I'm having none of that "sleep is for the weak haha" bullshit, don't you dare come up to me and tell me "oh well, bad health, depressed emotional state, guess I'll die" like NO, you cut that crap and face your problems and treat yourself like you'd treat a good friend, you deserve good treatment, you have earned good treatment. You're gonna get a good night's sleep if I have to knock you upside with a bag of bricks kiddo. You're gonna support yourself and do things you enjoy and improve yourself in small ways every day if I have to scream at you until it happens. Now go to your room and get in your jammies!! 😡😡😡
