On Hexagon, instead of languages, people are "multi-lingunal" with number systems, like binary, seximal, decimal, dozenal, elevenary, etc. Different regions speak, mathematically, in different bases. One may speak using what we use (decimal, aka base 10) but another one might speak of numbers in base 17.

Also I headcanon that Rex speaks four "languages": he speaks binary, seximal, decimal, and hex (short for hexadecimal)

Julius' opinion on this phrase

Julius hates the word "God" due to the severe religious trauma he suffered basically right up until his death. So I imagine he'd be extremely put off by the phrase, due to the word "God" being such a massive trigger to him. The only time Julius ever uses the word God is when he asks his victims, "do you believe in God?" prior to killing them.

Julius was raised Catholic but he is now a Satanist in the most literal sense - he's a demon because of his "deal with the devil" after all. Or as Julius puts it "my soul tasted so bitter that Satan himself spit me out and turned me into a demon."
