How long do you think Lockwood and George knew each other before Lockwood let him move in? Because my heart says Lockwood let George stay the night the first day they met to avoid him being out after curfew and George just never left. Like it got to a month and George just left some money on the kitchen table and said it was rent and Lockwood was like 'You are now contractually obligated to stay forever or else I will die of loneliness'.
