Thick, heavy blankets A wood-hewn couch Crafted by hands since passed

Discussions and stories A crackling fire Warmth from within and without

The tickle of beard A kiss on the forehead A suggestion in honey brown eyes

Snowflakes drift down As eyes rove across The bodies they've come to love

Flawed and bare Precious and passionate I could stay in your arms forever
