âThere will be a five minute intermission between performances.â After hearing that announcement, I continued pacing faster as the nervousness grew. I suddenly felt a hand on my own stopping me from moving. âCome on, youâre going to be great, especially when you look like that. There is no way he wonât be looking at you.â The smaller one wore the biggest smile. It seemed to instantly calm my nerves, I was hot and I knew that I was. A smile started to form on my face and the nervousness casually disappeared. âYou wanna talk about me, look at you Shoyo. If only you were straight.â We both sit there for a moment, taking in my previous words before we both bust into a fit of laughter. âI love you Angel.â I heard him say while calming down, his face was now serious, and I knew exactly why. âI love you too Shoyo, now let's show him what it means to be a queen.â He pulls me in for a long hug, one that we both definitely needed. âOkay, today we have the amazing opportunity to introduce, straight out of Mijagi, Angel Ace.â
As soon as I hear that, I let go of Shoyo and walk out on stage, as soon as I do the crowd erupts into cheers making me smile. I grab the microphone from the DJ, looking out to the crowd to see 200 people easily, but of those 200, I spot the Karasuno volleyball team almost instantly. âHi everyone, I know I just got off tour to focus on school, but you canât forget where you came from right?â I point the mic towards the crowd to hear dozens of people screaming âyes.â I giggle slightly before holding the microphone back to my lips. âSo, I wrote two new songs. And you all are going to be the first to hear it, is that okay with you?â Yet again came dozens of responses from the crowd. âFirst, can everyone do something for me? I invited a few of my friends, can you all clear a path for them to be in the front?â I point at the team and the spotlight is instantly placed on them. The crowd parted like the red sea, giving them a direct path to the stage. Kageyama was the first to move, with a smug look on his face, if only he knew. The rest of the team followed, and before too long they were directly below me. I bend down slightly to talk to them, Suga was the first to talk. âDo you see Hinata, he said he was here.â I could hear the concern in his voice, it made me laugh internally but I had to play it off. âThe tiny one with orange hair? I think he went to the bathroom.â Suga nods his head in satisfaction and I stand back up preparing to start. âThis song goes out to my lovely boyfriend.â I send Kageyama a smile and motion for the DJ to start the track.
âCould dress up, to get love, but guess what? I'm never gonna be that girl who's living in a Barbie world. Could wake up, in make up, and play dumb, pretending that I need a boy, who's gonna treat me like a toyâ As I start singing I could see the confusing in Tobioâs face start to sink in, âI know the other girls wanna wear expensive things, like diamond rings. But I don't wanna be the puppet that you're playing on a string.â I take off my promise ring that he got for our 2 year anniversary and throw it at him, the rest of the team look at him confused and dazed at my action. I havenât taken that ring off since he bought it for me, not even when I was overseas on tour.
âThis queen don't need a kingâ I can slightly hear Kei snicker and whisper to Tobio about my use of the word king. âOh, I don't know what you've been told, but this girl right here's gonna rule the world. Yeah, that's where I'm gonna be because I wanna be. No, I don't wanna sit still, look prettyâ I pick up a crown from off the stage and lean down to place it on Tobioâs head before tilting it to make it crooked. âYou get off on your 9 to 5, dream of picket fences and trophy wives. But no, I'm never gonna be 'cause I don't wanna be. No, I don't wanna sit still look prettyâ I back up and walk towards the curtain, I grab Shoyoâs hand and pull him on stage, he looks at me with confusion. âThis wasnât part of the plan.â I smirk at him as I hear gasps from the crowd, but mostly from the team. âYes it was, now sing. I know you know the lyrics.â I smirk at him before motioning towards the team and handing him the mic, he seems to stop on Tobio before gaining some confidence and singing. âMr. Right could be nice, for one night, but then he wanna take control. And I would rather fly soloâ He starts off pretty shaky, but when we lock eyes he starts to get the feel of the music.
I start clapping and dancing to the music, the crowd seems to get my flow and follows along with me. The looks on the teamâs faces makes me laugh, Shoyo suddenly grabs my hand and dances with me, both of our skirts flying up and down. âThat Snow White, she did it right in her life. Had 7 men to do the chores 'cause that's not what a lady's for.â The music starts getting louder and we both start getting a music high, forgetting that anyone was even there. âThe only thing that a boy's gonna give a girl for free's captivity. And I might love me some vanilla but I'm not that sugar sweet. Call me HBICâ When he finished that line, the whole crowd went wild, we both shared a mutual glance and decided to finish the song together.
When we finished the song, the whole crowd was yelling and shouting my name. When the music finally stopped all the lights went off and the two of us went behind the curtain. I could hear the groans and complaints from behind the curtain, one of the tech crew took the microphone and put a headset microphone on me and Shoyo. âYou thought that was it?â The crowd heard my voice and started going crazy. I started changing with Shoyo into my other outfit, but the crowd shouldnât be left alone. I learned that after 6 years of touring and entertaining, the crowd should never be bored. âI have one more thing to do, well actually two.â Shoyo and I are almost finished getting dressed, so letâs introduce the next song. âOk. girls, gayâs, theyâs and overall Queens. We donât need a king to be happy.â We finally are done getting dressed and we are right in front of the curtain. âBut, love is a beautiful thing, so if you find the one, hold them close. We donât need a king, but it never hurts to have one.â I grab Shoyoâs hand and walk out onto the stage. As soon as the crowd sees us, they start screaming thinking that we are dating or something.
I could see the smug look on Tobioâs face when he sees the crown Iâm wearing, and of course they match. That was the plan, I pull Shoyo towards me as we take center stage. âThis, my adoring fans, is Hinata Shoyo. My best friend, he is a queen yet I can not call him mine because he sadly belongs to someone else.â I fake sadness, turning my head away from him. I can feel him laughing because Iâm still holding his hand, this causes me to laugh as well. When I turn back to the crowd I see that Tobioâs smug look is now full of horror. I let go of Shoyo and move towards the front of the stage, I put my hand out to Tobio, he hesitantly takes my hand and I pull him up on stage. I manage to force him to stand center stage between Shoyo and me. âAnd this is our ex-boyfriend. Kageyama Tobio. Cute, isnât he?â They seem to be able to sense the sarcasm in my voice and stayed silent. Shoyo speaks next, continuing my little monologue. âBy ex, she means that he dated us at the same time, and it almost worked.â Everything goes silent, as they donât know where weâre going with this. âYet, what he didnât know is that we⊠are twins.â At that very moment, nothing could be heard except screams and gasps. âWe donât look the same, because of course weâre fraternal. And she dyes her hair.â Both of our smiles widen and we turn towards Tobio. âThis final song ISN'T dedicated to you, but two very special people in this room.â Shoyo looks at me when I speak first, yet I maintain my innocent smile. âI will be taking this, thank you for holding it Tobio-chan~â His nickname comes out mockingly as I take the crown off of his head. I walk over to Shoyo and take the crown off his head as well before placing a tiara on top, âPerfect, now where are our Prince Charmings.â When I finish my sentence, the music starts playing on que.
âBoys seem to like th e girls who laugh at anything. The ones who get undressed before the second dateâ I start singing and push Tobio towards the front of the stage but not far enough so he would fall. He quickly gets the hint and gets off the stage and joining the others. âGirls seem to like the boys who don't appreciate, all the money and the time that it takes.â I hear Shoto start singing and I turn around to look him in the face, smiling at his confidence. âTo be fly as a mother. Got my both eyes out for Mr. Right. Guessing now I just don't know where to find them. But I hope they all come out tonightâ He sees me looking at him and shrugs his shoulders, but as soon as he finishes that last line he smiles wide. âWhere do the good boys go to hide away, hide away? I'm a good, good girl who needs a little company. Looking high and low, someone let me know. Where do the good boys go to hide away, hide away?â We decided to sing this part together, he ran up to me and jumped on my back causing me to laugh. We might be twins, but heâs still shorter than me. âBoys seem to like the girls who like to kiss and tellâ I put him down and kiss his cheek when he sings this part. âTalking them up about things that do so wellâ I sing the next part, taking his hand and spinning him. âI'd rather find a boy who is down for the chase. Putting in the time that it takes to be fly as a mother.â I stop him in front of the stage and wink towards his obvious crush, he wonât admit it but the blush on his face says enough. âTo supply all of my heart's demands. Suit and tie 'cause undercover, he's gonna save my life like supermanâ I walk behind Shoyo while he sings this part, I place my hands on his shoulders and point him in the direction of the team. âWhere do the good boys go to hide away, hide away? I'm a good, good girl who needs a little company. Looking high and low, someone let me know. Where do the good boys go to hide away, hide away?â I smirk at Shoto as we both sing this together, he raises an eyebrow at me.
I walk over to the end of the stage and reach my hand out once again, but not to Tobio, to Kei. âTell me where the good boys go. Tell me where the good boys go. Tell me where the good boys goâ Shoyo starts singing nervously, but still good nonetheless, Kei takes my hand and I pull him up on stage with us. I start clapping along to the beat and the crowd follows me before I cover my mic and whisper to him, âGo to your princess.â He widens his eyes at me, but I simply motion to Shoyo before smirking at him. âWill somebody tell me, tell meâ I hear Shoyo finish the line and I push Kei over to him, I could lightly hear Kei say, âIâm right here.â A light smile appears on my face, but I quickly regain my focus on the crowd. âTell me where the good boys go. Tell me where the good boys go. Tell me where the good boys go. Tell me where the good boys goâ I continue clapping, but I can hear light âoosâ from the crowd. I turn around to see Shoyo and Kei kissing. I walk over to them, still singing, and place a crown on Keiâs head. âWhere do the good boys go to hide away, hide away. I'm a good, good girl who needs a little company. Looking high and low, someone let me knowâ Shoyo surprises me and starts singing, I chuckle slightly and sing with him. He catches my attention and motions towards the group, my eyes widen and he smirks at me. âWhere do the good boys go to hide away, hide away. Hide away, hide away. Hide away, hide awayâ I give in and walk towards the end of the stage, touching a few fans' hands as I pass by. Instead of pulling someone up, I jump off the stage into our group of friends. âLooking high and low, someone let me knowâ I look back up at Shoyo and Kei and he nods at me, I let out a deep sigh and get ready to sing the next line. I grab Asahiâs head and place my lips on his, I can feel him tense for a moment before relaxing. He kisses me back, grabbing my waist and pulling me towards him.
When we finally break for air he places his forehead on mine. âWhere do the good boys go to hide away, hide awayâ My voice fades out as I look him in the eyes, then the whole club goes dark as he turns the lights off. While in this darkness, I manage to place the crown in my hand on his head before kissing him again. This one full of passion and longing, I pull away and grab his hand and pull him on stage with me. The lights turn back on as we walk towards Shoyo and Kei, all I can hear are screams and cheers from the crowd but I let go of Asahi, completely ignoring the crowd at the moment. I grab Shoyo and we hug each other, this one Iâve waited 3 years to do. âIf he hurts you, I will kill him. I donât care that heâs my best friend.â I can feel him chuckle slightly as he hugs me harder as soon as I finish talking. âI could say the same. But itâs Asahi-senpai.â As soon as those words leave his mouth I almost break down into tears but we have a show to finish. We both pull away but grab each otherâs hand and walk center stage and take a bow. âSorry babes, but this is the end of the show.â I hear dozens of groans and ânoâ come from the crowd, which only makes me smile. âWe both have school on Monday, but she has a LOT to catch up on.â Shoyo continues my sentence and pulls me in for a side hug, âBut remember, it is never too late to find your king,â âOr queen.â Shoyo finishes my sentence as we both turn around and grab Asahiâs and Keiâs hand. âIf you ever want to see us,â Shoyo starts motioning for me to finish. âLook for this dynamic duo playing volleyball at Karasuno,â I wink at the crowd once more before we all turn around to face the curtain. âThis was fun, but we have to go. Byeâ We say together as we walk off the stage and the club goes dark once again.

~~~~~~~ Y/N P.o.v.~~~~~~~
Shoyo and I have been arguing in the gym for what seems to be an hour. I noticed that the team walked in about 5 minutes ago, not catching the issue at hand. I've known Shoyo my entire life, but he's two years younger than me, despite this... we were inseparable since we became friends. That is until he came to Karasuno, I thought it would be fun. My two best friends at one school, but he met a guy... Tobio Kageyama.
Don't misinterpret me, he is hot... but not my type. Everything went downhill from there, our very first tournament he met the big three. Atsumu Miya, Yuji Terushima, and the HBIC Toru Oikawa. One look at Shoyo's speed and he just had to have him. I convinced him to be friends, because honestly it was an amazing opportunity. Yet, there was one tiny problem. Oikawa and Kageyama dated in middle school, and Toru did not get over him after the break up. So began the battle for Kageyama's heart, many failed math tests, and one Halloween party later.... Oikawa won. ShOckInG. Long story short, Shoyo knocked Oikawa off his perch by stealing his spot to nationals (and revealing that he was cheating. With Iwaizumi). They broke up, and Shoyo finally had his prince.
But, he wasn't the same. He was fake, his smile, his clothes, everything. It finally clicked when I overheard him talking to Terushima about me.
"I SAW YOU SHOYO!! I HEARD YOU!! What happened to us? We were inseparable." I didn't want to scream at him, but he wasn't listening to me. I love him, but if this keeps up.... I don't know how long I can say that. "Y/N, I canât spend every second with you, Itâs not my fault that youâre like in love with me or something" His words took me aback, causing me to take a step back and almost lose my footing. My eyes widened and my mouth hung open, I just couldn't believe what he said. "Oh, no, he didnât" Suga broke the silence that had fallen over the room, being my best friend, he was the only one who knew what was happening.
"See? That is the thing with you Plastics. You think that everyone is in love with you when actually everyone hates you" I have had enough with Shoyo and his little 'show.' If he doesn't wanna be friends anymore then fine. "You made me like this. It was your idea for me to pretend to be Plastic- '' After 16 years together, the simple sound of his voice seems to annoy me, I couldn't help myself from cutting him off. His naive words made it even worse. "Buddy, itâs not pretend. Youâre as plastic as they come'' I could hear Shoyo scoff at my words. "You think your shit doesn't stink. You think the rest of us are dumb." I could hear gasps come from across the gym, I'm not one to cuss, unless I'm pissed... so I guess they finally picked up the memo. "I hate Oikawaâs guts, but hereâs what you canât comprehend. At least he has the guts to not pretend" Time seemed to slow down as the next four words exited my lips. " To be my friendâŠ" I was done shouting with him, it was getting me nowhere... and he made his decision the day he was talking to Terushima.
I guess he could hear the disappointment in my voice, because his tone quickly changed. "Y/N. IâŠ" I could hear my name roll off his tongue in hesitation. "no. itâs fine" The words came out as a whisper only Hinata heard them, but the ones following were loud enough for the rest of the team to hear them. "Really fine." Balling my fists was all I could do to not yell at him again, I could feel the tear weld up in my eyes and yelling would only make them fall faster. "Weâll be fine" I mutter, no one actually able to hear me, I was truly trying to convince myself that it would be fine... and it honestly wasn't working.
"And I want my pink shirt" Suga wanted to back me up, but there wasn't much he could truly do at this point. "Y/N...." I reverted my eyes to the ground as he called out my name. I'm going to cry, but not in front of him. "Here Hinata." My voice is steady and holds a piercing tone, this causes him to flinch slightly. I don't know if it's me calling him by his last name or my tone of voice. Nonetheless, I hand him the perfectly square box and proceed to walk out the gym, refusing to look back as the tears begin to fall. 15 years of friendship destroyed because he fell in love with a boy he just met.
~~~~~~~ Third Person P.o.v.~~~~~~~
The team stood there in shock after what they just encountered. "Open the box. It took her months to get it. Asshole." Sugawara's words were quick and held emotion as he glared at the boy left alone in the center of the gymnasium. Before Daichi could comment on Sugawara's language, he took off after his best friend. Hinata continued to stare at the box in his hands, not moving, until the tallest spoke, his voice laced with venom as well. "So are you gonna open the gift from the girl whose heart you just broke?" All the boys except Hinata glance at Tsukishima, before looking back at the boy holding the box. An awkward silence engulfed the room, no one wanting to speak. The silence was eventually broken, not by someone, but something. Hinata began to open the cube box placed in his arms.
Instead of tearing the paper, as he would with every Christmas and birthday girl she gave him before, pulled on the ribbon releasing the beautiful bow Angel had tied on top. Before carefully peeling back the wrapping paper, knowing that this is the last gift he will ever receive from her. She always knew what he liked, and her gifts were always perfect. As he finished peeling back the corners, all that was showing was the cardboard box she had wrapped. Before he could open the box, Hinata kneeled on the ground, placing the box square in front of him. As the boy stared at the box, memories from the past 16 years flashed in front of his eyes, tears threatening to fall but never actually reaching the breaking point.
The 1st year dragged his nail against the thin lining of tape, cutting straight through without hesitation. As he pulled back the flaps, he was met with a thin sheet of foam that seemed to cover glass. As he moved the foam, the gift was finally registered in his brain. The young boy fell to his butt, as the dame finally broke, sending waves of tears. The rest of the team simply stared, concerned as to what could cause that reaction in the normally excitable boy. It took him a minute to regain himself, the tears still falling as he sat back on knees. He carefully removed the glass case from the box, as though if he grabbed it wrong it would shatter. When the team finally got a look at the gift that managed to make Hinata cry, they were to put it simply.... unimpressed. To them it was volleyball in a glass case, nothing seemed special. Until he turned it around, revealing the words scribbled on the ball. 'Congrats Shoyo, can't wait to see you on the court.' And next to that was a simple signature, 'The Tiny Giant.'
Angel managed to get his favorite volleyball player, the whole reason he is playing, to sign a ball for him. He didn't want to put down the newly opened gift, but he caught one last thing in the box. He softly placed the case on the floor next to the box before reaching back in for the tiny folded piece of paper. As he opened the note, he recognized Y/N's handwriting and began to read.
"Hey Shoyo, so it's our 16th anniversary of our friendship and I wanted to make this one special since you're in high school now. After months of research, I managed to find The Tiny Giant, or Tenma Udai. Turns out he's my uncle on my dad's side, crazy right? Anyway, he still plays despite no longer being on a team, soo..... I managed to get him to play a game with you guys." As he read the last sentence, he swore he could hear his own heart shatter. "The game is scheduled for next Saturday, so better get prepared.... cause he's still got it. But in all seriousness, you guys deserve some fun after that tournament the other day, especially you. We've been friends since I was 2 and I don't remember most of it, but the connections we share was enough to prove a point. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, I love you Hinata Shoyo." As he finished the note, he placed it atop the glass case, not wanting his new tears to fall on the last piece of their friendship. "I fucked up" His words were few and low, yet the entire gym managed to hear him.
No one spoke, but as per usual, Tsukishima broke the silence. "You just came to that conclusion dipshit?" Tsukki was known to be rude and salty, but his words were laced with a thick poison aimed straight at Hinata. Yet again, before Daichi can comment Tsukki walks away, Yamaguchi provides a quick wave before walking away as well. Yet again, the room was surrounded by silence, while the subtle noise of Hinata was still crying. Because after 16 year, he finally noticed she was his everything. The reason he continued playing, his heart, his best friend.... his soul mate. And he just lost her.

Dream Catcher
SongđŁđ”- The Wolf And The Sheep Artistđ€žââïžđ€- Alec Benjamin Warningsđłâ- Slight angst, anger, fluff Promptđ„șđ„- N/A
The twenty students sat in their seats, simply staring at the adults standing at the front of the class beside their teacher. Behind the desk stood a man of average height with dark circles under his eyes and a scarf wrapped around his neck, despite the fact that it was still summer. On the right of him stood a tall man with red hair and fire blazing from his suit. Next to him stood a smaller male with vermillion wings, a woman with large bunny ears leaned on the man's shoulder in a playful manner. Lastly, the youngest of the adults sat on top of the desk, she was a dark complexion with a large afro and a bodysuit with a mix of garnet and black. To complete the look, she wore large rectangular glasses that covered the entirety of her eyes. (I just made her Garnet, didnât quite feel like creating a whole new costume.) A small smile could be seen on the youngest face, while a smirk was clear on the shortest and his friend.
The first to break the silence was the teacher of the class. âSo today we will be welcoming the top 4 heroes who took time out of their days to come talk to you about how they became heroes. Today we will have Hawks, Endeavor, Miriko, and Dream Catcher.â His voice was monotone and void of any emotion, but he still managed to keep the attention of his entire class as he motioned towards the heroes that stood beside him. âWe will be starting from the youngest, Dream Catcher who is only 19.â His next sentence pulled everyoneâs attention to the hero that sat on the desk. âThank you Shota. Hi 1-A. '' Her voice was high and almost didnât match her look. The entire class spoke in unison, responding to her greeting. âHello Dream Catcher '' It was so well done that Dream Catcher questioned if this had been practiced before or were they always this creepy. Nonetheless she stood from the desk and began walking around the students desks, touching a few that were familiar. âGod, I remember sitting in those exact same seats 3 years ago. Itâs crazy how time flies. But, I guess Iâm not really here to talk about you guys am I. So, who here knows my real name?â The hero did an entire lap, not oblivious to the stares coming from almost all of the male students, before sitting on the floor in front of the desk she was just seated on.
The first to raise their hand was Mineta, though a few other hands were close behind. âAlora Truman.â His voice was nasally and held a lot more than adoration. âYou are correct, I know most heroes donât disclose their real name for safety reasons, but knowing a heroâs name only means something if they have something to protect or hide, and well⊠I donât. So, what else do you guys know about me?â Through the entire conversation the smile on Alora's face never faltered in any way. Deku was the only one to raise his hand, Alora wasnât a spotlight hero, despite being in the top 5, so this wasnât surprising. She was as well known as Aizaiwa. âYes Deku?â The green haired boy's face quickly turned crimson, âY-you know my name?â This made Alora giggle slightly. âOf course I do, you remind me a lot of myself. But, whatâs your response?â
This set the boy back on track, leading to an unneeded monologue. âYour name is Alora Truman, you are 19 and born out of the US. You randomly started appearing in the news headlines shortly after the beginning of the school year. Your quirk is Dream control, it allows you to get into the mind of anyone you want, allowing you to see their thoughts as well as control them. You can also tell the future. Your hero name is Dream Catcher, originating from your name which means faith in my dream.â The boy continued to stammer about useless facts even Alora had forgotten about. â Thank you Deku, I guess there is a lot of information on me after coming to Japan, how about I tell you a story about this⊠girl I met in America. She is the reason I am a hero today. Her name is Jenny, and she was cursed with a deaging quirk.â The room fell silent, ready to listen to whatever Alora had to tell them, she was going to run over her designated time but no one was going to interfere, it seemed⊠important.
âEverybody has to get older, even Jenny. She's just nineteen, young and naive.â When she started speaking, she sounded as though this story was about more than just a âgirlâ she met. â She wants to find a way to be endless. Fight the science, in defiance, and be timelessâ This line brought the other heroes truly into what she was saying, it wasnât rare for quirks to not work how people intended, I mean look at Deku and Eri. Yet, this seemed almost villainy. âSilly little girl who tried to live forever. Gave away her soul to buy a bit of pleasure, oh the bitter pleasure.â She was almost talking in riddles, her words were clear yet there was a message hidden within each word. âWicked little boy who tried to steal her treasure, for the bitter pleasure. Now they're cursed forever.â Her head was now tilted to the ground as she continued to speak, yet⊠true to her character, there was still a smile on her face. All Might would have loved to meet her, yet she is rarely seen in public.
Her words were no longer riddles, it was like talking to a child. Trying to explain things in a simpler manner while not saying too much to scare them. âAnd if you could see the look in her eyes. You know the term a wolf in sheep's clothing? Well, the wolf wore the sheep. As a perfect disguiseâ Nursery rhymes, everytime Alora was beginning to make sense she would throw something else into the mix. âShe can't believe that she fell for his lies. He promised forever, but she never knew the price.â The entire class was confused, and I bet that if Alora was to look back, the pro heros were just as confused. Yet, no one had the confidence to question, almost no one. There was one hand raised out of the 20 students that sat before her. âYes Sero?â The hero in training cellophane wasnât one to participate in class, but I guess this also wasnât a normal class. âHe promised forever? What does that mean?â She hesitated for a moment, and during that period the residential idiot of class 1-A spoke up. âBut how would she not know the priceâ Kaminari wasnât trying to be rude but a lot just wasnât making sense. âDonât be rude, Kaminari. Continue Ms. Truman.â The class president spoke loudly and swiftly to not disturb the class for too long. His politeness made her reminisce to a simpler time, âNo need for the prefix Iida, I know Tensei, Just call me Alora.â She lifted her head slightly so the class could see just how sincere her smile was. âBut here, Iâll re-explain. He promised forever, but I never knew the price.â Her words caught everyone off guard, instead of going into more detail like everyone thought she would, all she did was change the noun⊠the story was no longer about a girl named Jenny.
With one word change the entire story became about Alora. And this confused everyone. âWait⊠what?â Almost everyone spoke simultaneously, this changed everything they knew. âYou?â How could it be so, she said Jenny⊠a girl from America⊠who was nineteen⊠the pieces were all there, but who would think to connect the dots. âAs I got a little bit older. Look at Jenny, now Iâm ninety. Still look nineteenâ It was physically impossible, it should be⊠but with todayâs age and the development of quirks⊠you never know. Yet again, she isnât from this day and age, so just what is her quirk⊠or quirks. âAnd all I know to do is surviving, staying alive and now Iâm crying. 'Cause Iâm not dyingâ Alora took out a hidden knife and slashed her throat, all the students closed their eyes, afraid to see the now dead hero sitting on their classroom floor. âYou can open your eyes.â To their surprise the hero still sat on the floor, no blood, no wound, but the knife still present in her hand.
Another failed attempt at suicide, she knew it wouldnât work, but she was hopeful anyway. Aloraâs voice lowered, she was less talking to the class and more talking to herself⊠wondering just where everything went wrong.âSilly little girl who tried to live forever.â Somehow the story still managed to amaze not only a few of the members of 1-A, but a few teachers as well. âBut how? Itâs impossible.â The winged hero, Hawks, asked his best friend silently, to no reply he stopped asking⊠at least out loud. âGave away my soul to buy a bit of pleasure. Wicked little boy who tried to steal my treasure, for bitter pleasure. Now we're cursed forever, cursed togetherâ Tears started streaming down the hero's face, the streaks could be seen coming from under her glasses. âAnd if you could see the look in my eyes. The wolf wore the sheep as a perfect disguise. And I can't believe that I fell for his lies.â Alora hadnât had a true friend in over 70 years⊠too afraid, they would die in the end⊠so why grieve. This made her life easier, but it also made it very lonely.
Her next action was unintentional, she continued to repeat the line again and again. Each time lower than the last, drowning out her own voice like a microphone. âHe promised forever, but I never knew the price. He promised forever, but I never knew the price. He promised forever, but I never knew the price.â She was replaying the incident over⊠and over⊠and over⊠and over again to see that if she wasnât so naive then she wouldnât have ended up in this mess.
âI lost my life because of men like Endeavor. Men that want all the power for themselves, why? Because they can. He is going to come up here and give this big speech about how he was born for greatness. The day his quirk manifested he knew what he âhadâ to do. And Todoroki⊠I am so sorry. I saw your past and your future, well⊠I saw all of yours. And I will say that you will all become amazing heroes.â With this Alora took off her glasses, revealing that she had three eyes. âThis⊠is what I am. And you should never be afraid to show people that you are strong because of what makes you different. Your scars, your bark, your blind trust.â Tears continued to roll down her cheeks as she addressed the future heroes.
The hero didnât stand up, but her tone was enough to know that she was serious. âIzuku Midoriya. Front and center.â The shy boy was hesitant to stand up, itâs not like the girl could punish him but there was something terrifying about this woman. It could be the story, because now there was no telling if the information on her was true or false. The boy was now standing in front of the not so young hero, terror in his eyes. âLet me see your notebook, the one Bakugou destroyed.â Her voice was calm and soothing, she wasnât demanding⊠yet with that tone you couldnât come up with a reason to reject her anyway. So it didnât take long for him to go back to his seat and grab the burnt notebook from the inside of his desk. âUm.. H-here Ms.â He reached out the notebook directly in front of her face because of the awkward angle. As she flipped through the pages, she could see the short descriptions of his middle school classmates. Yet, as she flipped through they got less and less descriptive. Until she turned to the page about heroes, the first one was Kami Woods and it went all the way to Aizawa. The information included not only their weaknesses, but ways to make them stronger as well. What shocked her was the last pages of the book, it was all information on her. The pages included different questions and this put an honest smile on her face. All she could do was look at the boy, and laugh. âItâs funny, if you took a different road on that day. You would have run right into Shigaraki, your future could have been very different.â She spoke slowly as she stood up, now towering over the small boy. She placed a chaste kiss on his forehead, showing the boy not only her past but also the information he had incorrect about other heroes. All the boy could do was be amazed, there were 24 other people in the room yet she chose to tell him. âIâll let someone else go, but if any of you ever need anything. My agency is always open to students.â With that the hero not only left the room but the school as well.
Deku waited to hear something on Alora, but she wasnât a spotlight hero so it was rare. But with the increasing amount of villains on the street, even the heroes in the shadows were receiving their 15 minutes of fame from the media. Yet, it was almost as though she disappeared. And she had, after seeing class 1-Aâs past, she had been reunited with the man that ruined her life, Kai Chesaki.

Shota and Y/N have been married since they were 18. Shota proposed when they were in their second year at UA, though they had been together since their third year of middle school. If you ask anyone they went to UA with, they would tell you Shota and Y/N were perfect for each other. Shota's quirk to cancel other quirks was parallel to Y/N's quirk to enhance the quirk of anyone they wanted. If you ever saw Shota or Y/N in the hallway, the other wasn't far to follow along with Hizashi and Shirakumo. The four were inseparable and Y/N was the glue. Shota and Y/N were both quiet but they were for different reasons. Shota was quiet because he didn't like people, but Y/N... they were quiet because they were shy. So their relationship included a lot of cuddle time and deep conversations when they were alone.
No one understands Shota like Y/N and vise versa for them. The couple graduated at 18, and married later that summer. From that moment they lived their life together with a kitten, Oboro. The couple opted to move to America where Y/N started her own agency as the number 5 hero in America. Her quirk made her one of the top heros to work with, so her hands were never empty. Though they would rather work with the police force as well as the fire department over the heros.
Everything was perfect, until Aizawa and Y/N received an offer to work at their alma mater. They both accepted, All Might was in his prime and Y/N's job listing were lessening. So the agency was put in the hands of their most trusted sidekick. The golden trio was back and better than ever. Perfect wasn't put on hold, it was simply moved... back to the halls where it started.
For 5 years both Aizawa's worked side by side, Shota as the 1-A homeroom teacher and Y/N as the 1-B home room teacher. Though when it came to performance the classes were no different. 1-A and 1-B worked side by side, they were equal in terms of power and it even sparked a light competition between the couple. Who would have a top student in the sports festival, and every year... Y/N won. There was nothing to complain about, until All Might came back to Japan. The crime rate not only increased but the amount of heroes decreased while All Might was active so LA was getting hit hard. The couple were paying close attention to the news, both locally and in the States as well because that was their home for years. It wasn't until Y/N received a phone call, from their sidekick, that they knew it was worse than the news was making it seem.
"Level up, we need you back. I know you're in Japan and we wouldn't ask unless it was urgent but Regnearo is back. They are getting away with petty thefts because we don't have the manpower. We need you boss." Sebastian wasn't one to give up so Y/N when they received a phone call at 2 in the morning they knew everything wasn't okay. Sebastian was stressed and it was obvious from the strain in his voice. Y/N had given up on sleeping and their new goal was calming Sebastian down. So they got out of bed and headed towards the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. For the next hour the two talked about the current state of America. When they finally hung up, Y/N sat at their glass dining room table. Anxiously tapping their foot, thinking about what to do. They sat for another hour before Shota stumbled through the door. "Shit! Why are you in here?" Shota wasn't expecting to find his spouse sitting in the dark, so it scared him when he turned on the light, but Y/N did answer... they didn't even turn to look at him. "Baby? Whats wrong?" Instead of touching his spouse, Shota took a seat across from Y/N like they did whenever the other needed to talk. The two sat there in silence until Y/N looked up. Tears streaming down their cheeks and eyes blood shot. "Sebastian called me." Shota simply listened as Y/N spoke, their voice cracking unintentionally. "I need to go back." That was the calmest thing Y/N said since Shota walked through the door. Any other person would lash out and question how Y/N could ask to change their entire life... but Shota knew Y/N better than he knew himself. They wouldn't have decided this if it wasn't important. "Then we'll tell Nezu tomorrow and book a flight. We can pack now." Shota was always understanding and compromised with Y/N, but they weren't asking for compromise. So they shook their head lightly, "No Shota. I'm leaving. I already booked the flight. Stay here, those students need you." This shocked Shota, everything they have ever done has been together... middle school, high school, marriage, America, and now teaching. Y/N was going to do this alone, and that killed him, but he knew that if he asked... Y/N would stay. "What about your class?" Shota didn't know how long Y/N had been up, but he knew that they had already thought threw everything before telling him. "Hopefully I won't be gone for long, but I want you to teach them. I'll change their schedules and Hizashi is always there if you need help." The tears had stopped and been replaced with a small smile on their face. A single tear slipped from Shota's eyes as his linked with his spouse. The rest of the day the couple talked and packed before Y/N borded her flight to America. For two years the Aizawa's figured out a pattern. Every day Y/N would call Aizawa before he went to sleep, and vise versa. They would talk about their day until the other fell asleep where they would stay on the phone until the other awoke. Though this worked, they missed each other dearly. Y/N heard about the new tryouts, specifically Izuku Midoriya, and how different they were. To be frank, they wanted to be a teacher again, and America was back on track so there was nothing stopping them. So they booked a flight back for a month from now. It would be the day before the sports festival.
Everything was going as planned, and the moments Y/N would receive a call where Shota was covered in bandages they wanted to rush home. But everytime, Hizashi decided against it... everything had been set and there was only two weeks left. Y/N received a call from Shota while in the airport, they could hear his class in the background. "Hey, um... Present Mic was a little too loud and now the class wants to meet you." Shota sounded tired, not mentally but physically from his students despite the fact it was still only 8AM. Y/N could help but chuckle, "Do they know?" Everyone knew Hizashi Yamada had a loud mouth, but he could keep somethings to himself so when he said no Y/N wasn't surprised. "Ok, put me on speaker." Shota did exactly that as his class quieted down. "Hi 1-A." Their voice was cheerful and full of life, completely opposite to Shota, and 1-A was loud to the point that they spoke over each other. "Hiii" "Are you and Mr. Aizawa dating?" "You sound cute" "What's your name?" "How old are you?" "Are you a hero?" "Are you a babe?" "Will you let them answer!!" Shota cut everyone off and they quickly silenced, this made Y/N laugh. "Hi. No, we aren't dating, though he is my roommate. Thank you. I'm Y/N. I'm 29. Yes. And I'm not answering that, you sound creepy." Y/N answered every question they heard with a smile though it couldn't be seen. "What is it like living with Mr. Aizawa?" Y/N thought for a moment, as a husband he was amazing, but as a roommate he could get annoying. "It's intriguing, we've been roommates since we graduated high-school. But I'm in the States right now, so I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss it." Their response was the truth, Shota was amazing. "What do you miss?" Y/N didn't have to think and neither did Shota.
The first to speak was Y/N their voice held a lot of emotions. "I'm in the kitchen while you smoke outside. You're careful not to let the smoke inside. I always tell you it's poison, but I know it helps you take the edge off the day." Shota had been smoking since they moved to America, and they hated it. It had nothing to do with the smoke, but Y/N had seen what it could do to a person. From that moment Shota promised one a day, maybe two if the work load called for it. And even in distance Shota kept his promise. Instead of smoking, the couple would visit their favorite bar, sometimes with Hizashi if he was off. "We get a drink before it's closing time. The one on high street with the blinking sign. All these memories feel poignant. I won't be there to see the snow melt away" The three had so many memories there, Shota almost forgot about that place until Y/N brought it up. The smile plastered on Shota's face scared 1-A, not because it was creepy... but because it was sincere and genuine. "Why'd you leave?" There was a moment of silence that Kaminari broke. As Y/N looked down at their plane ticket, the past year flashed through their thoughts. "I've been gone on business. I gotta make some money, I really feel the distance. And I quite miss home" America needed 'Level Up' but at this moment, they need Shota and he needs them. And maybe if Y/N asked, they might get a job, bringing perfect back to this small family. "What about you Mr. Aizawa, do you miss them?" 1-A expected him to ignore them, but he didn't. "Yeah, I miss them. I miss you telling me to leave my shoes at the door, 'cause you just swept the floor and the dirt drives you crazy." Shota chuckled slightly at the memory, 1-A's eyes were the size of saucers. Their nonchalant, monotone, stoic teacher was openly showing his emotions. Y/N was simply listening, "Yeah, I quite miss home, 'Cause it feels like poetry." The first year Y/N left moved really slow, neither could fall asleep without the other company. It was like a bad drama, it rained for a week straight as if it was a metaphor. "When the rain falls down on the window while you're in my arms and we're watching the TV." All Shota could do was simply stare at his phone, your name plastered across the screen above your wedding photo. You were always the perfect spouse, you cooked for him when he got home late from patrol, and you always made sure the house was clean if Hizashi decided to make a grand entrance uninvited. You did all of this while still working longer and harder shifts than he did, you were perfect. "I smell you cooking from the living room and then I tell you that I love your food. I know it doesn't come easy, but you know it reminds me where I'm from" 1-A erupted into a bunch of 'awws' from Shota's statement. You could tell that he was in love with Y/N, it was obvious even in the eyes of 15 and 16 year olds. But, they weren't dating, so 1-A was left to assume it was one sided. "I'm in another city, I got nobody with me. And it just really hit me that I quite miss home." Y/N said one last thing before the intercom called their flight, so they muted themselves directly after. The second year they were gone, it had just become normal, but they would both be lying if they said they were sleeping comfortably.
When Y/N muted themselves, Shota took them off speaker and pressed the phone to his ear. "I gotta go baby, I'll call you later." Shota responded with a quick 'alright' knowing he couldn't respond how he wanted to. "I love you." "I do too." With that the couple hung up, Y/N boarded their flight and within 13 hours, they were back home for good. That morning was officially the sports festival, all of UA and Japan's top heroes gathered to see who was the strongest. All the heroes were gathered in the bleachers while the students were standing in rows by class in front of the stage with Shota, Hizashi, and Nemuri. She stood in front of a mic before speaking, "Good morning Japan!! And welcome to UA's annual Sports Festival. We would normally have the person who scored the highest on the entrance exam, which would be Bakugou Katsuki from class 1-A, but this year we have a special guest." The crowd erupted in cheers, this was the day that all of Japan wait for and they were curious who the guest was. On the stage Nemuri and Hizashi had wide smiles on their faces while Shota stood with his eyes closed. When the person walked on stage, everyone in the audience knew who they were, and even the students had some idea. "Hey UA, I'm the upgrade hero Level Up. God I missed this place. Here's the truth, this tournament is to see your classmates' limits and yours as well. Take this seriously, but do not lose friends over this. And always remember, go beyond... plus ultra." Shota recognized that voice, but he thought it was impossible until he heard the hero's name. When Shota opened his eyes, there his spouse stood, in all their glory boosting the next generation of heroes as they did every year while teaching 1-B. He thought he was hallucinating, all Shota could do was stare. "It's me baby, I'm back." Y/N turned around as Nemuri went back to the mic, finally speaking to their husband. At that moment, he didn't know what to do, so he picked Y/N up and refused to let them go. The couple laid in the announcing booth, Y/N on top of Shota's chest. They were jet lagged and Shota was not complaining. His whole life was back in his arms and the Aizawas were perfect again.

~~~Second Person~~~
This wasnât the first time you had been stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you were starting to believe that it would be your last.
Here you stand, next to the love of your life, not exactly sure if he knew he was or not, but you two were in no position to question your lovelife, or his.
This case had been a hard one, to be exact, this case was the reason you had transferred from NOLA. To get even more specific, it was the reason you moved from New Orleans.
A man had been stalking you, nothing more than that, you would find flowers on your doorstep and each one with a different note. At the beginning you were flattered, what girl doesnât like flowers and hand written notes, but you had no clue who was sending them. They would come once a week, every Friday, hand delivered (you asked your mailman, he had no clue about the flowers.) Nothing was odd about it, until one Friday you were kept at work for a stake out, you never made it home that night. To your surprise, when you returned to the office a bouquet of flowers was laid on your desk. Something was off, no one had been in the office, no one but Pride. So you called him.
Y/N: âHey King?â
Pride: âYeah L/N you need sum? I told you and LaSalle to go home, get some restâ
Y/N: âYeah, I know. I was just wondering, did you stop by my apartment? These flowers on my desk are normally there.â
Pride: âNo, maybe LaSalle dropped by.â
Y/n: âI dropped him off at home, figured Iâd stop by the office, crank some paperwork out-â
You had begun to read the card that sat perfectly within the flowers, with every word a pit sunk into your stomach. Until the final sentence knocked the wind from your lungs, âYou always looked so pretty on your late night watches. I advise that next time you let Agent Dwayne Pride be so close with Agent Christopher LaSalleâ Thatâs when you dropped your phone and the note. A faint call of your name coming from Pride on the other end of the phone. So you gathered yourself, picked up the phone and left the note on the ground.
âCan you come to the office? Now⊠please?â Your voice trembled, your gaze didnât fall from the paper on the floor. Even when he hung up, or when he stormed into the office, hearing the way your voice shook. âIf youâre going to touch it, put gloves on.â You didnât even realize that you spoke or that you were crying. This one note put you through hell, Wendell didn't pick up any sort of finger print. He didn't pick up anything, the flowers were native to New Orleans, hundreds of people are growing them in their backyards. So the case went cold, yet you continued to get flowers every Friday, each note more disturbing than the last. You moved, placed security footage, everything you could. And all you got was the man's height. So Pride introduced you to Gibbs, encouraged you to go to Washington. Live with Gibbs, hoping that once you moved the flowers would stop coming. Then you would eventually come home.
And they did, for about 2 years. In that time you managed to become a part of Gibbs team, but also his life. You were roommates, despite the time, you were still cautious and so was he, so you never moved out. And the two of you easily fell into a routine, every morning he would wake up at the crack of dawn, go get coffee and breakfast (for you) then he'd come back home and the two of you would ride to work together. Then the two of you would go home together, have dinner and go to sleep. You had fallen in love with this routine⊠and this man. Going on less and less dates, opting to spend your weekends in the basement with Gibbs, sometimes you would help him with the boat or whatever he was working on, but most of the time you would just talk and he would listen. Not really caring what you had to say, Gibbs had gotten used to the silence, coming home to an empty house, but now youâre here, spending your nights talking to him about your day as if you didnât just come from the same place.
That was around the time your mother introduced you to Stephan, a lawyer. You needed a distraction so you accepted the blind date, not sure how it would pan out. To your surprise the two of you hit it off, as best friends. You were both dealing with unrequited love, and you would find yourself talking to him instead, the nights you would talk Gibbs' ear off about your day, turned into nights talking Stephanâs ear off about Gibbs. To you, this was no different, you could vent and still come home every night to the man that you love. But he felt the difference, felt the silence, he felt your absence. And as they say, absence makes the heart grow fonder.
In all the wrong way, Monday morning you wake up to a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen counter. You thought they were Gibbs, so you paid them no mind. This wasnât the first time he had received something from a witness on a case that got a little too attached. The secret to remaining his roommate for 2 years was respecting each other's privacy, specifically respecting his privacy. So you waited until he came home to ask about it, which didn't take long, the routine worked just as it did every morning. Gibbs walked through the door with a bag and two cups of coffee as he did every morning. You had just finished putting the flowers in a vase after getting ready for work when he walked into the kitchen. You could see his eyebrows crease in confusion, immediately sending an alarm off in your head. "These aren't yours? Are they?" The suspension built with every second he didn't answer, until he slowly shook his head. "Maybe it's from Stephan." You released a sigh that you didn't know you were holding in when he spoke those words, something that made sense in perspective but not in retrospect. "MaybeâŠ" So with that, you picked up the card from inside the flowers, the thing you had been avoiding while handling the delicate and beautiful slice of nature. Your eyes gloss over every word, reading painstakingly slowly. The note read,
"My dear Y/N.
I have missed you, it seems you have been away for a very long time. I waited and yet you never returned, and so I looked for you. Looked for two years, but now I've finally found you. We will meet soon my dear, I just have to deal with a pesky problem. I love you, forever and always."
~~~First Person~~~
In an instant, my mouth dried and all the air was sucked out of my body. I hadn't even noticed that Gibbs not only managed to get me in the car, but also drove all the way to work and got me into Abby's lab. "Hey Gibbs and Y/N. Aren't those pretty flowers." She was just as chipper as any other day, of course nothing was out of the ordinary, nothing except these flowers. "Can you see what type of flowers these are?" I tried my best to remain calm, I didn't want to scare Abby, and I didn't really want to burden her with this. "Of course, I can tell you what type of soil it was planted in and the water it drank." Her smile is infectious, putting one on my face as she worked her magic. I stood there staring at her move around her lab gracefully, it wasn't until Gibbs whispered in my ear that I remembered he was there. "We got a case, stay down here." Before I could say anything, he turned and walked away. I wanted to contest his decision, but I am in no state to work a case. So I took a seat on the floor near Major Mass spec and watched her work, watched as people came and went, some not even seeing me, and others confused at my position. It was around lunch when Jethro walked through the door, a bag in one hand and a Caf-Pow in the other. The first thing he did was take care of business with Abby, she managed to find evidence on the victim's clothing. So it was an open and shut case, a mugging gone bad by a known thief already in the system. The next thing he did, which surprised me, is he took a seat beside me. Placed the bag in my lap, it turns out it was the food from this morning that I never ate. "You need to eat something." That was all he said, from there we sat in silence as I ate, nothing but Abby's music and the clicking of her platforms against the floor filled the silence.
I soon finished, and Abby plopped herself on the floor in front of us, locking her lab door beforehand. "I finished analyzing the flowers and the note." I could hear the hesitancy in her voice, no one but Jethro knew about my past in NOLA. I have seen Pride and Chris many times since I joined, mostly for business, but our conversations were always professional, nothing more than passing hellos while in the bullpen. "I had a stalker back in New Orleans, it started to get bad so I moved here upon King's request. That was two years ago, there was no contact again, until today." I felt the need to explain to her, she's my friend, I'd say my best friend if it came down to it. Her response was a quick nod, looking at Jethro for a moment, before sharing the data in her hands. "So the flower is a Louisiana Iris, native to New Orleans, except the water doesn't match the PH levels of New Orleans. The water is from Washington. But that's not the odd part." She handed the both of us different diagrams with chemicals. "The soil that the flowers come out of, had a chemical in it. Meant to prolong the life of the plants. But there is no soil that matches the chemical makeup from the flowers. So that means it is handmade, and not easy to make." For the first time in 3 years, there was something we could tie this guy to, a mistake that he made that we can exploit. I believe. "Does this mean you can find him?" I didn't mean to get excited, but the thought of finally not having to look over my shoulder was too good to pass up. "I already did." Her answer was simple and short as she handed us one last sheet of paper, it had the face of a man printed on the front.
It was Stephan. Except his hair wasn't usually dirty blond, it was pitch black and he had a beard to match. This didn't look like the man I had been friends with for the past month, he looked evil, sinister. At that moment, all our conversations played in my head like a cassette tape, before landing on his note. "Oh no." They both looked at me, concerned. Before they could say anything, I dragged Abby into her back office, locking the door behind us. I left myself facing the glass while standing with her back to it.
"I am in love with Gibbs, I have been for the past year. And for the last 3 months, I've been telling Stephan about the man I'm in love with. And yesterday he asked me for his name. And when I told him he dropped the entire subject. Then today I suddenly got flowers saying that he has something to take care of. I'm terrified of Ab's, scared that Jethro is going to get hurt because of me." When I finished speaking, there was a smile plastered on Abby's face. "He's not weak, everything will be fine" Her reassurance was nice to hear, but not at all working. So we left it there, walked back out of the room and acted as though we did not just have that conversation, and to my surprise, so did Jethro.
We followed his phone, Jethro and I were the first there. We ended up at a marina, yet he was nowhere to be found⊠and then he was. Caught the both of us off guard, managed to disarm Jethro and then me. That's how we ended up here, both at gunpoint, waiting for backup.
I can't believe this was the man that I spent my weekends with, spent most of my time with. "You know, we will be very happy Y/N. I just need to take care of him." He wears the biggest smirk, a sickening feeling sinking into my stomach with every word. "No you don't Stephan. We can just be happy together, no need to hurt any of my friends." I try my hardest to get him to budge, stop pointing the gun at Jethro, stall for a few more minutes as we wait on McGee and Tony. But he's not having it, he's smart⊠too smart. "He's not just a friend, he's competition. A distraction." His finger tenses on the trigger, not shooting but very close. I hear the sirens, and I know he can as well. When I turn to Jethro, he's as stoic as ever, looking straight at Stephan, they are having a stare down. And normally there would be no doubt in my mind that Jethro would win, but not with that gun in Stephan's hand. So without looking away from Jethro, I made a decision. "You're gonna wish you never had met me"
~~~Third person~~~
"A little late for that love" Stephan squeezed the trigger, and time began to move in slow motion. "I wasn't talking to you" A loud band echoed through the marina before anyone could question her words. In a swift movement, she switched places with Gibbs, ending up in front of him, in the direct line of the bullet. And the bullet followed that path, as it pierced her skin, breaking bones and ripping through flesh. These words left her mouth, locking eyes with Gibbs. "We could of had it all"
Her body fell forward, falling onto Jethro. Both their eyes went wide at the bullet that pierced through her heart in a sense of irony. At that moment, Jethro collapsed to the ground, another shot ringing off. This time the bullet pierced through Stephan, yet Jethro never looked away from her limp body. His mind was trying to wrap itself around your final words, before drifting off to the conversation in Abby's lab. "Why didn't you tell me? God Y/N." Multiple sets of footprints clashed against the concrete flooring, until a voice rang out. "Boss, he's deadâŠ" McGee paused mid sentence when he saw the scene before him. Jethro sits on the ground, Y/N's bleeding body in his lap as he cradles her head in his hand. He watched as the color bagan to leave her eyes, begging to any god above that the paramedics would make it in time. And as her eyes began to shut for the final time, he whispered these words to her.
"We could of had it all"
