I found a new way to deal with my anxiety and stage fright.

Before, I imagined my anxiety as an object that sparked up during inconvenient moments. And so, I mentally tried to put it in a box with chains all around it and sink it to the bottom of a lake or sth. All the while shouting at it to leave me alone.

But then, I had an epiphany. My friend is into Tarot and while she was explaining stuff to me, I saw this card that, at first glance, looked like a woman petting an irate lion and making it calm down. The card was called Strength. And for a moment, I looked at the red lion-like creature, and, suddenly, my anxiety gained a new form.

Now every time my anxiety spikes up, instead of putting it through all the abuse I did before, I try "talking" to it, for lack of a better word. I imagine this scared animal and try reassuring it that, yes, it looks scary and threatening, but it's really not. Then I pet it until it turns into a kitten.

And surprise, surprise, it actually works far better.

And then I had a thought. This is so stupidly anime, I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier.

Because really? The monster inside your head? Naruto. Black Clover. Bleach. Probably a crap ton of others I can't remember rn.

In conclusion to my essay, I will-

I'm afraid the murderer might come here madam. Might get into the dressing room. Might even murder me madam. I'm surprised you're not a bit afraid yourself.

I had a dog once, he hated me at last he bit me and I had him shot. When I give all my love and get back treachery and hatred it's, it's as if my mother had struck me in the face.

What Do You Think Of This Drawing Of The Non-Returning Aardman Villains For Their Respectful Reasons.

What do you think of this drawing of the Non-Returning Aardman Villains for their respectful reasons. For Arnold Hugh and Piella Bakewell’s cases are dead, While for Agent Red’s case is redemption?

The 3 characters you drew this picture about are 2 characters Arnold and Piella who are both dead, I don't know about the character Arnold because I haven't seen the movie so I will skip this character (unknown about the movie), And Piella Bakewell died because of the failure of the bomb that exploded behind Wallace's pants. Because the weight in the balloon decreased, Piella killed herself by jumping down to the crocodile from where the two people had saved her before. her, but then she went to heaven. The silly thing is that until they did an ad called Google Hangout where everyone gathered online (Shaun the Sheep joined last), somehow Piella was still able to come back. with her dog even though she was dead, if in reality they fell into the crocodile pit they would definitely die. This is untrue as Piella cannot survive at this time, and Aardman has not explained anything. As for the character Agent Red, she is investigating aliens. Sometimes she took the picture from her childhood, at night she was sleeping when 2 aliens came and waved hello, she was happy and drew the picture when she met it that night. . When she went to school, she showed her drawing and her friends laughed at her because aliens weren't real. After that, she was angry until now. On the night of the script performance, she transformed her car into a Robot to punish the aliens. After she dragged Bitzer, she was mistaken for a dog, then everyone laughed. dog, she remembered from the memory of being laughed at by many of her friends and now she became sad, when Shaun and the alien connected, she climbed up, Shaun thought by taking the letters to throw them down (just throwing them along with her screams), suddenly remembering that she had run out of space, Shaun and the alien (I don't remember the alien's name) were scared. Terrified, Bitzer shot her straight and fell to the stage floor. When the big UFO went down to the ground, she woke up and remembered these two people from her childhood and she had fun and drew on paper and hugged these two people, she became innocent because have been hugged since the memories of meeting each other.
