Rindou is weak when he has a crush 🙈

Not a simple infatuation crush. An actual crush like he really wants to pursue a relationship with you. He becomes very careful with his words, not wanting to mess up a smooth flirt and not wanting to accidentally say something that comes off wrong and scares you away.😭

You’ve known each other for awhile so he can’t really understand why he feels so nervous around you all of a sudden. He doesn’t show it but he’s internally screaming at himself to play it cool when he’s around you. Ran notices Rindou’s change in behavior. Rindou can mask anything from anyone, except his older brother. If you and the Haitani Brothers were hanging out, the older Haitani would purposely bring up an embarassing story about the younger so you can ask about it. (It wouldn’t be terribly embarrassing, but to Rindou it is because he wants to live up to his cool persona). Rindou would give this death glare to Ran before changing his expression when he looks at you, trying to save himself from explaining the story.

When you’re at the Haitani’s place and Rindou leaves the room to get you a snack and a glass of water, Ran literally appears out of nowhere with a baby book in his hands. Rindou’s baby book. And flops down on the seat next to you, asking if you’d like to see all these adorable pictures, knowing you’ll say yes. When Rindou comes back seeing Ran show you the photos of him crying while explaining the backstory, he instantly imagined shooting himself in the head. But his face softens and a small blush appears on his face when you look at him with your beautiful smile, telling him that he’s always been so cute.☺️(“So she thinks I’m cute?” Is what takes over his mind all day).

Rindou would wuss out when it’s just you and him hanging out and there’s that moment where a kiss feels like it’s about to happen. In those moments he feels like he forgets how to do anything, especially kissing. So he doesn’t go in for it. And if he were going to kiss you, he’d like to plan it out so it can be perfect, not only for him but for you. He wants to ask you out properly. Kiss you in a proper setting. All for you to know that he’s taking you serious. 😘

When he thinks about you late at night, he knows he has to make a move before it’s too late. He hates the thought of losing you to another guy. He wont let that happen.🙂‍↔️

He’s never felt so strongly for anyone before so this is all new to him, it makes him nervous. So nervous he goes to his older brother’s door and prays he’s awake so he doesn’t disturb his sleep (he still thinks about that time he hid away from Ran when his sleep was disturbed). When he gently knocks, he hears Ran hum and he walks in. Rindou sighs before asking his brother for romantic advice and it makes Ran sit up with that smile on his face. The elder Haitani teases him which leads to their average sibling bickering that lasts forever. 🤦‍♀️ (“is my little baby brother finally growing up?” “Shut up!”)

Rindou just wants to be a proper gentleman for you🩷 he wants to be your man. 💋

Thinking about protective Rindou again☺️

I’ve said something like this before but Rindou is the type of man that will always have your back. Always. And that would never change. He’s devoted to you in every way possible and he never lets you down. Especially when it comes to defending you.

He’s never let a single soul disrespect you. He will handle anyone who tries to test you because if anyone’s got a problem with you, they got a problem with him too!🗣️

If you’re beefing with a girl and end up fighting her, Rindou would definitely hype you up: “yea kick her ass baby!🤳”. He gives you a congratulating hug and kiss after you win😘

Since Rindou loves you so much, when you’re ready to be more open and tell him more about how your toxic family members or ex friends hurt you in the past, you can see his eye twitch as he listens. And lord when you cry mid story telling, internally he’s raising hell on earth, getting your lick back for you. On the outside, he pulls you onto his lap and gently runs his hand up and down your back when you latch onto him for comfort.🩷

He knows it’s wrong to wish bad on other people but he’s Rindou Haitani. He’s not a perfectly moral person. Yes he is a good man, but to a certain extent. Not surprising since he’s a criminal, a hot one😍. But if he can’t do anything about the people in your past, he’d hope karma hits them hard.

The new information you tell him has him pacing at night because he’s so pissed he can’t sleep. It bothers him thinking about those people living their lives as if they did nothing wrong, as if they didn’t traumatize you. The thought ticked him off so bad, he went to his home gym and immediately started punching the heavy sand bag with extreme force. He wanted to get rid of anyone that made you cry. ❌

Shit if it was up to him, he’d rewrite your story so none of that pain ever happened to you. He finds the saying “everything happens for a reason” bullshit. Most of the time, there is no reason. It’s just an unfair event no one deserves to experience. Rindou knows he can’t do anything about the things that have already happened but..

He CAN protect you from any harm that tries to find you in the present and the future. Rindou will do anything to make sure his girl never cries because of what someone else did to her again.

I think Rindou can skateboard🛹

He would be really good at all those tricks you see other skateboarders do but better. Rindou always does it better. He’s the type to take almost anything as a challenge and will keep practicing til he’s perfect and once he gets something down, his beautiful smile will never fade as he has his fun.☀️

On a nice day, he likes to go to the skatepark with Ran, bringing his bluetooth speaker to play his favorite songs which other skaters there also love to vibe to (Rindou has the best playlist) and brings his stash of pre-rolls in his bag to smoke later because who doesn’t like a chill sesh after having a fun time?🍃 Oh! And can’t forget the alcohol in the cooler

What really makes Rindou’s day though is when you come around to see him. He’s a weak man when it comes to you (he won’t admit that) so I feel like if he spotted you mid board trick, he’d almost bust his ass but successfully save himself to not look silly and act like that didn’t happen😭

When he starts teaching you how to skateboard, you can’t even focus on what the hell he’s telling you when his hands are holding your waist keeping you balanced. And god feeling his muscles as you hold onto him drives you crazy😵‍💫

When you try to skate in a straight line without Rindou’s help, you get the hang of it a bit and he cheers you on saying you got it. (You’re going at the speed of a turtle🐢). He chuckles seeing you panic when you start leaning too much towards the left after you tried to give yourself more speed. Your body goes into a frozen mode so all you’re doing is quietly screaming like “aaaaaaaah” unable to rebalance yourself after Rindou tells you to shift your weight.

He catches up to you quickly, since you didn’t really go that far, and holds onto you. Your arms instantly fly around his neck, holding onto him tightly as you giggle out a nervous sigh and he asks if you’re okay, clearly wanting to laugh at your failed attempt at speeding up on his board.
