Still won’t kiss you though and let you do all the work, expecting non-stop kisses until he feels better just so you can make it up to him.

Unprompted post, BUT if Nuala was to be made Consort of the Dreaming and Morpheus was to make them rings, I made this little headcanon up.
Morpheus has twelve Arcana in the form of precious stones. We've seen only a few of them mainly the ruby and the emerald, but I believe that if he made Nuala his Consort he would give her a Lotus shaped ring with the Garnet gemstone in it. Lotus means rebirth and purity. If she is to stay with him then she is to be reborn as her true self and she is the Maiden, she is pure, while the Garnet gives it this beautiful red, diluted into pink hue.
For himself, he'd reform his Obsidian stone into a ring. This way he carried more of his own power around, but also having Nuala carrying a part of him whereever she is would mean he can keep an eye on her and protect her, hwile simultenously granting her a level of independence. The Endless have a lot of enemies and Nuala is cool and all, but baby girl is naive, so it doesn't hurt to keep an eye on her.
Neither the Garnet nor the Obsidian are confirmed Arcanas, I am just going off on famous stones.
