appreciation post, not rlly spoilers?

I remember the first time I played life is strange, I'm not gonna get into it too much but I was talking to my dad about it and he told me he played life is strange before so he had the game, he let me play his ps4 in order to play it (I have my own though), and then I got into the series, the franchise, the community, etc. It's a really wonderful and lovely community btw, but what really had an impact of me was life is strange 2. I never knew how to cry on command until I played that game, which is really weird considering all the experiences I've been through. I really love the community, they're all so nice and silly and they get it. Life is strange 2 was incredibly realistic, demonstrating how not everything has a happy ending, and if it does, you have to 'work' for it. I love how realistic the choices are and the emotions, they didn't over do or under do anything, it was all incredibly perfect. I'm sitting here watching a video of life is strange 2 ('ask sean and daniel - community AMA | life is strange 2' on the life is strange yt channel) and I'm stimming and smiling n shit because of how much I genuinely love the game and voice actors, it's so good and amazing, I love everything about it, every episode, the songs, the feelings, etc. The voice actors (Gonzalo Martin and Roman George) are incredibly cool and kind based off what I've seen and I just love how genuinely wholesome they are, and the community too. This game makes me cry whenever I think of it or see anything related, it's just perfect, I don't think any other life is strange game, (or any at all) potrayed emotions and characters this well at all, I really love it and everything about it and I'm so grateful to be in this fandom. This game is a wonderful experience and I could play it over and over again, I probably haven't felt joy like this in a few years. I know it's silly considering it's just a game but it's amazing, the entire franchise is, it's a part of me. It's crazy how a small game makes me feel all these things. Thank you DONTNOD.

I hate when I'll be scrolling on tiktok and then come across a lis2 edit then see the comments say "I wish the voice actors werent so problematic" and then u see the replys freaking out like "WHATD THEY DO" and then they reply with "I heard they're transphobic and homophobic" and everyones asking where they found the info and they say A FUCKING TIKTOK VIDEO. (no research done at all?? js trusting the source?? LIKE..???) theyre not actually problematic though I did research I think that person js heard a rumor and ran with it 😭
