Satyr Veren - Tumblr Posts
A while ago I came up with my own character for Hades, and these were my first exploratory sketches.
Initially he was meant to literally be the sylvan god Pan, but I later decided that I preferred them being just some guy.
Since he's kind of a self-insert (I liked imagining myself as them when playing), they use a bow (my fave) and keep dying whenever they get too cocky exploring Elysium.

He was quite a nervous guy in life, but he's slowly learning to unwind now that survival doesn't really have a point anymore.
Their only big goal now is to sneak out of Hades long enough to give their own body a proper burial. At least that's what they say...

Veren - Lost Satyr
"Hello there, Prince Zagreus, ready to enter the arena? Charon tells me that you've been quite fast to cross each floor this time, but don't lose focus, especially now that you're so close once again! May the Gods be with you."
Veren would be a random encounter, sort of like Nemesys/Artemis in Hades 2, but 80% of times you'd have to actually spot him hiding somewhere; only if you befriend him sufficiently he'll start announcing himself. They might take a cheeky shot if they're feeling bold, but don't count on them changing the fate of the fight. They always offer a choice between various healing gifts. The only encounters where they are immediately in the open are at shops, as they seem to like to hanging around Charon.
Decisions were made, regrets were had.
A new friend
My satyr oc already spends enough time running from the Elysium denizens himself, he feels no need to antagonize someone on the same boat as him :]
Quick Hades oc break and then I'm gonna probably be back on my Gravity Falls bs :)
