not earring backs (though i have lost those an unholy amount of times — to the point i keep a little collection of spare/backup backs for when i inevitably drop and lose one) BUT i have lost my fucking septum ball thingies so many times and every time i have to drive on back 2 this little tattoo/piercing store (that’s right next to a marijuana store so u KNOW half the staff is baked) and ask them for another 1. it’s so embarrassing omg

If anyone ever tells you that you won’t look good with a piercing or haircut/dye. Don’t let them determine how you look. You’ll look amazing with it and they will never know it until they see the true you shine with excitement once you get it.

so on the 18th of march ally took me out for some birthday celebrations !!! and i just wanted to share some pics !!!
funny story before we start ally hit MY CRAZY NEIGHBORS CAR while backing out of my drive way so that was fun ig :,) BUT ANYWAYS
we stopped at dunkin and dealed with the car shit and then we headed to the lizzie borden (fun fact ally is a distant cousin of her !!!)

I just got a septum piercing like 20 minutes ago, and man does it hurt like a mother trucker. I honestly was not prepared for it to gradually hurt more and more as time went on. I took advil about 10 minutes ago, so hopefully that'll help with the pain soon.
Update: the advil did not kick in soon. It took about 2 hours. I am watching TV before I go to sleep like normal. This time however I'm sleeping sitting up somewhat with my giant pink unicorn stuffed, Steve, on one side of me and pillow on the other. This is so I dont sleep on my side because I'm a slide sleeper and tend to have my nose in the mattress. Which we all know is not good for a fresh piercing. When I cleaned it tonight I kept thinking of that video with the girl where she's pulling her ring apart on her septum and says her brain short circuits. Man there was so much blood gunked up there. I also almost had a fainting spell and was sweating so much. I took some advil pm and now here we are. Hunkered down with water and Chicago fire.
