Many of these feelings can be caused by psychological stress and burnout for prolonged periods. There is also a possibility of dissociation and derealization. I myself go through this too, so if anyone ever feels alone in this, you're not. You have people who can empathize and there is hope and help. If this goes on for prolonged times, please go to a psychologist or therapist to start getting help. Feeling like you're losing precious time keeps you in a state of anxiety/stress and everyone deserves to feel truly happy.
