The first completed & presentable character design for an original comic idea I'm working on. I've tried to set it at a more realistic size than previous attempts so that I can possibly finish it - I'm aiming for about 100-150 pages total, probably to be completed in the span of 1-2 years. It's not the fastest of clips, sure, but since I have a full-time job I figure that's a regular webcomic speed.

I'm using Soulseep as a way to catalog inspiration for worldbuilding and references right now, as well as a place to save notes and designs.

I'm forcing myself not to work on any actual pages until I have more done in terms of scripts.

I'm gonna need a better coloring style for this but umm oh well default gets the job done for figuring out colors schemes at least. I'm feeling really lazy today. Lazy and hungry.

I'm making a lot of headway with writing scripts - apparently tormenting everyone around me by listening to Yeezus as loud as I can on repeat constantly was what I was missing all along - but writing gives me an uncontrollable urge to draw.

(Trying more style tests for panels. Traditional inking looks way more like what I had in mind. This is not a way to tricking myself into allowing myself to draw stuff without finishing scripts. Nope.)
