This one has been finished for a while, but sadly I haven't had the change to wear it yet. It's the Méli-Mélo pattern by Yasmin E. on etsy. But I knitted with steeks instead, since I find it easier to do colour-work that way.
A little preview of my first proper pattern design inspired by William Morris's willow pattern. Still have a lot if work to do but hopefully it should be available in August.
Finished the colorwork on the first mushroom sock for my dad. This was my first time using three different colored yarns and it was a little overwhelming to manage.
I'm not gonna think about how long it took me to get the second sock done (second sock syndrome +cycling season+too warm inside to think about touching wool) but it is done! Fun exercise, though I found the way the heel and toe were constructed very annoying (would rather do the alternate slip/knit approach than juggle strands from the inside and outside of the ball).
