OKAY GUYS, I WATCHED MOST OF THE EPISODES OF TALES, SO IM GONNA JUST YAP UNDER THE CUT!

Broo okay so first off- love the animation. It looks so silly! The expressions and style are so cool!

There is the matter of the intro. I mean, the music is really cool and all, but... NO lyrics? Really? Kinda sad that we don't get any "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Heroes in a half shell, Turtle Power!!" But ngl the beat is fire.

It's kinda crazy that they couldn't get Jackie Chan for the show, but they did what they could with the whole 'stuck in vermin', and 'Raph doing a dub', so I gotta give them that.

But.. THEY THREW LEO THROUGH THE WINDOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! 🪟 👈🐢😱😱😱🥰🥰😍

AND Donnie?

I mean.. maybe that makes up for it?

But also, it was very bold to start the series on a piece the plot together, everyone's separated thing? It made it hard to follow, and was a little confusing, but I did like it. We got to see a lot of the different character's "vibes", so that was cool.

There were lots of little references to other series! Like in Rise, Leo's "I'm nothing without them!", and a TON of 2012 references, which is so cool!

While it's a little sad that they aren't actually ninja-ing, I think it's very silly that Leo is making goofy comics of his family. It does capture the geeky side of him that the other incarnations gave him, and that's awesome! (No ninjitsu action? 🤨)

Other than that I love the new show, and hope it does well! I really want them to make more! It's very new and different from the other series, and it's a great addition to tmnt! 💙💜❤️🧡💞💞💞

GUYS GUYS GUYS JUST FINISHED WATCHING TOTTMNT!!!!!!!!!!! (Pidgeon Pete, Angel, and Metalhead are my fav characters) Anyways, I already have a theory for the show! So, we haven’t been introduced to Casey Jones yet… and I think I know who it will be.

Okay, okay, hear me out. In Mikey’s flood episode, three of the Purple Dragons are robbing a store. We have Angel, Hun,

and this random lady. I think she is the shows Casey Jones. And here’s why:

LOOK AT HER WEAPON!!! It’s literally a fucking knife attached to a hockey stick. A hockey stick.

In Rise, Cass is part of the Foot Clan in the beginning. The BAD GUYS. And in IDW, Casey eventually takes charge of the Purple Dragons and becomes their leader! Not all heroes start out as good people. So there’s a good chance that this could be Casey Jones, who was part of the Purple Dragons, but decided to join up with the turtles later.

In the few moments of screen time that she has, we get a glimpse at her personality. She seems hot-headed, reckless, and is shown to charge in without thinking. Which sounds like the general Casey Jones personality/mindset.

She also just gives off Casey vibes (not to mention the fact I REALLY want this Casey to be a girl). Idk, just tell me your thoughts about it!
