Closer Look: Boyfriend Chanyeol
Captivated: The feature that captivated him from the start was your smile. He has seen many pretty girls in his life due to his career, but he’s never met someone who could laugh from their heart like you did. Some people are pretty because of their features, but you’re beautiful because your genuineness shows on your face through your smile. That’s why he’s always grinning and trying to make you laugh because of how beautiful it is and brings him back to the time when he first fell for you.
Hate: Chanyeol hates yelling and being yelled at because of his soft-hearted, sensitive nature. Being scolded loudly by you would be the worst feeling in the world to him. That’s why you always control your tone and temper even when you’re upset with him because his kicked puppy look could make anyone feel guilty. The only situation that he would raise his voice at you is if you ever put yourself in extreme danger. His concern for you would override his control because of how much he cares for you. But he’ll always apologize in the end after lecturing you about being safe.
Affection: Similar to the rest of the beagle line, Chanyeol loves showing and receiving affection. Like an actual puppy, he’ll sulk if you ignore him. Resisting his big doe eyes and sad pout would be the hardest thing in the world. Of course, there are times when you have to draw the line and tell him that you need some alone time. During those times, he’ll probably bother Kyungsoo or Chen until they get annoyed and drag him back to you. One look at your softie boyfriend, and you can’t stop showering him with love and vice versa.
Nasty: His greatest worry would be accidentally crushing or smothering you with his large stature. During the first time, Chanyeol was so careful with you that you felt like a porcelain doll. After convincing him that he’s not going to hurt you, the atmosphere would be much more lively and playful. Still, he would be very gentle with you and could never go rough. In fact the one time that you persuaded him to try a little bit of BDSM and he spanked you, Chanyeol almost bursted into tears on the spot. Yearning: His greatest wish in a relationship would be to adopt every animal in the nearby vicinity with you. But honestly, sometimes you can’t tell if it’s the kitty or Chanyeol that’s more adorable. Raising a family of animals with you has been his life-long dream.
Encouragement: As part of his very positive personality, Chanyeol is extremely encouraging when it comes to your dreams. Since he’s multi-talented in music with skills in various instruments, he’d want to teach you how to play an instrument if you didn’t know one already. Imagine his large hands enveloping yours to move your fingers along the strings or keys while his deep voice gave instructions. Also, he’s the type to incorporate fun potential hobbies into dates such as bowling, karaoke, or baking. If you have something that you have a genuine passion for, Chanyeol would make it his duty as the best boyfriend to learn and share this interest of yours.
Overprotective: Even though Chanyeol is the sweetest person, his giant stature and deep voice can come across as intimidating to people who don’t know him. This helps keep unwanted attention and weirdos away from you which you’re grateful for. He would be the type to be jealous if you spend a lot of time alone with other guys. As long as you prioritize him over them, he would understand that it’s only friendship, and he’ll probably become friends with them. Also, if he hears anyone bad-mouthing you, he’d immediately glare at the person until they shut up. There’s no way he would allow people to insult you.
Loyalty: Once he falls for someone, that’s the only person he can see. He’s so blind that he can’t even tell that other girls are flirting with him because you’re the only girl for him. It’s almost hilarious to watch how clueless he is about the interest he receives from other girls. Cheating is not remotely possible from either side because Chanyeol is one hundred percent dedicated to you, and why would you ever consider another man when you’re dating Chanyeol?
