If I make a lot WITH CC do creators allow uploading it with their cc? Is this a thing? I've seen a few other people uploading lots with cc? Is it up to the creators TOU?? Bleh idk 🔮🪄

Hello dears! I have questions about tumblr layouts and am hoping someone can help. I recently got a suggestion to make a separate page for my LEPacy but I have no idea how to do it! Is it better to just make a pinned post with links? I want to make a resources page too eventually! Google isn't helping so maybe someone can point me in the right direction?
