Something that I think would make Shen Yuan's obsessive hate of PIDW (and subsequently cumplane's friendship) so much funnier is if Airplane is like genuinely an amazing writer. Could you imagine Shen Yuan reading this beautifully written prose and being so personally offended that he died because said beautiful writing was used to tell some fuckass plot about some demon lord getting laid. Like he meets Shang Qinghua and is constantly stuck between "please continue writing, its so beautiful" and "please never write ever again what the FUCK was that plot"
