— yes! I think it was last month, right around the time graduation season was starting up, there was this just — awful woman! Demanding this and that, impossible flowers to get on short notice or things that were out of season entirely! I have a greenhouse, sure, but it’s not nearly enough, you know? There’s only so many flowers I can grow !! So at one point, I just … shoved all the flowers I had that were about to wilt at her and told her to go away! Oh, I was absolutely dreadful, haha!”
What is the one thing people assume about you that you wish wasn’t true?
“People like to assume that just because I’m the only person I can afford to have working at the shop right now means that I’m easy pickings! But that’s just not true! I’m not easy to pick on!!
In fact!! People who try to take advantage of me will be surprised to find out that I can bench press one hundred forty pounds and I’m not afraid to throw pots of dirt at ne’er-do-wells!”
ANZU: PUBLIC VS PRIVATE INFO
Public Knowledge ( information everyone can know )
Anzu is a young woman and business owner.
She’s 24 years old and runs a flower shop in Saffron City.
she lives with her adoptive father, who became her father 15 years ago when she was 9.
she never went to gather badges like other children did — rather, she got a job at 14 to help support her father. She started working in the florist shop when she was sixteen, and was given ownership when the former owners retired when she was 20.
Anzu is bright and cheerful, and enjoys helping others.

Anzu was born to a well-to-do family in Ecruteak city on a cold March day.
Her mother and father ran an inn just to the east of the burnt tower, and it was frequented by people of all walks of life.
At the age of five she was enrolled in dancing, flower arranging, piano, and Pokémon care, and excelled at all of them, often showing off her talents for the patrons of the inn.
she was abruptly moved to Kanto and saffron city at the age of seven.
There has been no mention of her parents since.
Private Knowledge ( information that very few knows )
Anzu was kidnapped from Ecruteak city when she was seven years old.
she discovered her uncle trying to rob the inn one early morning when he was visiting the compound, and it was revealed to her that her uncle was a high ranking team rocket member.
to keep Anzu quiet (and because he couldn’t stand the thought of murdering a child), her uncle kidnapped her, whisking her away to live near the base of the silph co operations, which he had a high involvement in.
The disaster at silph co fell some eight to twelve months later. Anzu’s uncle was on the first boat out of the region, and left Anzu behind waiting in that little apartment that he kept her in.
she was eventually discovered by a rocket grunt named Tetsu. Feeling bad for the helpless little thing, he agreed to help her back to Johto to find her parents.
however, when they wound up back in Ecruteak, it’s revealed that her parents abandoned the inn not long after Anzu’s disappearance (and the robbery of all their savings), and no one had heard from them in six months.
seeing this little girl all alone in the world, Tetsu decided to formally adopt her and give her a loving home.
he still works with rocket, but Anzu has little involvement in it.

does your muse talk to themselves when they're alone? if so, how frequently and what about? if not, how else do they fill their alone time?
Anzu talks to herself a lot, actually! She works mostly by herself, and she needs to fill that silence somehow — part of it is due to the fact that, as a child in saffron, she was often left alone in the little apartment she was shoved into and needed to find a way to not feel scared or lonely. after she was adopted by her papa, the habit sort of persisted — especially becusse she was still left alone often.
She likes to dance and move around to fill space and time, as well. Anything to keep her body and mind occupied !
