Like think about it. Katie falling out of her crio chamber crying matt!! And good boy shiro™ catches her.

Instead of hurting him, she's pushed away but she stills small. So small altean!princess! Pidge /Katie throws good boy shiro™ to get to the controller. And. he's. in. love.

Whens she meets lotar she woops his ass and he's flustered because small and cute but fierce.

Pidge/Katie isn't Allura so not everything is the same. When she finds out she could possibly be the last of her kind she breaks down crying. She was raised to the belief that the royal family protects and cares for their kingdom and she can't do that if she has no kingdom.

Is Katie xenophobic? No. Her parents would be ashamed of her if she was. She was raised during peacetime but she's also very worry of any good galra

HOLT SIBLINGS ROLE SWAP!!

Okay so. Katie and matt swap roles but matt don't become the green paladin. Okay, let me explain.

Katie is able to go to the Kerberos mission due to her having recommendations. This means she meets Shiro early and they grow close. How close depends on whether or not I want to make it a shidge story.

So when the arina scene happens pidge doesn't quite freak out she's okay with it. Softly she asks Shiro to look for her father. This leads to events happening similar to cannon up until they are looking for the green lion. They can't find her/ it.

Que very scared paladins up until the castle of lions are Under attack and out of nowhere the green comes and helps. Things start getting better and they are able to drive them off without forming voltron.

The lion opens and....

Katie holt walks out. Matt runs and tackles her in a hug. Sobs ensue and shiro is stunned.

I always thought it wasn’t only Keith who fought him that day but also pidge on her own field so I was like WHAT IF THE VIRUS SHE CREATED ACTUALLY TRIGGERED The arm to transform like she shut down the arm but shutting it down activated another battle mode

Pidge when she finds out Keith is part galra pulls a matt. She walks over to him and starts talking about traditions she remembers from her time. Before the war. Her brother was the paladin for red after all and was friends with zarkon befor he betrayed matt pidge tries her damnest to make Keith feel welcome to her home since she likes him he's her snarky partner in crime. He reminds her what it's like to have a sibling.

Leader! Lance has moments where he doesn't think he fits and he and pidge have a heart to heart and she confides how she's scared. How she says its was supposed to be matts job to help the paladins not hers.

She and hunk bond over her teaching him altaen and how they both loss important people. And fear losing them again.

Shiro is really bad flirt okay. He's dorky and says really cheesy shit but the pidge is alien so she doesn't understand. Shiro trys to teach pidge Japanese after she finds his writing with notes. ( I don't know what he's writing okay maybe letters to home? )

Allura and pidge really dislike each other at first. They have different views. Pidge while kind is to silly and snarky for allura's taste. Until she stumbles upon pidge talking to hallow matt. She hears pidge break down. Hears her at her weakest moment As she calls out for her older brother. And allura tries to make amends with leads to them shearing stories about family.

Pidge bonds with lotor after she asks about modern galra traditions. And although the end of altean traditions and their differences

But in all honesty, a part of me wants a a.u. were sven stayed in the main timeline and then kuron happened and know they have two dorks who are in love with pidge and their both glaring at each other but its dunm because their the same person. Or close to being the same person.

You know.....i relished i like really "controversial " ships.

Most are " unhealthy " but all i see is ships where two people need to learn about each other. And grow together

Besides everything is just so much better when things are worked up to.

And i love like angst and feels it makes the soft fluffy things so much better.

Dear Antis

We all know you have your opinions on ships and stuff and that's fine but could you guys please tag your stuff with anti [insert ship name] so people can filter it.

I know it bums me and a lot of other users out to see their ship/ships bombarded with hate and it just takes you away from the mood of loving those characters.

I know you have invested yourself into characters in the show but please remember other people have as well and everyone deserves the right to ship whoever they want.

Voltron is a story about teamwork and friendship so I think everyone in this fandom should try to reflect on that and support other people even if you don't have the same views as you.

(By the way it is a kids show so maybe we shouldn't take it too seriously and have fun with it. No one has fun when they get in an argument or when they see hate on something they really enjoy.)
