INTRODUCING THE SCUM BAG VILLAIN WHO REPLACES DR.BLAKK IN THIS AU IS- An oc🗣

Okay so jokes aside, mostly 2 villains take the role, Expect the main one who does it all is Arachnis. Blite actually takes the second Villain role, I tried my best not to give arachnis to much edgy vibes and make him like a normal villian in slugterra, that takes place of dr.Blakk instead, so sorry if his design is too much-😭 I tried to be original with it- his name is given due to him having moslty arachnet’s as his Ammo

Will makes his way out the deep caverns, thinking he’s free and can return to slugterra and go see his son and Dr.Blakk again, unfortunately, only greeted by two familiar faces, waiting for him, maybe he’s not as free as he thought.

LORE/EXPLANATION

So Will spends about a year in the deep caverns barely surviving, Ill from the dark water energy, and of course malnourished and weakened, barely escaping the dark bane’s clutches, he manages to finally find a way out, in my au, there’s a secret passage between the 99 caverns and dark caverns, that not even the dark bane know about and it’s very hard to find. Though Arachnis knows about it, he always goes to see if will escaped yet, wanting to create that false hope for Shane that he isn’t so safe, making sure to bring a guest who despises the Shane’s,specifically, blite.

Now for arachnis and blite.

Arachnis lore I’ll just keep small for now, and maybe explain in later posts or artworks, but all you need to know is he was power starved, all of his life, he was failing at everything, his parents only complimenting and seeing false potential in him out of pure pity, which made him furious, he always out there, trying to find something to live for, to do, experimenting and such, he accidentally experiments with dark water, and it creates a small explosion instead of a portal to the dark caverns where he loses his eye, and his skin is infected with it, causing his small appearance. He has a need for power, but not just for slugterra, anything, he wants to feel like he’s the one in control of anything, so it doesn’t matter if he takes control of slugterra or not, as long as he feels like he’s in control, he loves everything.

And that’s unfortunately where Will falls into place, when he captures him after his escape from the deep caverns.

Arachnis also manages to free blite from the cavern of time, in promise to basically torment Will shane, which blite immediately agrees on, while still being free, but managing to keep low to not be caught again, Because arachnis alerts him that dr.Blakk is still around protecting with Eli Shane and his gang.

Arachnis also manages to make his own version of a ghoul, a ghouled Arachnet.

SO- I didn’t post due to some lack of motivation but I got it again- so take this small little artwork of Dr.Blakk of Will for the moment-

Here’s the post before I start drawing my Au with another au!✨ this artwork is moslty depressed dr.Blakk missing Will shane, since will shane was technically his support, and Will was his only family, now with him being gone, dr.Blakk’s mood went down unfortunately- which cuased him to grow a bit grumpy, thankfully Eli arriving was enough for him to feel better, but there is some nights where he’ll cry because he misses Will shane🥲 (this is of course before will is found-)

Once will is found, dr.Blakk mood starts lifting up a lot, and they moslty spend a lot of time together, moslty because they haven’t seen each other in years, and will is a bit scarred from his capture, so he stays around Dr.Blakk or Eli a lot.

Fun fact: before Will was found, when Dr.Blakk Misses will, he will usually either hold onto photos of their moments, or will sometimes look at his bandoleer/belt- (I think that’s what they called it in the show I forgot😭 too lazy to re-check) and will hold it, as if it brings him comfort, since it reminds him of Will in a way, since he was unsure if Will was dead or not 😭)

AHH SHDIHEI okay so I drew a small little drawing with @ariaterramoon Slugterra taken au! Expect Redemption!Au dr.Blakk meets taken!au Will…yeah it got a bit awkward at first- so of course in context, this is after taken au! Will slowly trusts redemption Au Blakk- enough for him to get near him- because taken!au Will had eli taken away from him from dr.Blakk’s men👀- also drew a small doodle of taken au Eli- love him💖

So I’m content, go see @ariaterramoon taken au, it’s actually very interesting if you haven’t already! I really love the au despite how depressing it sounds for me-😅 yeah, I just decided to post these small drawings of my universe with a different universe! In conclusion, I don’t think My Au Blakk would get along with any variation of him, even his cannon self😅 but anyways this was fun to draw!

Now I’m going to be focusing on The villain arachnis, and Will’s imprisonment Arc🥲-

Redemption slugterra Au official designs! Young will and Thaddius.

Sorry for the hold up once Again! Planning to draw something with demon slayer next! But I will keep doing my slugterra Au! So I’ve decided to come up with my own designs for these two, slightly, still the same, just with some extra details off the original since they are very different characters compared to the cannon! Well not too different but defiantly different mindsets and motivations for their story! (I also just wanted to give thaddius longer messy hair, even a small mullet because I feel like he would have one idk😭) I’m planning to make differences of my Au will and Blakk, and Eli, twist. (Maybe Eli and twist later) since thaddius and will have a lot more for their story changes.

I’m going to make a whole dive in to my Au will later in a post, his character, different backstory, motives, why he has his mindset, stuff he went through differently in this Au, stuff like that, then once finished with that, thaddius will be next, and I will show their adult official designs in those posts since I plan to change some things about their design and details for my Au! So this is a updated design for them! And Eli too a little bit.

So far now take these small info about My redemption Au!will and redemption Au! Blakk!(:

Young will Shane-

Clearly set on the Shane path, will does work hard but is held back by the stress and burden of being a Shane, sometimes the Shane legacy feels like a curse instead of a wonderful family line (will explain how the Shane family/Shane’s work in will’s Au story post) despite this, he keeps a happy face and has a bubbly personality, though he might be naive, he isn’t stupid, he only gets defensive and hostile when absolutely needed, and for thaddius, he didn’t think he needed because something was off about him, he felt like he needed to be there for thaddius, even if thaddius didn’t show it, it’s obvious will has a golden heart, and as well as being inspired and in awe by thaddius skill, while trying to figure out all this slug-slinging world, it isn’t any help that uncle jimmo isn’t as helpful now.

Young thaddius Blakk-

It’s confusing for anyone to know what thaddius wants, but it’s really simple if you see the way he acts, he wants to be left alone, and will isn’t any help with that, but that quickly changes for thaddius, will is the only exception, despite liking being alone and finds solitude comforting, wills presence is the only one he likes around once they become friends, going through his own troubles, he is very tough, more tougher than his cannon version, slightly, having the same level of slug-slinging, but surprisingly very good at physically combat hand to hand, tough fighter, but instead of wanting the same thing like his cannon version, being feared and the greatest slug-slinger, he wants to just be left alone, and to rot alone, since, what else does he have to live for? At least he has will Shane to make it less bearable for him.

HOPE TO DRAW MORE OF HER SOON- <: I tried to make her accurate to her look but still wanted to keep her slightly around teen years due to probably due to her and ariaterramoon’s Eli not finding their father yet so Sarai does look a little shocked at seeing her dad! Sorry if there’s any incorrect details about Sarai outfit!

I’m going to be making some fanarts before I post the redemption!Au character explanations- which Au!will Shane will come first! And some of the characters will get their custom designs for the Au! So wait for that!💖 now for this art piece of course redemption!Au will would absolutely love Sarai dearly if he met her! Au will only has Eli, so the idea of being able to have another child is just wonderful to him, and the idea of her being Shane buddies with Eli sounds great to him! Much to the slight disagreement he would probably have with ariaterramoon’s will Shane if they met when Sarai and Eli were kids-

Redemption Au will Shane! Lore/Character explanation! (PAST)

INTRODUCTION/DIFFERENCES

Redemption!Will Shane has his differences to Canon will or any of his counterparts, though in this version, he is very more laid back.He wishes to protect Slugterra well, but that also means protecting the people, not just the slugs, and even if someone is a criminal, he will do his best to get them any help he can and support them if they do.

Sometimes it works or sometimes it doesn’t, he has hope that Slugterra will never be destroyed, hopefully. A very nice and compassionate man who only wishes to protect and care for his loved ones and friends. He may be a little flawed but he atones for any actions he has done…and will do anything to make sure everyone else is happy. But sometimes he forgets about his own Happiness.

He’s always tired while working, but he manages to keep a smile on his face and keep his kind and bubbly personality! He doesn’t like when things are too serious depending on the situation, many people of the caverns in the redemption Au respect Will Shane for his hard work, even some of the criminals for his respect for them as well, and kindness of them too.

Many can’t count how many times he has helped others, even when there were no criminals involved, simple troubles, he helped out with carrying stuff for others or doing small work, even helping others with poverty when needed. Many call him a man with a golden heart for everything he does for Slugterra.

His disappearance for 5 years made everyone heartbroken in Slugterra, but they didn’t lose hope due to thankfully blakk protecting the caverns in his place.

So once Will was found, many celebrated and kept on for a week for his return since the people loved him very much for the things he had done for him, now for his past.

BACKSTORY

Will grew up to what he presumed into a loving family, Will was raised by two loving parents. (Both slight OC’s) Delilah Kennedy and Jackson Shane, will Shane being named after his Grandpa. Many are unclear about them, but they do know that Jackson Shane used to be in his prime, until he was fatally injured, making his brother Jimmo Shane take his place. Everything seemed to be going fine, Will was happy, his parents and uncle and other relatives were. It all seemed to be going well!...

Until Will Shane turned seven years old.

By now was the required age for Will to start knowing how to be the next Shane in his father and uncle’s place, he already was getting told this once he was five, by then Will was excited! With the things his parents told him.

…until it became…repeated and shoved down his throat everyday was when his excitement faded.

It didn’t help that he was now starting combat training with his uncle, he couldn’t even focus on anything else other than school and training to be a Shane. Every time he tried to do something else it was repeated that he had to focus on his Shane training, only giving him one day to have a break, he felt exhausted and sick from it.

Now it felt like his parents and uncle only cared about the Shane legacy that they stopped listening to what he wanted. Becoming emotionally neglectful of will.

…any idea he wanted to do other than being a Shane was shut down, that couldn’t happen, he was always reminded he was the only one left to continue the Shane legacy, and all his other old relatives agreed.

After all..it was a Shane rule. He had to follow it.

Until he tried not to.

The arguments started when he was 10, he couldn’t take the pressure and tried to avoid all of it, but it was met with arguments with his parents and even with uncle jimmo, it was always told that it was the best thing for him.

He really had no one to turn to after the arguments started. As he grew up, he grew more anxious, stressed, but despite all of it, he still managed to try and be happy, somehow. Though it wasn’t until he was 13 was when Will's life turned worse. A big argument started now that Will was reaching closer to 15, and he was getting ready to become a Shane despite his stubbornness. But this argument was bigger than the rest, and without thinking ,will shouted whatever came to his mind.

“…I wish I was never in this stupid family! I wish I wasn’t here! I wish I was never in a Shane family in the first place! I wish the Shane’s didn’t exist!”

. . . And many other things were said that were harsh but the truth from will, before it was ended with a large slap from his father, almost a punch.

Which made Will shocked and hurt physically, his parents almost never laid their hands on him, only shouts. This was the start of a long lecture from his father before it ended with the silent treatment.

Will was disowned by his parents by then even his mother refused to look him in the eyes, and the only family who still continued to talk to him was Jimmo Shane, his uncle who was clearly disappointed in him, which left Will even more ashamed but upset at his uncle. By then Will stayed the two years loathing himself as he had felt like he had ruined his family, and felt as if there was nothing else to do, he at least wanted to help people for the rest of his life. It’s not like he had nothing else going for him.

And thankfully, he met thaddius.

Meeting thaddius Wasn't exactly what will was supposed to do, he was supposed to stay focus and train in Slugterra, but then by pure accident will bumped into thaddius one day in a slug slinging tournament, They don’t exactly become friends during this time, as Thaddius is aggressive and hostile towards Will after several attempts by Will to become his friend.

After almost getting violent with will, and still showing kindness to Thaddius was enough to make him confused with himself and after a while, Thaddius avoided will more often, until they were training with the unbeatable master is when Thaddius made the decision to become

Will's friend.

After that, they became closer like family.

His uncle jimmo did not like this one bit, often thinking thaddius was going to get will into bad habits, or crimes, causing multiple arguments between thaddius and jimmo, which will could only watch or defend thaddius, he was too tired to argue with his uncle any further. He was scared to argue either way, scared he would say something worse again.

Once growing older, uncle jimmo did retire soon enough, but it did end in a bitter note with will being tossed the blaster and no words were spoken, will just staring at his uncle disappointedly, after that will didn't talk with any of his family anymore.

THINGS HE DID DIFFERENTLY/STUFF THAT CHANGED

Will acknowledges he has made mistakes, or regrets certain choices from time to time, he will try anything to fix what he has done wrong, but sometimes it does not work in his favor, or sometimes it does.

Tom pour and twist are one of those examples. For Tom pour, it was complicated, they were like family, a great team! Until they weren't. Will did keep a few secrets but he was more honest to Tom pour in this AU than canon. Once the argument between them began, with Will trying to de-escalate it, Tom pour challenged Will to a duel angrily, but will Shane refused. This just made Tom pour more upset, after a few insults, he tackled Will to the ground, planning on fighting him head on and physically.

Will, being startled and in the heat of the moment, his reflexes had kicked in.

Grabbing the sharpest thing nearby on the ground and without realizing it, he was hoping to maybe punch Tom in the face to get him off, but it resulted in something worse. Stabbing tom pour by accident in the eye, which cost him half his sight, it was enough for tom pour to get knocked off as he cried in pain and screamed in pain. Will, now managing to breath and know what was going on, quickly went to tom pour to see if he was alright, but tom pour was enraged and yelling at will as his injury bled more. Will tried to help, but it was useless and Tom Pour walked off. Will was living with the guilt with what he had done after that incident.

They haven't seen each other since then. Thankfully Tom's anger has subsided over the years, and now he lives with his daughter Dana pour happily, she has her dad.

With twist, the mistake was small but he did feel very guilty, it was by pure accident, he was just going to confront twist’s father and maybe lead him off with a warning, but then it led to a chase, as twist’s father fell of the cliff, he tried to save them both but it was too late. It was awkward for a minute or two, while Twist stared at the edge of the cliff, seeing as his father fall to his death, it was traumatizing.

Will couldn't blame the early anger the boy had when Will tried to make sure he was okay, but quickly it settled down when Will apologized and reassured him nothing bad was going to happen to him.The first week was tough, having to stay in the shane hideout for Twist, with Will Shane trying to be understanding and not rush Twist to try and get accustomed to his new life. But Will Shane being busy with his duties and raising Eli, he confides in Dr.Blakk to take care of Twist for the time being until he figures something out.

Dr.blakk is hesitant, unsure if he can even take care of a child, but he agrees and takes Twist in for a few weeks, it was a bit awkward for Twist, but after those two weeks, twist slightly gets accustomed. Though dr.blakk manages to find a couple, who really wants a child, Mr.gate and Mrs.madden, in the 99 caverns. They seemed very happy and excited to take in twist, really wanting a child of their own.After a bit of discussion, will and dr.blakk both agree and hand of twist to his new parents, twist being a bit scared but their sweet and happy faces and loving arms were enough to make him leave dr.blakk’s side.

Will tries to help anyone he can, even bad guys/villains, once throwing them in jail, he confides in them, being there for them, trying to make them have a second chance and a better life, only wishing to help whatever they have going on, or giving them another chance not to do any bad things in life.

Sometimes it works and sometimes he does not make any progress. A 50/50 chance at best.

He even tries to help anyone with money issues, or struggling in general, he even helps the mall cops here and there, he wants to protect all of Slugterra.

Abigail Garcia-

Will’s ex wife…he has complicated feelings about her…he loves her deep down but doesn’t want to think about her even in the present time.

Back then in Will's days of being Shane, they met through work, will was helping some people with labor work and she was among them, helping too, for will it was an immediate crush on her, as she happily waved towards him, her eyes making him admire her.

Soon it developed into something more once he asked her to spend more time after catching her cleaning near a home, soon it blossomed into a relationship, and they were in love for a while until they got married! Until it withered into something worse for them both.

Abigail was from both worlds, Slugterra and the surface, so she knew about life on both too.

After Eli’s birth, even despite will shane making more efforts to put his duties aside and raise Eli and spend time with her than in cannon, that wasn’t enough, of course she felt neglected, but she had some issues in her life too, family friends, it flipped when she began drinking to ease away her complications in life. This..soon led to arguments with her and will…so she went out more, she’d even become a bit more obsessed with will in a way, creepily which was making will feel off and uncomfortable. She was struggling and so was will, so soon will could not take it, especially after she began neglecting Eli and not wanting Eli to be subjected to any of this further.

Instead of the age of 10, it was 5 for Eli Shane, as he divorced her and he hadn’t seen her since.

Thankfully when Will was away, one of his uncles from his mother’s side took care of him when no one else could.

To this day, Will's heart hurts thinking about her…

PRESENT

Will is doing fine physically and mentally now, he still is dealing with some of his issues, but he’s feeling better, especially with Eli and blakk by his side, he might not be the old Shan he used to be in his prime, but all that matters is that he’s with his family now and friends, but thinking of the past hurts sometimes. Especially thinking of his parents.

AHXIDHJWJSGX OKAY THERES THE PAST LORE FOR WILL🗣️ there will be a present/older design for each of the Au main characters! I will post them after finishing with the main ones who got a redesigns! So hopefully be patient for that! While doing that I will go back to post scenes from the redemption au! And more about something with Au blakk future 👀 and an incident but ANYWAYS THATS ALL, also hopefully this explains wills character, he is very different from his counterpart 😅

Redemption!Au Dr.Blakk! Lore/Character explanation

INTRODUCTION/DIFFERENCES

Dr.blakk’s character in redemption!au is more complicated in a way from his canon version, but it is very clear the two are different, while canon blakk is…a cold man…and wants power, control over Slugterra….All Redemption!Au blakk wants…is just peace…He has very many differences compared to his canon counterpart, even the people of the caverns have trouble understanding him…they don’t really know his goals…or motives really…all they know is no harm will come to them…and his reputation around Slugterra is…rather decent…and respectable.

But..he is a very tired man…Only criminals fear the man, others fear the man only for his short fuse..but even then…it is only a small fear many of the caverns have…they know that he is…a man with good intentions at heart.

They can’t help but feel anxious about the man. He is quiet for the most part, an intimidating presence, but others could describe him as being peaceful. Dr.blakk knows he confuses people, due to how he is like, on one hand he is calm and quiet, Even peaceful.Then he is vicious and can be brutal when battling, depending. He is short tempered way more easily than his Canon counterpart, and stronger physically.

Dr.blakk knows he’s an unstable individual… , he is a broken man deep down too, he knows it…and he hates it.

In redemption Au! He is far more physically stronger…any criminal is terrified to come across the man, scared for what will befall them if they do, many have lost count at the times he had made many slingers take a break due to almost critically injuring them….only the very arrogant ones that is…no one is brave enough to actually insult the man. Well..no regular citizen that is…he may appear as a tough and cold man..but he’s just soft in the inside…and very..nicer..and sweet in the way….which is why none of the people in Slugterra fear him when they see him out and about.

Blakk’s early childhood…was…complicated to say the least…he can’t even remember his early memory of his mother…was she caring?..nice…? Cold and uncaring like his father?

He didn’t even remember what she looked like. He wasn’t sure…it feels like his early memories are fading and he hates it…it feels like he had blacked out that past the moment his life was guided to the light, now he struggles to remember, and feels like each memory from his childhood is erased. He despises the feeling.Blakk grew up as an only child…having his father and mother..until his mother left him as a little child…His father having custody of him…blakk could only remember he was young and crying as she left…and blakk could remember him asking his father why his mother left.

He could still remember the cold glance his way. Being told his mother was too weak to carry such a burden of life and abandoned them.Blakk never knew what to feel after that.

His father wasn't…the best either, he does not remember his father ever getting physical with him, but his father had a short fuse too and he could remember the shouts of disappointment whenever he did something wrong, sometimes it hurt Thaddius, but then he felt numb, like it did not matter and nothing else mattered.

Could've been was an understatement for him.

He could remember the day when his father, Dr. Harlan E. Blakk was promoting that stupid product he didn't even remember what it was.

The blast, the fall of his father by the stupid gangster which was viggo dare.

All of it felt fuzzy in Thaddius' head, but back then it felt like everything was going slow and adrenaline was kicking in, but he just…froze and did nothing.

Then his father left him…all for his own life? Thaddius' view on him was changed after that, now his father is a blurry image in his head after all of it. Honestly everything felt a blur, was that even how it happened?

All he can remember clearly is the days of labor right after such an event. The work of slag rock cavern was tough, Thaddius could remember the scrapes and burns he felt on his hands after moving each rock and the hard like stone scraped against his arms and hands, so many tears shed from pain, and the words of the others stuck in his head from the day he began working.

“Get used to it kid. All you have is meaningless hard labor for the rest of your life..”

He could remember those words clearly as he would work in the dusty and cold environment, coughs and sneezes, crying on the cold stone floor after each day felt sick, he felt sick. He even wanted his father back, his old and tarnished home sounded better than this.. . . he knew someone would save him…right? The Shane's would. He hoped. He had hope.He could remember seeing a shane when he was little, his father unamused while he was amazed, the courage and talent like them saving lives each time.

Now they would be the one’s saving him right? They had to.

After endless cycles of work, finally it felt like he was going to be saved. A shane had entered the Cavern! This was it for little Thaddius! He could remember seeing the shane taking down some criminals, now was his chance, he had to get the attention of the shane he could also remember, Jimmo Shane. After what seemed like eternity, he managed to throw a rock in Shane's direction, and it hit him, looking over, Jimmo Shane saw Thaddius and that was his glimmer of hope, this was it, he would be saved!..But he was not. Even through the plea in his eyes.

Jimmo Shane just looked at him before walking off on his mecha, not caring at all. Not even at the boy’s plea, Thaddius felt like he was frozen.That wasn't right, he was supposed to be saved! He had to be, in desperation, Thaddius chased after the shane, his little hands managing to grasp onto the side of the mecha, and his pleas started, begging, he needed to be saved from this!

“Please! Help me! I'm trapped here! I need help please!” Jimmo looked at him, his face was…filled with disgust before driving off in his Mecha, leaving poor Thaddius by himself as he fell to the ground, shock and hopelessness filling him, feeling like everything he believed in was a lie.

Now he was left to rot here, for who knows how long…

Teenage years was not easier for Thaddius in the slightest, he had to always watch his back for anything, in case someone was going to go after him, at first he began slug slinging to be the best but then it started to develop into one of protection for himself, after all, every stare thrown at him felt like a dagger and if he didn't move quickly, he knows he will be getting a dagger thrown at him next.

Soon he was recruited for viggo dare, and for a while he felt like he was on top of the world, until…the special treatment began for him. He was not stupid, he could see the way Viggo dare grab at his arm for a long period of time, came so close that he could almost feel his breathing at his neck, but..he was just doing his duties and his boss was proud of him. Right?

He lost count of how many times he had said that to himself and with viggo dare to him.

He could hear those words constantly.

“...You would never let me down, right Thaddius?”

“...You would never fail me right…”

“ ..I’m the only family you’ve ever need..”

It did not help that Viggo dare kept…rubbing his shoulder and getting very close while saying that…at first he'd tried to make him stop, with some type of lie or excuse but it was quickly shut down before he could and he just kept his mouth shut. He felt powerless in this all. But.what could he do?…he kept doing what Viggo dare told him to do…even if it meant blood would be shed from others or himself.

. . . then the confrontation of Jimmo shane came…he was furious, now..he wasn't going to challenge him..it was stupid to even try…now..in this AU, he did not challenge him out of thinking he could stand his ground and prove his worth…he did not know what he was trying to accomplish anyways…he was just angry and furious, just the sight of the shane brought back memories to when he cried alone in the dusty cavern of slag rock.

Wanting someone to save him, the imprisonment for 6 months didn't help either.

Being chased out of the cavern was not the worst thing in the world, after all, he at least would be as far away from that man, from this cavern as possible.

This was not his home, it never was. His home was nowhere and now he just needed to survive.

Once growing slightly older, Thaddius' mental state was getting worse, but he was getting stronger each day, fighting men twice his size to practice his skill. Even if it meant killing some…which absolutely made his mental state go down even more from it.

Fighting tooth and nail each day. He'd train so much he'd pass out or until his knees gave out. Eventually, he grew overwhelmed everyday and he needed to stop for a while, he knew his body needed a small break or else he would die and all of this would be for nothing…each day…he felt these nightmares plague him…one of carnage and bloodshed..it felt weird..even to him..when he awake and he panicked and sweating..even..crying.

What was his life at this point…

Thankfully…it was not so shortly after that he began to meet will..even if it was a rocky start at first…will was the best thing to happen for him..sometimes he wonders if he never met will…he probably would…

. . . he doesn't want to think about it…the thought makes him feel anxious.

At first…he was..annoyed beyond belief…who was this boy and why couldn't he leave him alone? He just wanted to be left alone! After all..the boy could have just been pretending anyways…but after multiple attempts and meeting at the slug tournament, Thaddius felt uneasy…he was flattered by such kindness. But even if the boy was genuine…

he felt as if he did not deserve such kindness in the first place. And after all, each time he raised his fist, the boy would flinch as if expecting to receive such a hit. Thaddius decided then that he did not deserve such a kind person in his life…

he could do better anyways…but after getting selected as the only few…he tried practicing, but his hands were so sore, one of them gave out and he began to bleed from his hand…and even then….the boy….who now he learned was will….helped him?..and still smiled at him..it felt like he had been being too…rude..maybe..being friends with the boy…wouldn't be so bad… ? He could only hope…

he was right…for once..and it felt nice…

CHANGES IN LIFE

With will Shane being there for him, the only family he truly had, it felt less numb and better in life for him…waking up and going out…and seeing will visit him…it felt nice…even visiting will felt nice too. He could smile at that with no issue, at first his home was with will Shane…In the Shane hideout…but thaddius decided he could use his own place, to have more room for his stuff and work he would do. Since he didn’t want to bother will Shane with it.

so he made the citadel, as his new home…but the shane hideout is always considered Thaddius home too..he wont forget that. Ever.

Thaddius builds his citadel in the jungle cavern though, and mostly under a glowing mushroom tree, usually one who would see the citadel and blakk’s industries, it is a nice sight. Since there is slug energy around.

His home is still a black/gray inside, but there's nature all around, vines surrounding the walls beautifully, the environment feels welcoming inside, even in blakk’s office. Dr.blakk now just creates experiments and focuses on science to try and improve slugterra in any way possible, or will try and make slug’s more powerful in less..dangerous or evil ways…he does work on mecha’s too, and mostly works on experiments or focuses on shipments and anything with payment in slugterra.

(His recruits are different people, he does not have the workers as his canon counterpart.)

Overall Blakk is way more calmer when will is present, and is stable when eli is around. He considers them family, and in a way they are the only ones fully able to make him fully calm and in peace, even if he doesn't look like it.

He is just overall a grumpy scientist with a short fuse.

Though after the final fight arc, he does feel better mentally and is trying to recover, is more calmer, and less to lose his temper.

RELATIONSHIPS-

Blakk has no current interests of love, over all he does not think of himself as deserving as one, he's kinda insecure about himself to go and chase love so he focuses on work instead.

He does dream of having kids…that feeling of becoming a father sounds wonderful to him, having a family of his own, but its only dreams he can chase, he does not wish to have children at the moment, he is scared he will keep the cycle of the trauma he has and either become a neglectful parent or be terrible or harsh, but yet, he does not seem to realize how good of a second father figure he is to eli.

He is too harsh on himself sometimes.

ELI SHANE-

He considers him like family, in a way he pictures eli as his nephew in a way, but..after the training he went with eli, even eli admits to seeing Blakk as a father to him too, and Blakk can't help but admit he sees eli as a son too. Over all, he confides in Eli as a son/Nephew to him, and likes to sometimes share stories with him, whether it be of adventures of him and Will's experiences in patrolling slugterra or of old tales of slugterra that he can remember from his early childhood days.

Eli always likes to listen to them, even if Blakk struggles to tell a story, Blakk is a parent to him in a way.

They have a good relationship with each other.

WILL SHANE-

Will and him are very close, some even think of the two as brother’s, best friends? Family…anything of the sort, no one in slugterra could think otherwise of the two.

Will and Eli are mostly allowed to walk in the citadel with no trouble, the guards shrug them off, due to knowing that their practically family is to Blakk, even if Blakk seems annoyed by their simple presence, he isn't actually, that's just how he is. Will is probably the only one (besides eli, and maybe the shane gang) to be able to hug Blakk randomly, sometimes blakk will hug them back but if he is busy, he will pat them on the back or shoulder, head.

Blakk cares deeply about will, and in return, will cares deeply about him, will even brought down eli when he was a baby to let blakk hold him, when will disappeared, his mental state was..not the best, that his workers were concerned and a little scared, but even more so worried, and even a few of the people in slugterra could notice, eli shane could notice, the shane gang could notice.

As much as blakk tries to hide it, he feels more empty when will is gone, and if eli were to be gone, his mental state would go down more, to the point of just snapping. Blakk is already unstable as it is. He doesn't need to lose any more people he cares about. He's a broken man. No matter what.

PRESENT

Overall…blakk’s mental state is recovering just like will’s, especially after Will is found and alive, he still is a bit unstable, but he is doing better. He stayed by Will's side, even if Will was sleeping, he had to stay by Will's side due to fear and anxiety overtaking him. Things are getting slightly better in his life, especially after the final battle…he still has some issues he needs to fix…but…he knows he will be fine..especially with his family.

Redemption Au!Dana por! (Character explanation!)

SUSJNSJXJ Here’s Dana por with her redemption!Au design! I decided to include her as well, mostly from life changes as well with Tom por being alive! I tried to keep her outfit a but the same, since she’s mostly not out stealing and all that, and more relaxed so she doesn’t mostly have the same things she used to have. Gave her a bit longer hair because I thought it would look nice on her! 0v0. I decided to show her off first before working on the Shane gang and Eli! And just a small bit of twist! Then I will drop the final fight Arc of all them! Then I will start with artwork lore again! I’m also thinking of starting a Fanfic of this Au! So we’ll see!👀

But anyway! about Redemption!au!Dana por and her father!

INTRODUCTION

Dana por is obviously different from her counterpart from Canon, she’s eager and happy to learn, and help any of her friends! Well..she’s not that bubbly like Eli or the others. She mostly prefers alone time by herself from time to time. Even if she prefers more solitude, she still cares and respects her friends, and does help out when she is able to! She’s quiet most of the time, and when she isn’t, she’s mostly helping out Trixie, who’s mostly her best friend out of the whole group. If there’s anyone she’d rather go to first to chat, it’s Trixie, even if they have different interests and do things differently, they are definitely close and a great duo together!

LORE

Dana grew up in a bright household, her mother either figuring out how to teach her how to slug sling while her father went out and worked, she’d considered everything great and wonderful! Until the age of 8, Dana’s mother and Tom por split, no bitterness was between them, Tom por was engulfed in his own dreams and so was her mother, so she was raised most of the time with her mother, while still seeing her father!It was a healthy balance in her life, even if her parents were separate, they respected each other, and raised Dana wonderfully! Even if Dana sometimes had the habit of stealing without being noticed, that's just what she would do.

She learned the stealthy part from her father.

Though a bit of complications happened between Will and Tom, she could remember her father was more absent, saying he had business. She could remember the look of suspicious and slight concern…maybe even anger on her father’s face that she never understood why.

After the confrontation with Will and Tom, she could remember her father..wasn’t there sooner, and she grew worried.

Why was her father missing?…was he okay?

All the questions she had, but they were thankfully answered when he showed up, even if he was bleeding and his eye was all messed up, he was alive And well!

She could remember the tight hug she gave him that day as Tom hugged her back, her mother was now less concerned now knowing Tom was safe. Even despite the conflict Tom had with will from that day, He never told her anything negative about will, other than him lying a bit, but…will wasn’t really mentioned much..not negative or positively, so Dana spent her days worried on other things than that. Things are definitely much better now.

Her and will don’t really interact much, but when they Do, it’s mostly positive. Mostly better after Tom por sort of gets ready to talk to will again and will apologizes once more to him.

DIFFERENCES

Now not as angered as in the canon, Dana is mostly calm headed, though just like her father, she can be annoyed easily but has a way with words to calm others down sometimes.

Even if she’s very great at being stealthy and quick and clever, she doesn’t really use it for mostly stealing. She focuses more on books! She loves books, they provide peace and quiet for her, she does do small missions with the Shane gang if they ever need her assistance, but when she isn’t burying her nose in books, she help the Shane gang with anything stealthily, if they need her as a spy, then there’s no trouble on her part. She’s great at her job!

But when she doesn’t like doing the missions, she’s usually looking through books, Redemption!Dana has different plans in mind, she wants to teach! Maybe she could use her smart thinking and mind to help teach others? Maybe she could be a Librarian for the library in her cavern! She could only dream wonders.

Redemption Au! Eli Shane! (and I’m officially back 😭🙏)

Okay…so i usually disappear after a while after posting sometimes depending, but i kinda lost motivation with anything and been focused on other things in life and i guess i kinda lost interest in posting for a while…But im back! And determined to finish this Au storyline! If I can call it that- but! I’m planning on finishing Eli and some other info about the Au before I officially make a fanfic about it! Maybe…I’m not sure! But I will dive deeper into that as I’m thinking of maybe doing a comic instead! I thought I had made up my mind but apparently not😭 but after this I’m going to actually post fan art and other things!

Oh and I will think about doing FNAF or other fan arts for others so only time will tell I guess-

Anyways here’s Eli!

Eli is slightly different to his counterpart but there isn’t much! (Other than being a bit more stronger and better trained-)

He still is a bubbly, dorky Guy who loves puns..though sometimes twist takes that title and is more dorky than him- but Eli is still the same, but he’s doing a lot better in this Au! He’s a bit more of a thinker during his plans and because of Au Blakk’s training, he is even harder to defeat (depending on the enemy) he is very good in combat training due to Blakk and with a bit of the incredible’s master training, he’s well more experienced compared to his Cannon Counter part!

Still clumsy though sometimes, like his dad😭

LORE

Eli grew up in what he considered a happy life!

Well sort of..he had faded memories of slightly meeting blakk but they blurred since he was nearly about to become a toddler during that time. His relationship with his mom was…complicated, at times she was sweet and caring but as he grew up, he could feel her neglect towards him, and could often see her on the couch passed out from her drinking…So at age 5, he remembered his father divorcing his mom. He doesn’t remember much from that day, but he could remember his mother just not caring and leaving through the door..

He sometimes misses her..

And sometimes he doesn’t.

Growing up, he was raised pretty constantly by his father, even if there were some days he didn’t see Will, will always made sure to make up for that time, never wanting to be away for too long in his child’s life..he’d even put off weeks of being a Shane to spend time with Eli, so for most of Eli’s childhood, will Shane was never really absent or gone for too long!

And even if he was Eli always was patient.

Eli doesn’t remember much about his other family, the only other family he’s ever been around or interacted with is his uncle and aunts from his mom side, and his grandma, but never from his father’s side..expect uncle jimmo once or twice.

Already Will began to break 2 rules of the Shane code, and was beginning, in his family’s mind..Bringing shame into the family, which is also why Will cut communication with them a long time ago.

To Will’s family and the Shane code book, He broke one of the very first rules ever made, ‘never disrespect your legacy.’

A rule placed for the Shane’s of upcoming years to never not do your work, whatever you had to do was important and no distractions were allowed.

So will shane cutting off his days to spend time with his family, friends, putting the Shane work aside, broke the rule and made his uncle, mother and father and other relatives despise him more.

The second rule he broke was put at the last, and was always reminded of each Shane who would soon step up and take the Bandoleer and blaster for themselves.

‘Be loyal to your training’

By putting this rule, the Shane family for ages have always trained their children, whoever would take the place of the Shane role, would have to train hard, or everyday, and their children too.

It was a custom once the child turned 6, they would begin Shane children, it was a must, so they would be more conscious and remember things better.

Will easily broke this rule, and he didn’t feel bad, yet a bit guilty about it, but if given the choice again, he would gladly

Do it again.

Once Eli turned 6, he never trained him, he made sure he had a playful childhood, and this caused anger through the Shane family, as arguments went back and forth sometimes between some relatives.

Will Shane made SURE Eli focused on school, friends, playing, everything expect the Shane stuff, he didn’t want to make Eli feel like he needed to be successful or be proven worthy, he was only a child, he shouldn't have had to carry that burden..especially the one will carried so long ago when he was a child himself.

Eli had a fun childhood in his opinion, and the time he was told more about Slugterra finally was when he was 10 years old, since his time was nearing, but Will wanted to take a slow approach, he didn’t want to pressure Eli or make him think that ‘oh! I have to be a Shane!..I have to work had to prove myself to my dad and focus on only this..”

Will made sure to give Eli other ideas, so he didn’t think he had to be a Shane.

Eli felt comfortable enough with deciding to become a Shane, not due to over pressure, wanting to prove to his father, but because he wanted to help people.

He made the choice himself rather than being forced or the role being pushed upon him..

HOW HE IS LIKE-

Eli is bubbly and all about just like his cannon self, Loves puns, but he is more serious in a way due to blakk, not in a bad or cold way, just so he takes things with more consideration, is more quick and clever, and is a fair and well fighter.

He thinks and usually half his plans work really well due to blakk’s thinking passing onto him sometimes during training.

(He’s still his dad son though..😅)

Will slip up and be a bit clumsy at times, but he’s a pretty advanced slugslinger and fighter. Is more advanced in a way compared to his counter part. Still a dorky guy, Trixie makes sure he doesn’t do anything stupid still, while kord and Eli prank each other and go into full warzone …

He has a good heart, and it’s more motivated to grow with blakk’s training, and with his childhood, especially with the way Will raised him. Will always made sure to teach him a lot about compassion, how to give instead of take and to Procter everything in Slugterra, the slugs, the people, everyone, safe others from bad ones, still show remorse and kindness.

He cares deeply about blakk (sees him as an uncle/father figure sometimes)

He’s genuinely more brightful! Though after his dad is saved he feels a lot better, though some final battle happens kinda scars him a little but he is doing fine!

(He also got the mouth scar from some training from blakk, proud of his scar like twist, just a bit disappointed he didn’t get it from an actual slug slinging duel.💀)

I feel like I made Dr.blakk in my Au suffer way more worse than Canon blakk…but his unstable like nature really is needed to make him different in a way from canon Dr.blakk. Canon blakk strived to be the best slug slinger than anyone else in the EP Back to blakk…

Well…Redemption!Au Blakk strived for the same thing, but that eventually started because he was scared, he wanted to defend himself from others, But after having to kill especially young, and train till he nearly collapsed, fighting guys twice his size to survive and train, seeing bloodshed too…It…messed him up..

He’s more panicked and stressed…He needs a break but refuses to have one.

Redemption!Blakk’s is confused now..he doesn’t know what he wanted anymore, other than doing all of it for survival, he keeps telling himself he’s doing this to become the best slug slinger…but..is that what he truly wants?…He knows it isn’t what he wants…

AGXISJKS SHORT POST I GUESS..but yeah…redemption blakk went through a lot..as if..it wasn’t obvious by his lore explained 😭I tried my best with the background so if it looks weird, that’s why…but also wanted to capture a messy feel to really show how Redemption!Blakk felt in his young days. Here’s Redemtion!Will Shanenow! His younger self now, MAN I have procrastinated a lot on this artwork, I was trying to work on it but I lost focus on it, but I now have finished it! 💪I need to draw more of his younger self. (Delilah and Jackson are OC’s by the way for anyone new-) just like R!Thaddeus, the background is a bit messy too, showing how he felt during his teenage years, but it’s a bit less messy like Thaddeus’s Backround, Showing he wasn’t as conflicted, but still dealing with a lot too.

R!Will is Anxious than his counterpart, he’s determined, but..Definitely Doubtful of himself, and his capabilities, he’s used to being silenced in what he always wanted due to his family, Trained to only do as what they expect of him, untill he rebelled against that.

He never really wanted the Shane position, he wanted deeply to start writing and poetry, and now he is forced into the Shane position, out of what R!will believes the mess is all his fault. If he never snapped in arguing and said those things that day, maybe at least he would have his parents' love?

Deep down, R!Will knows that would never be true, he’d probably be in the same situation, but without his parents hating him, yet…he can’t help but feel he was the burden created in his family…But his mother and father genuinely only seemed to use the Shane legacy as an excuse to care about him, now that he didn’t seem to meet up to their expectations.

Now he was nothing to neither of his parents…or family

Deep down he wants to hate his Parents, uncle…everyone who did nothing to help him, but…yet he can’t, he still wants to make them proud, he wants to make it up for them, yet he doesn’t…

Just like R!Thaddeus, What does he want?..

So about the small rant I’ve planned, I’m kinda having Decisions of how I do NOT like My firsts post on this app 😭 i understand this is just how art progress is, and improving while you deal with your old Art, slight current art, but I still feel kinda embarrassed. I really wish to post more outsiders content with Slugterra as I’ve been gone for a while, and about that, I’m sorry I’ve kept disappearing for anyone who wonders about that, But I recently had to take a break during may because of something that had happened that caused frustration and fear, I am okay now! And I wish to get back into posting regularly kinda. (I wish to notify I am not stressed or at all when drawing, I am okay just the lack of motivation is kicking in 😭)

With that being said, I’m going to take a while with big post about My Slugterra Au/The outsiders OC’s Posts more than often, because I want to find a new way to post my Art in my own way kinda, I’m not going to disappear all together but more so just posting fanart for others untill then, because I have so many art ideas planned and knowing I can’t get them all done, I’ll prioritized getting them done, while posting fanart for others in the meantime, with maybe my OC’s here and there.

Bath time! Unfortunately.

I sometimes had this thought that Young Thaddeus sometimes smells bad like in general 💀…also..because I head cannon in my AU that Thaddeus travels a lot so..practically he has…No place to shower or bath so he just…does it when he can in somewhere he’s able to do it, 😭 THE UNDERTOW CAVERN.

Granted I remember that place is inhibited by pirates, so I would guess Thaddeus would practically do his best to avoid them or fight one off if he had the energy, and I’m guessing the water IS NOT the cleanest too😭..it’s sea water so..Thaddeus wouldn’t bath in it for long, but hey, you got to do what you have to, to not smell…horrendous I guess? 💀 This would also be before Will tells him he can stay over in the Shane hideout too, so it was just baths at the sea water for him. -.-

I don’t think Thaddeus enjoy’s the baths as well..also because the water isn’t the cleanest I presume, it’s sea water ☝️

Will joins him a few times, because I’m sure he probably likes swimming so he’d take that as a chance to spend some time with Thaddeus and swim! Thaddeus takes it serious though and tries and at least like wash Will or something like his hair when they make conversation.
