Oc Approaching!
Say hello to my Rabbids invasion oc, Dr.RoseGold!
She is beauty, brawn, and brains all in one woman. As you can probably tell, she is indeed a very brilliant scientist with a style of a combination between modern-victorian, steampunk, and futuristic.
She is stupid-rich, so she owns a massive modern-victorian manor, which is a cover-up for her laboratory. All of her servants are robots that she constructed herself, and she even programmed her car to drive on its own.
Personality wise: Using her natural beauty to her advantage, she is highly flirtatious and sassy. She is also moderately self-absorbed when it comes to the maintenance of her reputation. She is extremely defensive when a man tries to seduce her and expects her to say yes, and sheâll instantly beat him so bad he may be hospitalized. So yeah⊠she has serious anxiety with men. But at least her beauty is a good advantage to her in a lot of ways.
Story wise: In context, She steps out of her car, and walks into a large prison. Sheâs there to free Otto Torx. She manages to bail him out with ease thanks to her wealth and obnoxious flirting. Why is Rose doing this? She saw some similarities with him despite their different reasons. And despite her anxiety regarding men, she decides to take him back to her mansion as her right hand. She promises him the recognition he desires, and so he agrees.
Backstory: Rose grew up in an area where a womanâs only purpose was to âlisten and obeyâ; the women could never refuse their husbandsâ wishes, otherwise theyâd be either horribly abused or dead even. Before her love for robotics, Roseâs main goal was to leave her messed up home town, and find a decent man who respected her, however she was the most unfortunate because she was born naturally beautiful. With love, she was simply fooled three times by 3 different men: one she dated in high school, one she nearly married, and one she DID marry, the main desire they all wanted from her was her own body. In the end, she always got used up. And whether she was, or if she told a man ânoâ, she was easily blamed for everything any man would do to her, including her own mother. One day she decided to take action in her own hands. As she saw the robotics classes, she was willing to take part, but no one ever took her seriously, or even allowed her to study in the subject. Their main excuse was âYou shouldnât have to waist your pretty face on such laborâ. Which just aggravated her! And so she vowed that she would show the world that she was more than just a pretty face. So she ended up educating herself with robotics; she even quizzed herself a lot. Over time, she got really good at it and became a genius technician. 5 years later, she land a mechanicâs job and then after another decade(10 years), she grew wealthy employing herself as the scientist she is now.
Hereâs a few more facts about Dr.RoseGold:
She travels quite often and fills her manor with souvenirs.
She has a prosthetic left leg, she just hides it under her stockings.
She has heterochromia; her right eye is caramel brown and her left is a royal blue.
She had a German mother and a Italian father.
Her Real name is Rosita Golfeather, she mainly prefers for people to call her Rose while sheâs not working.
She enjoys being annoying to Otto because, why not?
She of course hates rabbids, but she believes they can come to her advantage.
She is a master hacker with all sorts of computer systems.
Whenever she needs new materials she goes out at night and loots them from many different places from time to time.
When she works she often wears her hair in a rose-shaped bun. Like this kinda:
So I decided to try and hand draw Dr.RoseGold, and I already have a feeling this wonât turn out right⊠for one- I have never drawn feet in this angle before, and two- her left hand looks like claws. That and itâs been a while since I hand drew a full body so⊠yeahâŠ
I finished my drawing of my oc! Mind the shadow that I poorly drew to make it look cool. She honestly came out better than I thought.
Whoâs in for some lore?
Once more going in with my rabbids invasion oc â Dr.RoseGold. Describing the 3 main stages of her life.
Stage #1 â Her first wedding: Little Rosita(Rosie) was a miraculously beautiful girl. In fact, at the youngest ages, she was so pretty that she was constantly given the wrong attention. When her mother realized this, she believed her daughter would be the perfect advantage for wealth. By that, I mean marrying her off to wealthy men whose eyes were caught by the childâs looks. Soon her mother managed to arrange a marriage with a man more than twice Rosieâs age. The poor thing was unaware until she got to the venue. Sweet little Rosie was scared and confused with the sudden turn of events. She wanted to go home, but was easily manipulated by her mother; her mother often told her that their money was very short. So from then on, she was forced to believe she had no choice. Therefore she was first forcefully married to her 25 year old husband at the age of 10. But that was just the first, for after two years, that man would be divorced, with a loss of all of his money. And so would happen to the next man, and then the nextâŠ
Stage #2 â Teenâs Torment: While in school, Rositaâs marriage spree was the talk of the town; word spread quicker than wildfire. And by high school, while boys swarmed and followed her all over, girls were whispering and talking, calling her every name they knew. It pained her greatly. By now she was 16 and married to her 4th husband. This man was highly cruel to Rosita as he was entitled for her respect(all of them were actually). So sheâs taken a long series of scars and bruises, and her mother didnât even care, as long as she had access to his money. It was already bad enough that nobody would allow her to study science or robotics as they believed she could never be good at such a thing, she knew that, but the only thing they would tell her is âyou shouldnât have to ruin that pretty face of yoursâ. Every time she heard that, she would be more and more aggravated. The last straw for her was when her husband straight up cut her lower right leg off because his own money was running low and wanted more. At that point, she was done. And so by age 18, not only was her husband divorced and broke, she was also finished with high school. So before her mother could arrange another marriage, Rosita ran away from home, going for a new dawn.
Stage #3 â Rosegold: 7 years have passed, Rosita is now 25 years old. She is finished with college with a degree for robotics. Of course as usual, no one took her seriously because of her gender and physical appearance. As much as she was hoping people would take her more seriously regarding her work, she was wrong. In fact, every time she were to complete a project, and everyone would see it, they would turn to a man who wasnât even involved. It was also never helpful that he just took the credit. One day, she finished a project and some random bastard took credit, as usual. However, something went wrongâthe machine began to misfire, and it was even said that two or three people were killed. The man was later arrested and the machine was demolished. And Rosita felt amazing putting the bastard in his place. And so this gave her the idea to become the best. Not just showing a few mere people, but the entire world that she is more than just a pretty face. The only problem she had wasâŠrabbids. She knew the rabbids would be in the way and foil her plot. She did have the idea to eradicate them all. But then she observed from afar, she was then convinced that they could be of actually good use to her! She had been studying them to see what they could do in her bidding. She still is. During that, she had been able to buy her manor and construct her laboratory while also keeping it convincingly hidden. Thus Dr.Rosegold was born.
Okay, this has been in the back of my mind for a while, but hear me out:
So I had this idea of Otto Deurx and Frank Nebula having some sort of long-time connection, and I ended up letting my intrusive thoughts come up with shipping them together!

So as you can probably tell by the first picture, cute little Franky was an adorable, shy little boy who wasnât used to most people, and Macey(Ottoâs deadname) was a brave but crazy wild child who was surprisingly smart, you can say youâd most likely find her in a tree somewhere. Iâll explain the whole story between the two later, right now Itâs late and Iâm tired. But yeah! How about it?
