How about the scene where the gang arrives on the beach in Davy Jones’s locker and they see the Black Pearl sailing on the sand as she makes her way to the water. The cinematography and Han Zimmer’s score go well together as we get to see Captain Jack Sparrow making an entrance on his beloved ship.
If anything, I wish the whole scene with the multiple Jacks and the crabs was cut so that the beach scene was our first scene with Jack in the movie. Anyone else agree?

Yeah, I know blue ringed octopuses aren't bioluminescent, shuddup. Also, they only flash the blue rings when under some stress, so imagine him only flashing the color when really angry, scared, happy, etc..
