like, no joke. i watched the old guard in the autumn of 2020 and since then not a day has gone by in which i have not thought about them and their casual intimacy, and the way they met during the crusades, and the way theyve know eachother for over a millennia, and they way they continue loving eachother every single day, and the emotion in joes voice when he said ”hes the moon when im lost in darkness and warmth when i shiver in cold”, and the way they bumped foreheads to check if they were both okay, and the pure desperation on joes face when nicky was shot in merricks, and nickys gentle and quiet gazes which say so much, and just their pure adoration for eachother OH. 

They are so fucking wonderful
