Okay I'm new to this whole stanning-an-actor thing so can somebody help a lost soul out please. What do I do when I want to just leave music on in the background while I do work??? It used to be so easy to just put on random playlists or albums of the artists I like but I can't just put videos of the actors I like on in the background, I get distracted even if I've seen the same scene/interview a billion times??? I swear it's the talking, it's hard to ignore it as white noise when it's all so......meant to be grabbing your attention ugh
