Both Sokka and Katara are wearing water tribe clothing, blue in color, with Katara wearing a noticeably oversized coat, the furs covering most of her face except for her eyes. Sokka is looking at her with a serious expression while holding her hand, and tells her "Mom said you have to hold my hand if we want to walk around the village. And don't take your coat off! Or else your nose and ears will fall off, and I'll have to feed you to the polar bear dogs." Katara doesn't really seemed phased by this, clearly excited to just go walk around with her brother, but responds with a muffled "okay".
