Skate-leading☆Stars

So this one is a little gem for me, I used to ice skate when I was around 8 or 10, it was nothing too serious, but I learned some tricks lol. I don't know what will become of this one, but so far I like it a lot, the only downside to it for me is that the main character, Kensei became extremely annoying to me in the latest episode. Maybe he will have a character development (I hope), but the rest of the boys are very loveable!💖

And, no offense for the fandom, but another huge bonus for me, that it doesn't have that much CGI like in Yuri on Ice, the ice skating parts are nothing like that actually! The CGI ruined the whole thing for me in Yuri on Ice, I couldn't even finish it :((( But this one, I love it a lot!

I☆Chu: Halfway Through the Idol

Now this is just pure cuteness so far. So many characters, I can't even pick a favorite. The list almost endless, and these guys are super interesting too! It's basically about an idol school, so prepare for a lot of music!

My current favorite is this brown haired gentleman, but I can't wait to see/hear the rest of the boys in action! 😤💖

Sk∞ (or SK8/SK Infinity)

Okay, this is my favorite out there now. IT'S JUST PERFECT. The animation is incredible, this pilot episode was like askdksjabsnsksh, like, SO FUCKING COOL??? It has extremely good humor like I couldn't even keep up with the laughing, but it was cool and very gorgeous when it had to be and

Oh. My. God. THE CHARACTERS. I love everyone, the two main guys are not just gorgeous and fun, but they have a perfect 👌 vibe together.

And again. The animation. I mean look at this, what the fuck????

These characters have so much potential, and I don't know how I will wait through the week, like, I CAN NOT EVEN. I CAN'T.

If you just watch one from this list, this should be the one. Honestly, please give it a try, you probably won't regret this one.

Kemono Jihen

Okay this one is a little different. More gore, more mystery, and a little more Suwabe Junichi (Grimmjow, Aizawa, Worick Arcangelo, Victor Nikiforov, check him out, this man is perfect).

If you like demons, supernatural stuff, and you love a good shounen, this might be a perfect one. I won't guarantee tho, because it has only one episode so far, but it seems like a decent action with demons and stuff.

Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle

(I almost forgot about this one, because we already finished it lol)

It was SO. MUCH. FUN. Like, if you looking for a serious anime with bishis, it might not be the one for you, but damn, I had so much fun watching this.

So it's basically about a violence-free future, because instead of your fists and weapons, you can only fight with... Well, yeah, rap battles. The rap itself generates powerful illusions, so it's not just about sick rhymes! 😎

As I said before, I really anti-CGI, and this one has a lot sometimes. I thought it will spoil it for me again, but the characters and the plot all together managed to convince me, and I'm so happy we sit through the whole season. It was a really carefree, fun anime, and I fell in love with Samatoki in an instant 🤯💖

Sooooo after I finish the one remaining request I have (which is not that far now, sorry for the slow work lol), I will definitely add these to my list, and I would love to write something about these too! Especially about SK8 👀💖

Langa finds out that you’re a snowboarder too

This boy is a precious cinnamon roll.

I imagine this popping out while you are hanging out with Reki at the local skate park where he started to teach Langa the basics.

In my mind here, you were already friends with Reki before Langa moved to Okinawa, but at first, it was only Reki who hang around with Langa, you joined them a little bit later, but it was definitely before he learned how to do an ollie.

The three of you became good friends quickly, and you tried your best to teach him as well, and overall to be a support system for him - and he was extremely grateful for that

And then, after two weeks, he finally did his first ollie - well, kinda, he fell on his face again, but he DID jump up with the board.

Alongside Reki, you were so proud of him! Like, Reki himself needed two months to finally be able to do it, but Langa - he did it so fast!

Well, after his 'debut' and the S, like many others, you already knew he used to snowboard, and it was actually not a surprise for you, after seeing him skate like that as a beginner, as you were a snowboarder as well. It took you a little more than three months to do an ollie because of your transition from snowboard to skateboard, and you were fascinated by the fact that Langa did so well.

But that evening, he finally told something about his past. Not that he was secretive or anything like that, he was just not a very loud or talkative guy in the first place, and he sometimes forgot to mention things. Or, he doesn't think it was important enough to tell it to, like anyone.

Either way, he told you that he stopped snowboarding after his father died. And after that, there was a sad silence between the three of you. You understood him a little more that day, and you appreciated that gesture of open up in front of you so much.

Later that evening, Reki left you alone since his home was in the opposite direction as yours, so it was just the two of you. It was an awkward silence at first, but then you find your words soon.

'You know, I used to snowboard too.'

He looked at you with a puzzled look at first. Like, really? You were obviously not a national treasure like Miya Chinen, but you were like a champion in his eyes. He would never think you were a snowboarder too.

'It was hard to learn something different yet so similar. But I know you can do it too!'

He is shook. And it's written all over his face.

The whole scenario is so surreal for him.

First of all, wow. He didn't know that until this moment, and he already had a crush on you, and every time he thought 'That's it, she can't get any cooler', you ruined that every time with an ever cooler move.

And now, you were there not just supporting him, but understanding him on a deeper level than he would expect it.

It gave him so much hope. As you said that, it felt like you had some trouble too, but in the end, you became an amazing skater. Maybe if you got to this point, he would be able to achieve that too?

He didn't realize that he was just staring at you for almost one minute but snapped out of it quickly when he just straight-up walked into a lamp post.

You were worried for a moment, but when you were sure that he is not injured seriously, you just had to laugh.

It was the most precious thing he ever heard.

He had so many questions, like what's the best technique to transition faster? Were you scared at first? Did you break anything? When did you start?

And by the time he realized that you were talking about snowboarding passionately for an hour now, just walking on the streets of Okinawa, he was too deep in his thoughts about you.

It was the first time that you two guys had the chance to speak that much about anything, and hearing you talking about something you love that much, it was so wonderful. And the fact that passion of yours was just as strong as his - it made it even perfect.

hello I love your hc and I was hoping to get one of Reki from Sk8 the Infinity?

My whole idea was that Reki gets injured after falling during skateboarding ( whether it be at one of the S things or just skating in general ) and the s/o helps patch them up but they're kinda mad at Reki bc they don't want him to be too reckless skateboarding and get really hurt someday. So they kinda give him the silent treatment while tending to Reki’s scrape ( or whatever you want it to be ) and Reki the whole time tried to get the s/o to talk to him by making cheesy jokes and whatnot. Eventually the s/o gives in but kinda gives them a caring scolding about not getting hurt anymore.

I hope this makes sense! :)

But, he can be an absolute jackass, and we have to protect him somehow, well, from himself.

Reki's s/o gives him the silent treatment

As much as you love him, Reki can be stubborn and relentless when it comes to skateboarding. You can't really blame him for that, and you do love his passion for this lifestyle, you support him all the time, and you do your best to take care of him.

But taking care of someone is not just making bento boxes and helping them running some little errands. Sometimes you have to draw a line, and if they won't respect that line, you have to reinforce that line.

And that's exactly what happened between you two that day.

You understood that there's no real practice without getting some bruises here and there, but lately, Reki became more reckless with his tricks, and sometimes he seemed even irresponsible, and that made you worry. Accidents happen, but when they could have been avoided, it's a different story.

When you saw him fell hard, you felt like your heart stopped.

Fortunately, this little dipshit is protected by some kind of overzealous guardian angel, so his injuries were nothing that you couldn't patch up soon enough.

But damn, you were angry.

He promised he won't do anything too reckless, and he got into trouble anyway, let alone that the night could have ended in a hospital for him. And that hurt you a lot. You loved him and you wanted to keep him in one piece, but he kept sabotaged that, and it was frustrating, to say the least.

When he saw you storming in his direction, he pretty much expected anything: yelling, cursing, threatening him that you will break his board into pieces (you both knew that you would never do that, but sometimes he made you REALLY angry), but...

After making sure that he is more or less alright, you became silent. He attempted to communicate with you, but you didn't respond to him, which made him a little upset, but at the same time, he knew he messed up.

After patching him up, he decided to give you some time to cool down. 

He gave up after an hour of waiting. He wanted to talk to you, he already apologized to you and promised it again that he will be more cautious next time. But he wanted to make things right, or at least right enough to hug you, cuddle you and pepper your face with kisses.

First, he didn't want to bother you, so he tried his best to do chores, but it was just so LOUD. It was unintentional, but he tried to get your attention at least - but he failed.

So, he changed tactics.

And the nightmare has begun.

'Hey babe, do your legs hurt from running through my dreams last night??'

'Can I have a picture so I can show Santa what I want for Christmas?'

'I hate all the letters in the alphabet, but I love U.'

'What did one blueberry say to the other on Valentine's day?'

...

'I love you berry much!'

And the list goes on.

After eleven or twelve jokes/pick up lines, you have had enough.

'Reki, I swear to god, if I hear another one, I will never, ever talk to you again.'

And he did shut up, but the next moment you were in his arms already.

'I'm so sorry, I love you so much', he said with a serious tone, finally.

'I love you too, but you can't be so nonchalant. You have to take care of yourself because even I can't patch you up every time.'

He seemed to get the message, and you ended the night with a big cuddle session.
