Changed my city on Facebook and now everybody and their brother is commenting on it, including my college zoology advisor asking what I'm doing these days. It brought up a lot of feelings but I actually felt confident enough to tell her what's been going on (mega burnout, left the field, Dx'd AuDHD, trying to pull my shit together), and I feel like that's a good thing?? Like I feel like maybe that means I'm healing a little?? She hasn't seen or replied to my DM yet so TBD on whether I'll regret it lmao, but feeling pretty good about it for the moment 🤞🤞
