jack is the end and the spiral, probably stranger too tbh. he just has so much shit going on, like the dude literally encounters every single entity at least once throughout the series.
when it comes to jerry i really don’t know..like..the lonely maybe?? because of the mathmetists and how they left or even him running away? but idk i don’t like it.
spencer is absolutely an avatar of the hunt, which feels cliche but there’s no way he’s not. he literally works as a monster hunter for like half of the series and is completely obsessed with this one very specific guy but gives him repeated chances to stay alive because after all, the thrill is in the hunt! i also associate him with the slaughter but literally just because of how he’s associated with the song “la vie en rose” throughout the books.
rosa is the web, she doesn’t really have any of the like imagery but like just like because of her whole thing of being like a vessel for everything, especially when she was a kid since she didn’t really know what was going on.
sabine is the end or the desolation, she’s like barely in it but just because of how her coma and death effect jack and to an extent the other members of the gas station crew.

Ahhhhhhh I drew these a few weeks ago and I’m just posting now, I really need to get better at actually posting my art (oh god I have my Magnus archives ponies I drew MONTHS ago along with some recent ones). Anyways now for my random art dumps.
Dead-End:
A very unlucky gas station worker with a talent for reading, unfortunately as more fucked up shit happens around him and friends die he gains more ghosts surrounding his cutie mark.
Copper Wire:
A former cultist, current gas station employee, Copper wire has a great interest in recreational drugs and a talent in computer engineering (unfortunately his cutie mark was removed when he prior joined the mathmetists, rip)
Saving Grace:
A police chief Kirin who almost never loses her cool, her name is rather poignant considering she’s the only character with an iota of self preservation, her talent is for protecting people and finding the truth.
Pink Chic:
A very passionate and hardworking sometimes gas station worker with a talent for fashion (ik it doesn’t actually come up all that often in the books but Jack often brings up her sense of style and I think that’s cool so shhhhh) who may or may not be harboring a dark god!
Spitfire:
A bat-unicorn killer for hire with a very big vendetta for Dead-End, his talent is survival as he is constantly just living after receiving usually very fatal injuries! He is actually one of my favorite characters for the fact I think his characterization is very cool, he balances out being genuinely intimidating and funny as hell very well imo.
