“Why wouldn’t we be? Hahah!”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You guys really like the sorrowful mask.💀 I appreciate it! I’m glad you all enjoy my oc so much. Expect more of him soon!! I’ve decided to give him the name Acheros.
Acheros facts? Headcannons?
-The other lord he gets along with the best is white. They can mostly be seen together, Acheros glued to his side.
-The lord get get along with the least would be yellow. Their dynamics are two different and due to Acheros sensitive nature he tends to shy away from the aggressiveness of yellow.
-He has a pet! His pet is a Fennec Fox it can be seen mostly on his shoulder or in his private study. Her name is Melody.
-Huge fan of yellows music. He tends to listen from afar as to not anger yellow.
-Has his own writing study. Adores poetry though he never shares it with others.
-Though he loves making friends he sadly has sent been able to actually do it yet💀 he talks himself out of it very quickly with his self loathing.
-One of his magical abilities is being able to control others emotions. His own emotions tend to effect those around him. Hence why he isn’t exactly welcome at parties. Intense feelings of sadness tend to wash those around him.
My SCP-963
Object Class: Euclid
Disruption Class: Vlam
Risk Class: Danger
Special Containment Procedures:
Damaged instances of SCP-963 are to be kept in archive facilities or entrusted to remaining friends or family members. Functional instances of SCP-963 are to be kept in close proximity to their designated owner, preferably on the person, but must be adequately covered as to prevent potential harm to others. If an instance cannot be worn it is to be stored in archive facilities and retrieved as needed. It is imperative to note attempts to destroy any SCP-963 instances are strictly prohibited. Any attempts to do so will be met with disciplinary actions.
Description:
SCP-963 exhibits a range of sizes and shapes, although it is traditionally a piece of jewelry. These instances are specifically designed to contain the consciousness, or soul, of their owners. The initial invention of SCP-963 is attributed to a coven known as the “Soul harvesters” over the course of centuries, this group produced various instances of SCP-963 which they referred to as “soul locks”. The various instances are as follows:
Version Prototype: This iteration served as the precursor to the range of others. Through the surgical implantation of the SCP-963 instance into the body, it would grant the individual immortality. This process preserved the owner's body, health, youth, and vitality, contingent upon the sacrifice of other souls. Failure to provide souls would result in SCP-963 turning against the owner, leading to the destruction of the contained consciousness or soul inside.
Version Alpha: This iteration involves the transplantation of a consciousness or soul into a new host body, leaving the original consciousness unaffected.This approach presented challenges, as the original occupant of the host body often resurfaced, potentially leading to the death of the body. Additionally, this version had a limited lifespan, as the coexistence of two souls fighting for control frequently resulted in the deterioration of the body.
Version Beta: This iteration introduced protective mechanisms to protect the consciousness or soul contained within the locket from the host body's original occupant; however, it typically resulted in the deterioration of the host body. This presented a challenge, as earlier models of SCP-963 instances had a finite capacity for life preservation, with each use depleting a portion of the soul. It was estimated that this instance could provide an additional 12-19 lifespans before the contained soul would be destroyed.
Version Beta 2: This iteration functioned in a similar manner to Version Beta, with the distinction that it depleted the consciousness or soul of the host body's original possessor rather than that of SCP-963s owner. Consequently, this process led to the destruction of the host body's soul, providing the possessor of SCP-963 an additional 12-19 lifespans.
Version Charlie: This iteration harnessed the energy of the soul residing in the host body, subsequently destroying the host body’s soul upon contact with the lock. This provided the possessor of SCP-963 an unlimited amount of lives, without depleting the possessor’s own soul energy. However it is worth noting that the object utilized as the soul lock remained susceptible to damage. This characteristic has caused numerous complications for those in possession of this iteration. One notable case is that of Maria Torres (a coven member whose soul lock was damaged after its activation. This event precipitated severe shifts in personality, episodes of violent behavior, and considerable pain. Consequently she has not taken a body since 1813). Presently, this is the most recent iteration. However, in light of incidents involving damaged SCP-963 instances, many contemporary iterations are imbued with protective spells, rendering them substantially resistant if not impervious to destruction or damage.
Doubles:
In the Beta iteration it was observed that owners of SCP-963 instances could effectively generate duplicates of themselves. This phenomenon commonly induces adverse psychological and or physical responses encompassing headaches, that intensify over prolonged exposure to the double, episodes of heightened fear, as well as episodes of extreme aggression. The latter is typically directed towards the duplicate self, but instances have also been documented of aggression towards individuals involved in the interaction. Incidences of violence, and in some cases, homicide, have not been uncommon, Consequently, it is strongly advised to maintain a significant distance between doubles to mitigate potential risks.
Other Side Effects:
It is not uncommon for individuals who possess 963 instances to exhibit diminished empathy and a reduced regard for life, whether that pertains to their own or that of others. The precise cause of this phenomenon, whether attributable to SCP-963 instances itself or the psychological implications of its attachments, remains unknown and untestable.
In the event that a SCP-963 instance sustains any form of damage, as mentioned previously, it may lead to memory loss, alterations in personality, agonizing pain, and possibly symptoms akin to that of brain death. SCP-963 instances afflicted to this extent should not be utilized as it is regarded as an unnecessary termination of life.
Information on Instances In Custody and or Previously in Custody:
It is imperative to acknowledge that due to the intimate connection 963 instances establish with the brain and soul of the owner, there exists the potential to view and hear, thoughts, current situations, and past memories of the owner if observing with attentiveness. This feature could present a significant security and safety risk, particularly if the SCP-963 instance is on public display, misplaced, or falls into unauthorized hands. This makes it all the more critical the importance of concealing or keeping SCP-963 instances protected.
It is also not uncommon to encounter phenomena akin to those observed in residential, intelligent, and poltergeist hauntings. This may include manifestation of disembodied noises and voices, apparitions that may or may not exhibit responsiveness to external stimuli, localized cold spots, sensations of being observed or touched, as well as electronic interference. The latter may result in intermittent glitches in cameras, occasionally revealing the appearance of the owner of the SCP-963 instance at the time of their death.
963-1: Intact/Active/Version Charlie. An antique white gold circular amulet adorned with 13 diamonds encircling a central ruby. It was among the initial instances acquired by the foundation. A former coven member attempted its activation but died before achieving success. Subsequently it was recovered by the foundation and remained inactive. Researchers were uncertain of its model until it was inadvertently activated by Dr. Jack Bright following their death during a breach while in possession of the amulet.
963-2: Damaged/Version Charlie. A pendant bearing the foundation logo. It was activated prior to the foundation’s discovery of the ritual rendering SCP-963 instances indestructible. Regrettably, it was inadvertently left behind and sustained significant damage during a breach, resulting in severe memory impairment for the possessor, a condition exacerbating with each host taken.
963-3: Damaged/Active/Version Charlie. SCP-963-3 is an oval golden locket featuring rose engravings on the exterior, enclosing an image of an unidentified woman in her twenties. The depicted individual was later discovered to be the mother of the owner, although name and status remain unknown. The locket was activated by, and now houses the consciousness or soul of Maria Torres, a member of the soul harvester coven. She was afflicted with influenza during the creation of the SCP-963 instance and subsequently passed away, activating it at the age of 19 in the year 1802. Shortly after being resurrected with 963-3, the locket sustained damage, resulting in a profound shift in her personality and frequent aggressive outbursts. Due to her belligerence, she was prohibited from assuming a host body, and the locket was sequestered within a storage facility at Site 17. A breach incident subsequently led to the locket's disappearance in 1934. The precise whereabouts of the locket remain unknown. Individuals observed with the locket are to be apprehended by Foundation personnel using any necessary means.
963-4: Damaged/Inactive/Version Unknown. Originally a wooden horse toy presented to the owner by his father, this instance belongs to Oscar Saxe, who was ten years old at the time of its binding. The 963 instance was employed as a tool of torture by the coven in their endeavor to gather information on and locate Oscar's father, who had expressed a desire to leave the group. Another coven member alerted the boy's father, Eric Saxe, to the unfolding events. Upon Eric's arrival, the SCP-963 instance had already been severely damaged, and his son's soul grievously harmed. Presently, the SCP-963 instance remains nonfunctional, and it remains uncertain whether the soul was completely destroyed or not.
It is worth noting that several instances of Version Beta are held in a storage facility at Site 17, though they have since been neutralized after depleting their allotted lifespans. No instances of Version Prototype or Version Alpha are currently in Foundation custody.
None of the aforementioned instances are to be created by any means, given the potential harm to the mental well-being as well, as well as agonizing pain it can inflict when damaged, and the historically documented tortuous means they have been used for.
SCP CT-270
Class: Euclid
Crocodile Tears
The SCP appears as an intersex human specimen. Any attempts of physical exams for sex or gender turned out unsuccessful.
The SCP uses their tears as a form of manipulation, forcing the person to do whatever they desire them to do. Contact with this specimen requires sight and hearing prevention, as a mere sob could capture their pray in a trance. An alternative would be to cover their face and prevent them from making a sound. CT-270 is unpredictable, though mostly using their tears as a means to getting minor things, such as food, water, or companionship. Attempts of breaking containment have been recorded.
My scp oc that i really wanted tell you all, but i was too lazy ;P
I call him Ray but that's not his real name
He's a religious scholar specializing in nälkä
He grew up in a proto-Sarkic village, but when he was a teenager his mother moved with him to the city, where she became part of the neo-Sarkic cult. He got his horn there and… well, I guess I'll tell you later how (this part isn't written very deeply right now)
Anyway when the foundation tried to recruit him he was happy to agree
Got bored, made younger PL!River character sheet
