet there are barely any fanfictions about them is deplorable.
Hypnos and Pasithea. There are different myth versions about how they two got together, but the most famous one was that Pasithea was one of the Graces once and that Hera promised her to Hypnos if he would make Zeus fall asleep during the Trojan War. He is the god of sleep, she is prpbably the goddess of rest and relaxation. They're basically one of those couples that prefer to cuddle and sleep together all the time. Also, Hypnos has a son named Morpheus (god of dreams), and because his mother is never specified there is a chance that it's Pasithea.
Not Canon, but popular enough to be taken into account: many people like to ship Macaria (Goddess of Blessed Death) with Thanatos (Death). The reason for this is because many Greek Mythology Fans consider that it would be interesting if the personification of Death itself would have a partner both in his field of work and his love life.
Any of these relationships can be portrayed as cute, wholesome, peaceful etc. And most importantly, none of them have a rough beginning (*ahem* abduction *ahem*). Also, Hades and Persephone already got so many fanfictions and retellings to the point where they're oversaturated. And while I have to admit that I would be interested in a well written fanfic/book that depicts their relationship in a more neutral/complex way instead of them two being that perfect uwu flower girl/emo boy couple and where Demeter's impotance and depth aren’t erased, at the same time I want these three ships from the above to be acknowledged and represented as well.
