Recently started playing Pokemon Masters Ex and got Ingo (in the 360th pull, so I was petty and continued on to pity at 400 pulls so I have him twice now) and I noticed the absence of a specifically common used move (Earthquake) and instead the existence of a different all targeting move (Sandstorm).
Especially when Earthquake only attacks opponents in Pokemon Masters Ex.
Why, Ingo, whyyy.

Woo! I've been working on this for the past couple months as a challenge between myself and my sister to do a fight scene. So I used the subway boys Ingo (red) and Emmet (blue) for this!

I've been watching some animated fights and was inspired to try my own. It was also inspired by the Popular Male Pokemon Character a while ago.
I've been headcanoning Emmet mainly doing kicks and Ingo doing fist-fighting. Y'get it? Lower and upper body fighting style! Hahah! I'm very tired. It's late while I'm writing this but will have it scheduled to upload in the morning.
I'm fascinated by the headcanon or AU of Pokemon Trainers sharing certain traits with their Pokemon, especially their Aces so I incorporated that for this.
The music 'Meg Man X vs Zero' is from an intense part of the game Mega Man X5 where the two main characters and best friends end up having a fight by fate. So choosing this track for my fight scene was an easy choice if for something more silly in a brotherly rivalry sense. Here's a link to the track 'cause it's pretty cool!
Overall this experience had been stressful but fun! I learned a lot and still have lots more to learn. I understand why 2d fights don't last for long, it takes a lot of work. However it was something I've been wanting to do for a long while now.

The Rift has been closed thanks to the Chosen of Arceus, Akari, but things are not as over as they seem. While completing the Pokédex, Uxie notices something is a bit wrong with Ingo and his memory loss. In light of this, Uxie asks Akari for help in repairing locked mechanisms in Ingo’s memories. Irida, even though she had no part in this, decides to tag along to help restore the Mind Station with the help of Akari. The Lake Guardians will keep the connection stable, while the others try and find the source and remove it, a parasite lurking in his mind. Of course, that is only if those who reside within the Station are willing to help with restoration.
Chapter 2 is also up… but I’m very new to posting here on Tumblr and on Ao3…
