For your reading I've decided to use my Fairy Deck [by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine; Illustrated by Howard David Johnson]. Love is a wonderful thing. You never know who you're going to end up spending the rest of your life with, but I think that's always the fun part!

The Past (Card on Left) - For your past the cards give me Six of Summer of the minor arcana. This card reads: "Children or childhood. The return of people or romances from your past. Remembering events differently - in a better or worse light - than how they really occurred." I interpret this card as though you might have had a very romantic outlook on life as most children remember as we grow up. Maybe your future spouse will be a past friend or someone you knew as a child that may actually have feelings for you now? It's never too late to rekindle those old friendships! Take the time to find them online or visit them when you go out if you can, I've had good and bad experiences visiting old friends so be warned not to expect much. It's still a fun pastime to see what each other are now up to after so many years.

The Present (Card in Middle) - Your present is represented by Four of Summer of the minor arcana. This card reads: "Being distracted and failing to see a magical opportunity. Taking someone or something for granted. Discontentment with life." Maybe your future spouse is right in front of you and you may not realize it! Being distracted in your present and concerning yourself on who might be the one for you may lead you to believe that the people around you have no chance to be with you. Sometimes pondering on who may be your future spouse can lead you to believe no one is worthy of your companionship and it can be a little unhealthy. My advice is to take a look around you right now in the present and see what opportunities there are already. The people around you may not be future spouse material now but in the future your views might change and the your friend's might change. Maybe your future spouse has been chatting with you the entire time without you really taking notice of any obvious signs.

The Future (Card on Right) - Three of Spring of the minor arcana was pulled for your future. This card reads: "Plan your next steps with an eye to the long term. Have patience; there are more good things to come! Satisfaction from a job well done." For your future it seems that you really take the reigns and have an adventuring spirit. Maybe your spouse is of the same perspective and may meet you on a trip abroad or in a workplace. Overall, you want to take whatever relationship you have at this time to the long term, you want to marry and stay by whomever you have chosen is worthy of your love. I feel like this reading of the future will not be of the nearest future but in the long run. Most successful marriages stem when both parties are at least 25 years of age, have no financial hardships, and have been dating for at least 3 years minimum. So don't move too quickly! Don't scoop up any chance that you get, let the love burn slowly.

Sorry if this reading wasn't what you really wanted for your question! Either the cards don't know for sure who you will marry or I couldn't get a good read for now. This reading was on point until it hit the future card. My personal interpretation as a whole is that your future spouse really is someone who you have known since childhood and may not even know it yet and that's why the past and present cards made more sense than the rest. I understand finding love for the first time can be exciting and you think that you will forever remain with that person forever. But unfortunately things aren't like a Disney fairy tale where you find love and marry someone you just met all in the same day (Frozen explains this perfectly lol)

For your reading I will be using my Modern Spellcaster's Tarot deck [by Melanie Marquis and Illustrated by Scott Murphy]. I felt the need to shuffle these cards extremely well and read them reversed or right side up.

For your reading, I pulled Knight of Swords from the minor arcana; reversed. This card reveals that although you are extremely attached to this person that your passions are getting in the way of what is really important in your present life. Putting all your energy into one person who has officially moved on can be a disaster waiting to happen or can lead to dampening that relationship with that person even further. This card is illustrated by a headstrong knight looking to be going into battle. He will fight until he knows he has won or will keep fighting until completely defeated.

Placing the time and energy into a person you thought you truly have love for could be that you fought so hard and win the battle but in the end things wouldn't be as perfect as you so thought. (Talking from experience, I was lucky enough that I had gotten my first crush to fall in love with me once again after so many years, but it turned out that since it had been so long, that his personality traits changed and I found that the one I thought I loved was no longer there.)

On the other hand there is the fact that if he really does not have any feelings left for you, then you will fight and fight in a battle until you are completely defeated. Ending up alone because you only want one person. Nobody deserves to feel this way and honestly I’ve seen this from multiple perspectives, it can break a person from within until there nothing left.

In the end, it is completely up to you on how you want to go about it. My personal opinion is that you keep trying for someone other than your first love. In most cases, "first loves" never last in any relationship. It is extremely rare for someone to stay with their first love until death. You still have so much time on your hands to find someone to love, sometimes rushing it can diminish your odds of finding someone at all. Take your time! It's all up to you on how you want to go about it, it will be your paycheck. say that you reached said goal when you feel like you are living "comfortably." Just from what I can gather from this card, I see someone who really understands you. Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well! I have been feeling so much better lately, covid was nothing more than a mild flu for me so nothing a whole lot of Nyquil and rest couldn't do. It feels so amazing to have my taste and smell back, you don't realize how much you miss something as simple as taste until it's gone! Anyway, I'm really hoping in the next couple of months things will start getting more on track. It's been a rough almost 4 months now financially, physically, and mentally and sometimes I feel like giving up on everything. But, because I am increasingly strong-willed, I never do.

Been thinking lately that I'll start doing more spell projects, get more interesting witchy books, and post a little more on that aspect. It's just been rough with so many people around. (I don't necessarily get a lot of alone time unfortunately... and when I do I have to be in public at the park or in the mountains). So luckily with my new work schedule things will be changing up here and there, people I live with probably won't enjoy it but things suck to suck I guess. An update on Tarot Readings: I am booked and I thank you all for considering me for your tarot readings! It's just going to take quite a while for me to get through them all~ I thank you all for your patience and I'm glad that some of you find my readings to be super helpful! It means so much to me! All readings are still on a first come-first serve basis~

Journal 12 - 4/5/22

So I am officially moved out from one temporary home to another temporary. I'm horrendously exhausted from the amount of work but I'm done. Just have to focus on work, relax on a couple of weekends to get settled initially and think of ways to get out of this block I have going on. Today I came across a new Tarot deck and have been thinking about using it all day. The artwork is lovely and reflects my softer side, filling each card with pastels and simple but beautiful artwork.

On the other hand, this move has been affecting me mentally and I have been struggling to keep myself afloat and try to get through the day without having a breakdown. I can't help but think to myself, "This isn't a home for me... I don't come back every day to a home but someone else's livelihood..." and I can't help but feel like a nuisance. I feel trapped, I feel claustrophobic. I have a system to my chaos and I cannot unleash who I am in this place. I don't know how long I will be here nor do I know where I will end up in the future, but it's pulling me farther and farther from the things and people I love. I just want to go away for a while and do something different. Alone. By myself. No distractions. I never achieve that normalcy and I no longer expect to have it anymore. It's like I'm not allowed that luxury and it's truly frustrating.

Anyway, enough of my complaining, I will be here still, just need to get my feet back on the ground and figure out a game plan. Relax (which is difficult all in itself when it shouldn't be) and get some sleep (which is also almost impossible). This was my rant, I hope all a good day and bless those who are struggling as well. May we all have a pleasant sleep tonight.
