Whitsun Pentecost. π₯ποΈπ€
Let us dedicate our Sunday to Glorify the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Jesusβ Apostles, and spend the day praying for the Holy Spirit to descend upon each of us today, tomorrow, and the many days that come. That we live in the anointing and break bread in joy and sincerity among one another for God. That we pray with, and for, one another. That we be baptized and devoted to the fellowship of Jesus, accepting his message from David, and the Apostles of Christos. That we invite one another to be saved and forgiven today, tomorrow, and the many days after this. That we spend our lives, everyday in the Holy Spirit, and in awe of the Spiritβs wonders- making our homes and hearts held out for God.
A little personal health update! I am looking at 2 separate surgeries. One for the removal of my left ovary that has a dermoid cyst covering it, the second is my hernia repair surgery! Iβve also recently found out that I have a tear on my liver that will be getting monitored! π«£ Since I will be waiting for everything to get worked out and nothing is clear yet on the plans for the future I am going to continue back up this page for prayer and Bible study/Bible verse daily! Iβm hoping that this helps keep my mind on God and not fear! ππ»ππ»β₯οΈ

I have been struggling lately to get back up after every blow Satan has dealt me. Each time I stand I can feel my control and my faith slip as soon as I feel the push coming. My flesh cries out asking why me? Why am I the one who has to go through these trials with my health? Why do I get told no when i pray for healing?
But God says to hush. That His plans and His season of blessings and His path for not just my life but my husbands and my childrens also..depends on the trials Iβm going through right now. How I carry myself and how I let my faith shine is going to be my real testament. He could heal me, but I wonβt reap all my blessings if I donβt stand strong now. I know what itβs like to be broken, downcast, abandoned, lonely, hurt, angry at God and peopleβ¦Thatβs why I want you to know you arenβt alone. Iβm hear to listen and pray with you. You are precious to God and you are precious to me. Please inbox me if you need to talk or someone to pray for you. ππ»

Trials in life may seem overwhelming but remember that God has never left you alone through them. In times where you feel like He isnβt there or He isnβt listening, thatβs when Heβs the closest. Heβs already parting the sea, already walking you through the fire..His plans for you do not include harming you. Believe that He works all things out for your good. β€οΈοΈ

Entertaining Angels?
Itβs been said, by more than one person, that humility and hospitality are basic Christian virtues. Luke tells us Jesus spoke about humility and hospitality while eating with a Pharisee one Sabbath day. (look up Luke 14:1-14)
The meal started with what feels like an interruption. A man showed up with legs swollen with edema. Jesus asked the Pharisees, who watched him closely, if it was right to heal on the sabbath. The Pharisees sat silent. Jesus healed the man. He sent him on his way. Now with all eyes Jesus he told a parable about a feast. He encouraged people to take the lowest seatβthat they might be honored later Next He told the people they should give banquets for people who could never repay.
Jesus words about being humble and serving those who canβt echo with other parts of scripture. Jesus talked about the least of these. Prophets like Moses, Isaiah, Malachi called for care the widows, orphans, and aliens. Jesus tells us to care for the least of these and to welcomes strangers. Hospitality is deeply spiritualβbecause we are caring for Jesus when we care for the least of these. The writer to the Hebrews says We may be even entertaining angels when we welcome in strangers. Luke up Hebrews 13:2.
